안면마비(Bell's palsy) 후유증 환자에 대한 임상 고찰 18례

Objective : Bell's palsy is common and has many clinic study. but bell's palsy sequela is not enough study until now. So this study was evaluated bell's palsy sequela, catamnesis, demonstrator and herb. Methods : From December 2007 to November 2008, patients who visited Dong-seo Oriental Medicine ENT. A clinic study was done on patient who were diagosed bell's palsy, onset 2months over when first visited OPD and treated 3weeks over in Dong-seo Oriental Medicine Cental. To evaluate grade of paralysis, House-Brackman Scale was used. We classified period of improving, sequelas symptom except of facial muscle paralysis, Oriental Medicine diagnosis and herb. Results & Conculsion : 1. The distribution of sex : male 38.88%, female 61.11%. The distribution of age was presented that forty to fifty was the most in 10case(55.55%) 2. The distribution of the region of facial palsy : Rt(55.55%), Lt(44.44%) 3. In distribution of period of first HB-Scale improving : 1~2month was most in 10case(55.55%) 4. In distribution of symptom except of facial muscle paralysis : Dryness of eye 33.33%, Tearling 22.22%, Facial hypoesthesia 22.22%, Mastoid pain 22.22% 5. The distribution of demonstrator : Gi Deficiency and Deficiency of Both Gi and Blood was most in 11case(50%) 6. The distribution of treatment : Palmul-tang and Bojungikki-tang was the most herb in 6case(33.33%) and only acupuncture treatment and rehabilitation treatment was 5case(27.77%).
급성기 안면마비 (Bell's palsy) 환자의 예후 및 치료율에 대한 임상고찰 80례

Objective : Bell's palsy is common and has many clinic study. but bell's palsy prognosis is not enough specific. So this study was evaluated bell's palsy prognosis, treatment number, sequela of normal group and bad prognosis group. Methods : From June 2009 to June 2010, patients who visited Dong-seo Oriental Medicine ENT. A clinic study was done on patient who were diagnosed bell's palsy, onset 2weeks within when first visited OPD and treated 3 times over in Dong-seo Oriental Medicine Cental. To evaluate grade of paralysis, House-Brackman Scale was used. We classified treatment numbers of each HB-Scale group, normal gIVroup and bad prognosis group. Results : The distribution of Onset HB-Scale : Gr II 26.25%, Gr III 67.5%, Gr IV 6.25% Onset HB-Scale Gr II patients completely recover 100% Onset HB-Scale Gr III patients completely recover 64.8%, improved 27.8%, nothing change 7.4% Onset HB-Scale Gr IV patients completely recover 40%, improved 60% Onset HB-Scale Gr II & IV patients recovery percentage make no difference of normal group (Group A) and bad prognosis. Onset HB-Scale Gr III patients completely recover Group A 66.7%, Group B 52.9%, improved Group A 23.2%, Group 35.3%, noting change Group A 5.1%, Group B 11.8% Onset HB-Scale Gr II patients has no sequela. Onset HB-Scale Gr III & IV patients has tendency that they treat more times, more improving and less sequela probability Conclusion : Onset HB-Scale is the indicator of acute bell's palsy prognosis.
단일 전력단 고주파 공진 인버터 링크형 DC-DC 컨버터의 특성해석에 관한 연구

