질화붕소 절연층을 이용한 그래핀/다공성 실리콘 태양전지 특성 연구

In this research, we successfully fabricated a (trifluoromethanesulfonyl)-amide (TFSA)-doped graphene (TFSA-GR)/porous Si (PSi) solar cell by inserting a chemical vapor deposition-hexagonal boron nitride (h-BN) insulating layer. The photovoltaic parameters of the solar cell depent greatly on the presence or the absence of the h-BN insulating layer and TFSA-GR doping. Specifically, the h-BN insulating layer prevents carrier recombination at the TFSA-GR/PSi interface, thereby improving the charge collection/separation function and, consequently, improving the efficiency. As a result, the TFSA-GR/h-BN/PSi solar cells show a maximum PCE of 12.07%. These results demonstrate that h-BN is excellent as an insulating layer in GR/Si solar cells and is promising for use in graphene/Si-based optoelectronic device application. 화학 기상 증착법으로 성장된 육각형 질화붕소 (hexagonal boron nitride, h-BN) 절연층을bis(trifluoromethanesulfonyl)-amide (TFSA) 가 도핑된 그래핀 투명 전도성 전극/다공성 실리콘(porous Si, PSi) 사이에 삽입하여 TFSA-그래핀/h-BN/PSi 태양전지를 제작하였다. 광전자 파라미터는 TFSA 도핑과 h-BN 절연층 유. 무에 따라 크게 의존한다. 특히, 큰 에너지 띠를 갖는 h-BN 절연층을 삽입할 경우 TFSA-그래핀/PSi 계면에서 캐리어 재결합을 방지함으로써 전하의 수집/ 분리 기능이 향상되어 효율을 향상 시킬 수 있다. 결과적으로, TFSA-그래핀/h-BN/PSi 태양전지구조에서 최대 12.07%의 변환효율을 보였다. 이 결과는 그래핀/Si 태양전지에 있어 h-BN이 절연층으로서 우수하다는 것을 의미하여 향후 그래핀/Si 기반 광전자 소자활용에 있어 매우 유용할 것으로 기대된다.
Isolation of Nontuberculous Mycobacteria (NTM) from Air Conditioner Dust

Nontuberculous mycobacteria (NTM) contains M. avium-intracellular complex (MAC), M. fortuitum, M. chelonae, M. abscessus, M. kansasii, etc., which causes infections in swine, poultry, and other animals. These bacteria are opportunistic pathogens that can contaminate people, and in doing so, cause various social economic problems. This study proved that NTM are also present in air conditioners of multiuse facilities in frequently visited populated areas. The results of this study are meaningful because they showed that pathogenic microbes can live in the surroundings and cause diseases to people with impaired immunity. This study used the AFB stain, L-J medium culture, and PCR method for the detection of MTB and NTM in air conditioner dust. MTB was not detected in any of the collected samples, while NTM was detected in 2 out of 40 samples (5%). Most people living in the modern environment cannot avoid being exposed to air conditioners so special attention is needed for sanitary inspections and the management of air conditioners. Moreover, it is important to study NTM through various individuals, accumulate the related data and establish the methods and standards of hygiene management system to reduce NTM infections in public areas. Moreover, it would be necessary to identify the precise species of NTM through DNA sequencing and evaluate the effects of NTM on the pulmonary tuberculosis in immunodeficiency patients.
Study of Nontuberculous Mycobacteria Isolated from the Theater Environment

The nontuberculous mycobacteria (NTM) have been found in different environmental sources. They tend to colonize different body surfaces and secretions. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the presence of NTM in the theater environment. Fifty of Theater environment sample were examined using acid-fast stain, Lowenstein -Jensen medium culture, PCR and DNA-Sequencing. 4 of 50 samples were detected as NFB in AFB stain, L-J medium culture, PCR. and then, All of 4 NTM stains identified as Mycobacterium fortitum type in DNA-sequencing result.
