Solar, as an ideal renewable energy, it has inexhaustible, clean and safecharacteristics. In order to improve the photovoltaic system efficiency and utilize the solar energy more fully, and the DC current and DC power varywith the irradiation and module temperature, it is necessary to study the characteristics of photovoltaic I-V and P-V according to the external factors. This paper presents the analysis of characteristics of photovoltaic I-V and P-V according to the irradiation and the module temperature. The results show that the DC current and the DC power of the photovoltaic system are increased along with the increasing values of irradiation.
Comparative characteristics of rice wine fermentations using Monascus koji and rice nuruk

Wine fermentations using rice media containing either Monascus koji or rice nuruk were performed and fermentative characteristics based on the koji type were investigated. Cultivations were performed in a 20 C room in a 20 L bottle with the rice media that included Monascus rice koji at both 20 and 30%, or rice nuruk at 20%. After 22 days of cultivation, the ethanol yield reached 14.2–14.6% (v/v) for M. koji and 16.5% (v/v) for rice nuruk. This lower yield with use of M. koji was thought to be due to rapid cell concentration decreases in the later stage. Total amounts of organic acids and volatile compounds in fermentations using M. koji were 166–172 and 1779–1874 mg/L, respectively, being 8.7–12.9% and 46.3–54.1% higher than with use of rice nuruk. With M. koji, a high quality rice wine was produced with high levels of volatile compounds and monacolin K.

학교 조명실태를 조사하고 교실 1실에 설치된 조명기구의 수량별로 분류하고, 분류된 형태별로 조도를 측정하여 조도실태를 분석하였다. 책상면 조도는 학교시설기준을 만족하나 칠판용 국부조명을 설치하지 않은 경우 칠판조도가 학교시설기준에 미치지 못하였다. 교실 마감재 반사율 측정과 램프교체 및 램프청소 실험 등, 실제로 측정한 자료를 기초로 하여 시뮬레이션한 결과 현실적으로 전반조명 9등과 칠판용 국부조명이 필요하였으며, 유지관리를 고려한 설계가 요구됨을 알 수 있었다. The actual conditions of school illumination was investigated. The illumination state was classified by the number of installed luminaires per 1 classroom. The illuminance was measured and analyzed. The work surface illuminance was up to the standard, but the illuminance on blackboard was below standard when there was no local lighting. As a result of conducting a simulation based on the measurement of the reflection factors of the classroom finishing materials and lamp replacement and lamp cleaning, nine luminaires for general lighting and local lighting for the blackboard were required, and a design considering illumination maintenance was called for.