본 논문에서는 고역률을 가지고 영전압 스위칭으로 동작되는 새로운 단일 전력단 고주파 공진 인버터 링크형 DC-DC 컨버터 회로에 관하여 기술하고 있다. 제안된 토폴로지는 역률 교정기로써 하프 브리지형 부스트 컨버터와 하프 브리지 고주파 공진 컨버터를 단일 전력단으로 일체화 시켰다. 역률 보상용 부스트 컨버터의 부스트 인덕터 전류를 가변 스위칭 주파수와 일정 듀티비를 가지고 불연속 전류 모드(DCM)로 동작시킴으로써 부가적인 입력 전류제어기 없이 높은 입력 역률을 얻을 수 있다. 또 제안한 토폴로지의 이론해석을 무차원화 파라미터를 도입하여 범용성 있게 하여 회로 설계 전단계에서 필요한 특성값을 도식적으로 표현하다. 첨가해, 제안한 토폴로지의 상용화 가능성과 이론해석의 정당성을 입증하기 위해 스위칭 소자로 Power-MOSFET IRF 740을 제안회로 토폴로지의 스위칭 소자로 채용해 실험 장치를 구성하여 검토를 행하였다. 제안된 컨버터는 향후 통신용 DC/DC 컨버터의 전원장치, 방전등용 진원장치 등의 전원시스템에 유용히 사용될 것으로 사료된다. This paper presents a novel single-stage high frequency resonant inverter link type DC-DC converter using zero voltage switching with high power-factor. The proposed topology is integrated half-bridge boost rectifier as power factor corrector(PFC) and half-bridge high frequency resonant converter into a single-stage. The input stage of the half-bridge boost rectifier works in discontinuous conduction mode(DCM) with constant duty cycle and variable switching frequency. So that a boost converter makes the line current follow naturally the sinusoidal line voltage waveform. Simulation results have demonstrated the feasibility of the proposed high frequency resonant converter. Characteristics values based on characteristics analysis through circuit analysis is given as basis data in design procedure. Also, experimental results are presented to verify theoretical discussion. This proposed inverter will be able to be practically used as a power supply in various fields as induction heating applications, fluorescent lamp and DC-DC converter etc.

최근 PDP와 LCD등의 FPD用전원 시스템에 고효율화, 고밀도화 및 Slim화를 위한 전원 회로 기술이 요구됨에 따라 이를 실현하기 위해서는 전원 회로를 구성하는 각 컨버터의 최적 Topology 확보뿐만 아니라, 전원 회로에 사용되는 부품들에 대한 차별화된 핵심 부품 기술 확보가 필수적이다. 이러한 요구에 부합하기 위해서 FPD用전원에 적용되는 자성부품구조도 기존의 성능을 유지하면서 박형화, 저비용화 및 자동 권선화를 구현할 수 있는 방안에 대한 연구가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 LED-TV용 전원장치의 EMI Filter부의 개발사례 및 특히 EMI Filter부의 대책부품 중에 자동권선형 공통모드 초크의 개발동향 및 사례에 대해서 소개하고자 한다.
Current-fed Push-Pull type high frequency resonant inverter for wax-sealing

This paper describes a double-ended current fed push-pull type high frequency resonant inverter used as the power supply for wax-sealing. The proposed inverter can realize ZVS operation by using resonant capacitor to ZVS capacitor and has some merits not only reduction of switch current distribution but also extension of load range compare to the conventional single-ended current fed push-pull type high frequency resonant inverter. This analysis of proposed circuit uses normalized parameter and characteristic estimation which is needed in each step before design is generally described according to normalized frequency(μ), normalized resistance(λ) and parameters. It is also presented as an example of method of the circuit design based on estimation analysis value from theoretical analysis. The theoretical analysis is proved through experiment and this circuit shows that it can be used practically as the power supply system for wax-sealing and DC-DC converter.
기생 커패시턴스 저감형 공통모드초크의 특성해석에 관한 연구

This paper presents the intra capacitance modeling based on the winding method and section bobbin for CM choke capable of EMI attenuation of broad bands from lower to higher frequency bands and high frequency type common-mode choke capable of EMI attenuation of high frequency band used in the EMI Block of LED-TV SMPS. The case of high frequency type CM choke can be explained by the parasitic capacitance of three types of CM choke. The winding method of section bobbin type is smaller than the others. The first resonant frequency of the proposed CM choke tends to increase as the parasitic capacitance becomes small and its impedance characteristics improved performance as the first resonant frequency increases. The CM chokes of the proposed section bobbin type shows that in the future, the method may have practical use in LED/LCD-TV SMPS and in several applications, such as LED lighting, adapters, and so on.
직류 전원 분할용 커패시터의 용량변화가 복공진형 고주파 인버터의 특성에 미치는 영향

A half bridge type double resonant high frequency resonant inverter using PFM is described. This proposed inverter can reduce distribution of the switching current because of using the current of the serial resonant circuit to the input current of the parallel one. In the case of variable capacitance of the DC voltage source separated capacitor, the analysis of inverter circuit has generally described by using normalized parameter and operating characteristics has been evaluated in terms of switching frequency and parameters. Based on the characteristics value, a method of the circuit design is proposed. The theoretical results are in good agreement with the experimental ones. In the future, this proposed circuit is considerated to be useful for induction heating and discharge lamp.
