소아와 청장년기 아토피 피부염 환자에서 MAST 화학발광법에 관한 비교연구

Background and Objective: The MAST-CLA (multiple allergosorbent test-chemiluminescent assay) is a new assay for serum allergen specific IgE and allows many allergens to be tested simultaneously. Futhermore, it has shown good sensitivity, specificity and a correlation with the RAST and skin prick test. The purpose of this study was comparatively to evaluate results of the MAST-CLA between child and adolescence atopic dermatitis. Materials and Methods: Our study was designed by analyzing outpatients with atopic dermatitis through the MAST-CLA with a total IgE and allergen specific IgE in fifty children and twenty adolescence patients. Results: The results were as followings; 1) Among the subjects, 77% (child group; 76%, adolescence group; 80%) of patients showed elevated serum total IgE levels and 57.1% (child group; 50%, adolescence group; 75%) revealed at least more than one allergen specific IgE by the MAST-CLA. But, this did not show statistical significance. 2) Patients positive rates of commonly detected allergens were D. farinae 47% (child group; 42%, adolescence group; 60%), D. pteronyssinus 34% (child group; 28%, adolescence group; 50%), house-dust 23% (child group; 20%, adolescence group; 30%). But, all food allergens were positive lower than 5%. 3) The positive allergen specific IgE in food allergens was detected in only child atopic dermatitis patients. This difference between child and adolescence group showed statistical significance(P=0.027). 4) Good correlation was obtained between total IgE levels and number of positive allergen speficif IgE in the MAST-CLA, with 0.465 correlation coefficient. Conclusion: Our results suggest that MAST-CLA may be used as an effective method to evaluate inhalant allergens in adolescence more than child atopic dermatitis patients. Additionally, it is recommended that more speficif allergens should be added to Korean panel of MAST-CLA.

<P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>For predicting more realistic flow behaviors, nuclear safety analysis code, MARS has adopted multi-dimensional module. However, most of the constitutive models in the module were developed based on onedimensional experimental results. In this study, the wall friction models in MARS were validated with two benchmark tests which were conducted by Korea Atomic Energy Research Institute (KAERI) for describing the direct ECC bypass phenomenon in the upper downcomer of the Advanced Power React 1400 (APR1400) during the reflood phase of a large-break LOCA (LBLOCA). One is the two-dimensional film flow experiment and the other is the MIDAS (multi-dimensional investigation on downcomer annulus simulation) test. Both simulation results showed that the Wallis correlation could improve the predictability yielding a stronger wall friction force than the H.T.F.S. correlation did.</P> <P><B>Highlights</B></P> <P> <UL> <LI> Two tests that described the liquid film behavior were simulated by MARS-MultiD. </LI> <LI> The default wall friction model in MARS was compared with the Wallis correlation. </LI> <LI> The predictability of the code was improved with the Wallis correlation. </LI> </UL> </P>
통신해양기상위성 (COMS)의 모멘텀 덤핑 사용 연료량 분석

본 논문은 단일 태양전지판으로 구성된 통신해양기상위성(COMS)에 대하여 모멘텀 덤핑에 소요되는 연료량을 분석하였다. 먼저 하루 중 일정한 시간에 모멘텀 덤핑을 수행할 경우를 가정하여 최적의 시간을 선정하는 작업을 수치해석적인 접근을 통하여 수행하였고 요구되는 연료량을 분석하였다. 또한 모멘텀 덤핑에 소요되는 연료량을 절감하기 위하여 남북위치유지 시점과 모멘텀 덤핑시점을 근사적으로 일치시키는 방안을 제안하였다. 마지막으로 제안된 기법의 유효성을 분석하기 위하여 궤도 시뮬레이션을 수행하였다. This paper analyzes the fuel consumption for the momentum dumping of the COMS which has a single solar array system. First, numerical analyses are conducted to find an optimal momentum dumping time considering the COMS configuration. It is assumed that the momentum dumping is conducted once a day and at a fixed time of a day. Secondly, in an effort to reduce the momentum dumping fuel consumption, this paper proposes a new approach which combines the momentum dumping and the ordinary north/south stationkeeping. Finally, to evaluate the proposed technique, the stationkeeping simulations are conducted and analyzed.
