통풍은 관절의 급성 또는 만성 통증을 일으키는 흔한 원인 중의 하나로 요산 나트륨의 결정이 관절 주위 및 연부조직에 침착되어 일으키는 것으로 알려져 있다. 진단에 결정적인 요산 결절은 주로 족무지의 중족 족지 관절에서 시작되며 그 외에도 족근관절, 수근관절 등에도 침착 가능하다. 하지만 슬개건 내에 발생한 결절성 통풍에 대하여 국내에 보고된 경우는 없으며, 저자들은 봉와직염으로 생각하고 며칠 간 항생제 치료를 시행한 뒤 증상의 호전이 없던 환자에 대해 자기 공명 영상 검사 후 슬개건 내에 자리잡은 낭종성 병변을 절개를 통해 육안적으로 통풍 결절을 관찰, 병리검사에서 확진한 경우를 증례보고하고자 한다. Gout is characterized by recurrent attacks of arthralgia, and deposition of monosodium urate crystals in and around the joints of the extremities and soft tissues. Monosodium urate crystals are observed most frequently at the 1st metatarsophalangeal joint and usually presented in the ankle and wrist joint. However, no case of an intratendinous tophus in the patellar tendon has been reported in Korean literature. In this report, we found monosodium urate crystals in the patellar tendon on magnetic resonance imaging images and intratendinous tophus were visible to the naked eye by excision. We reported on the case of a patient who experienced an unusual intratendinous tophus in the patellar tendon.
동네무질서가 지역주민의 건강을 매개로 주민효능감과 사회적 자본에 미치는 영향 연구: 서울 관악구 도시재생지구를 중심으로

The purpose of this study is to analyze the process by which subjective perceptions of neighborhood disorder in the urban regeneration district affect the health, Collective efficacy, and social capital of local residents. For this purpose, we analyzed the responses of 272 adults in their 20s and older residing in the urban regeneration area of Nangok, Gwanak-gu, Seoul. The analysis method was to derive the appropriate result of the final structural type using ‘factor analysis’ and ‘structural equation model’. As a result of the analysis, The analysis of most of the path analysis allowed us to adopt the hypothesis. However, it has been difficult to adopt model hypotheses between physical health at collective efficacy and neighborhood disorder at social capital. Based on these results, this study found a significant correlation between latent variables within the urban regeneration area. However, the relationship between physical health and collective efficacy was not significant. As a result of this study, it was concluded that it is necessary to introduce a new investigation on variables related to insignificant pathways, and it is necessary to increase the diversity of studies through comparative analysis between multiple regions rather than one region.
Electrochemical Behaviors of PAN/Ag-based Carbon Nanofibers by Electrospinning

In this work, silver nanoparticles-containing polyacrylonitrile (PAN) solutions in N,N-dimethylformamide (DMF) were electrospun to be webs consisting of nanofibers. The inputted voltage and PAN content in the solution were fixed at 15 kV and 10 wt.% in DMF with 10 cm of tip-to-collector distance (TCD). The PAN/Ag nanofiber webs were stabilized by oxidation at 250 ℃ for 2 h in air and carbonized at 1000 C for 2 h in N2. The resultant diameter distribution and morphologies of the nanofibers were evaluated by scanning electron microscope analysis. The electrochemical behaviors of the nanofiber webs were also observed by cyclic voltammetry tests. It was found that the presence of silver nanoparticles in carbon nanofiber webs led to the increase of specific capacitance and the decrease of fiber diameters.

<P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>Transparent conductive NiTe<SUB>2</SUB> electrodes have been fabricated via magnetron sputtering followed by chemical exfoliation. The freshly deposited NiTe<SUB>2</SUB> thin films with thicknesses of 9 nm exhibited an electrical resistivity of 82 μΩ cm and transparency of 53%, which were further increased by chemical exfoliation up to 289 μΩ cm and 61% (70% at a wavelength of 285 nm), respectively. The thin films obtained by sputtering an intermetallic NiTe<SUB>2</SUB> target were characterized by lower electrical resistivity as compared to that of the films fabricated by co-sputtering of Ni and Te targets, which could be attributed to the larger number of grains with the out-of-plane <I>c</I>-axis orientation.</P> <P><B>Highlights</B></P> <P> <UL> <LI> Transparent and conductive NiTe<SUB>2</SUB> electrodes were fabricated by sputtering. </LI> <LI> Reduction in thickness by chemical exfoliation increased their transparency. </LI> <LI> Sputtering of NiTe<SUB>2</SUB> led to higher conductivity than co-sputtering of Ni and Te. </LI> <LI> Grains with basal planes parallel to substrate are crucial to the conductivity. </LI> </UL> </P> <P><B>Graphical abstract</B></P> <P>The fabrication of transparent conductive NiTe<SUB>2</SUB> electrodes was performed via magnetron sputtering combined with chemical exfoliation.</P> <P>[DISPLAY OMISSION]</P>
수중 환경 변화에 따른 수중기지국 기반 수중통신망 성능 분석

본 논문은 수온과 풍속에 따른 수중 통신 성능분석을 위해 실해역 실험을 수행한 결과이다. 현재 연구중인 수중 관측제어망 실험으로써 해저면에 센서노드 10개와 수중 기지국 2개, 해수면에 해상부이 1개를 경상남도 통영시 인근 해역에 설치하였으며 수중-육상 연계 통신 시스템을 구현하여 실시하였다. 약 일주일 간 취득한 데이터를 기반으로 주간(06시~17시), 야간(18시~익일05시)의 패킷 성공률과 풍랑 주의보 유무에 따른 패킷 성공률을 비교분석 하였다. 실험결과, 주간의 경우 95.7% 야간의 경우 93.65%의 패킷 성공률을 확인하였으며, 풍랑 주의보가 발생한 14, 15일은 각 88.3%, 82%, 비교적 풍속이 약한 16, 17일은 각 100%, 98.7%의 패킷 성공률을 확인하였다. 결과적으로 수온과 풍속이 변화할 때 수중 통신 시스템에도 영향을 미치는 것을 확인하였다.
