환경영향평가서의 대기분야에 나타난 평가기법의 문제점 고찰

Recently, it is increasing of environmental impact assessments by government, private enterpsises, widen streets and pavement works, etc. The methods of air pollutional impact assessment for the enterprises were found many defects to be improved. The enterprises named A, B, C, D, E, F, G, and H were examined, as follows. 1. It is a rule to measure or survey on every season a year, but practical measurement in the assements were only 2 times or 3 tines. 2. Every assessment was mistaken annual average for average of 24 hours 3. By making use of simulation model, it must be examined for the adequateness, by the method of the correlation coefficient and percentile. Most of the assessments were simulated the pollution without examination for the adequateness. 4. It is not proper to use the simulation for the total suspended particulates by EPA formula, it must be studied for new simulation formula that is suitable to Korean working conditions.

This study on the formation mechanism of dioxins was performed under the viewpoint of de novo synthesis. And the structures and isomers of PCDD/PCDF were researched. The characteristics of molecular structure of PCDD/PCDF - heat of formation, ionization potential and atomic charges - were also investigated by using the chemical software program, and the following conclusions may be drawn. 1. HCl generated in PVCs is ranged 0.3 to 0.49gHCl/g gasification and 0.03 to 0.06 gHCl/g residue. 2. Phenol detected in papers is ranged 4.35 to 6.1㎍/ml per g-gasification and 1.9 to 2.97㎍/ml per gresidue. 3. PCDD's isomers number 75 and PCDF's 135. And heat of formation of 4∼8. PCDD is computed at from -44.22 to -47.98kcal/mol, 4∼8. PCDF -8.41 to -14.44kcal/mol.
道路에 인접한 構造物이 汚染物의 空間分布에 미치는 影響

The purpose of this study is to estimate the spatial distribution of atmospheric pollutants due to the structure near the street. Especially, transport mechanism in complex area at the midtown district with the lofty buildings is complicated. So this study estimates spatial distribution of atmospheric pollutants according to the height of the building and the distance from the street. The results of this study are as follows. 1. If the building is stationed in the flat area, the flow of air mass near the building changes. The changing range of air flow is varied with the height of a building and the arrangement of a building. 2. The spatial distribution of atmospheric pollutants varied with the height of building. However, this rate of variation decreases with the increment of height. 3. The accumulation of atmospheric pollutants is higher at the front of the building than the rear of the building. This phenomenon is, however, reversed according as the structure becomes more distant from the street. 4. The highest concentration appeared at a distance from the front of the building in case of high building. 5. The concentration near the structure is decreased with the downwind direction. However the change is small. 6. The wind speed doesn't affect the spatial range of the high level concentration but has an effect on the concentration.
커패시터 放電 임펄스 着磁機의 컴퓨터 모델링 및 着磁요크의 磁界解析

In a capacitor-discharge impulse magnetizer, a magnet is magnetized by the discharging current of capacitors. The conventional design of the magnetizer has been based on many year's experience. The behaviour of flux in the magnetizer should be calculated in order to produce the desired magnets. The analysis of the flux distribution in quite difficult. This is because both the magnetizing current and the applied voltage to the magnetizer are unknown. This paper describes the development of a computer model for a circuit of capacitor-discharge impulse magnetizer using SPICE. Also, the detailed distribution of the flux density in two applied type magnet magnetized by the impulse magnetizer be analyed.
VCR用 DD캡스턴 모터의 特性 改善을 위한 設計製作 硏究

The DD capstan motor for VCR must be designed fast and adaptively as a small, light and slim type and have the high accuracy of control characteristic because the life cycle of its applying machinery has become shorter and it requires high accuracy of control characteristic. In this study, the design theory of the electric and magnetic parts for DD captan motor for VCR is systematized. Also the design theory and manufacturing method of MR sensor device as a speed detector is presented to enhance the accuracy of speed control, and the flux density of permanent magnet is made uniformly so as to magnetize the super multi-poles and as that result the FG with a high output and high accuracy can be designed and manufactured, which has 0.2% maximum fluctuation of the frequency and -60 dB minimum ratio of S/N. Applying these results to the design of DD capstan motor for VCR, the excellency of this can be proved.

대표적인 지향성 안테나인 야기 안테나를 무인 경계 레이더 센서에 적용 가능하도록 설계, 제작하였다. 본 논문에서 제안된 안테나가 무인 경계 레이더 센서에 적용되기 위해서는 7.2-8.2GHz의 동작주파수, 7dBi 이상의 최대 방사 이득과 60° 이상의 3dB 빔폭을 만족하여야한다. 7dBi 이상의 최대 방사 이득과 60° 이상의 빔폭을 얻기 위해 3 개의 디렉터를 가진 야기 안테나를 유전체 기판 위에 설계하였다. 또한 드라이브 단의 밸런스드 급전을 위하여 Microstrip-to-CPS 발룬을 설계하여 제안된 안테나에 적용하였다. 제안된 안테나의 가상 실험 결과와 측정 결과를 비교하여 제안된 안테나의 성능을 검증하였다. A Yagi antenna, which is a typical directional antenna, has been designed and fabricated as a surveillance sensor. The proposed Yagi antenna satisfies the requirements as a surveillance sensor; impedance bandwidth of 7.2-8.2GHz, maximum gain of 7dBi, and 3dB beamwidth of 60〫 in the azimuthal plane. The proposed Yagi antenna is designed with 3 directors and one driven element on a dielectric substrate. Also, a microstrip-to-CPS balun is designed and applied to the proposed antenna for balanced feeding of the dirven element. The performance of the proposed antenna has been verified by comparing the simulation and measurement results.

The authors introduce a autologous bone salvaging technique, that is utilizing bony spur and anterior lower part of upper vertebra as a bone donor site for anterior cervical interbody fusion without exploring the distant donor site. The bone chip taken from the anterior lower part of upper vertebra and bony spur could be filled into hallowed graft material. This simple thchnique is safe and effective to enhances bony fusion rates without distant bone harvesting.
