      • Research Hotspots and Development Trends of Football Rehabiliation at Home and Abroad―Visual analysis based on citespace

        Football leagues and football clubs are at the top of the list of global sporting events and team business values.With the increase of age and intensity of exercise, the risk of muscle injury in professional football players during competition and training is increasing.But in modern society, with the development of medical technology and scientific training, more and more athletes can reduce muscle fatigue and recover injured muscles through rehabilitation training.At present, the level of soccer in Asian countries and regions is still lagging behind, and the research of soccer in each country and region is not well developed. Therefore, this study mainly discusses the research of soccer players' rehabilitation sports in various countries and international research hotspot. Method This paper uses the literature data method, combined with the subject clustering of the cite spaceV visualization software of the java platform, to draw a scientific knowledge map. Taking Web of Science as the core collection (wos) as the data source, and using football, Rehabilitation as the subject words to search in the database, the time span is 2013-2022. A total of 678 literatures were obtained, which were excluded. There are 574 papers in the types of reviews, conference papers, etc. Using citespace software, the visual clustering analysis of keywords, countries, publishing institutions, etc., reveals the hot spots and development trends of football injuries from multiple dimensions in the past 10 years. Results 1.Soccer player rehabilitation sports research capabilities are mainly concentrated in developed countries, such as the United States (37.6%), the United Kingdom (17.3%), Australia (15.6%), Spain (9.7%), Canada (7%), Japan only accounts for 2.0%, is The most studied country in Asia. 2.In the past 10 years, 302 research institutes in different countries and regions have been involved in football rehabilitation.The main research institutions are La Trobe Univ,Univ Calgary,Univ Queensland,Harvard Med Sch,Australian Catholic Univ,Ohio State Univ and other institutions. 3.Top 14 keywords with strongest citation bursts is traumctic brain injury,head injury ,collegiate football player, sports related cpncussion,football player recurrent concussion,sport relate concussion,recovery,diagnosis,pattern,kinematics,validation and validity. 4.Keyword clustering analysis of the cited literature shows that there is a high rate of references to the related literature such as concussion,groin,chronci traumatic encephalopathy and neurodegeneration etc.Using theory to understand high schools' intents to report port-related conferences: Applications for concussion education initiatives was cited the most frequently (116 times) by Register-Mihalik, Johna K. in the 2013. Conclusions (1) In the past 10 years, the research on the field of football rehabilitation has been increasing year by year, and the research enthusiasm in this field is positively correlated with the time when important football events are held; (2) Its research strength is mainly concentrated in developed countries in Europe and the United States, and in Asia There are few relevant studies; (3) Research institutions are mainly distributed in major universities and medical institutions (4) Research-related hotspots mainly focus on the rehabilitation of severe football injuries such as concussions and anterior cruciate ligament injuries, as well as groin and hamstring injuries Common football injuries and rehabilitation.

        A 90-day Repeated-Dosed Toxicity Study of Euphorbiae kansui radix Extract in Fischer 344/N Rats

        This study was performed to evaluate repeated-dose toxicities of Euphorbiae kansui radix extract in F344/N rats. Euphorbiae kansui radix extract was administered orally to rats at dose levels of 0, 37, 111, 333, 1,000 and 2,000 ㎎/㎏/day. Each group consisted of 10 rats of each gender. The Euphorbiae Kansui, Radix extract was given once a day, 5 times a week, for 90 day repeatedly. This study was conducted in accordance with the Protocol of Korea National Toxicology Program (issued by National Institute of Toxicological Research) and The Standards of Toxicity Study for Medicinal Products (issued by Korea Food and Drug Administration). In the present study, there were no dose-related changes in mortality, clinical signs, body weights, ophthalmoscopy, urine analysis, hematological findings, estrus cycle and sperm examination of all animals treated with Euphorbiae kansui radix extract. There were increases of liver weights in 2,000 ㎎/㎏/day groups of males and in 333, 1,000 and 2,000 ㎎/㎏/day groups of females. There were decreases of alkaline phosphatase levels in 1,000 and 2,000 ㎎/㎏/day groups of both sexes. These results suggest that the oral no-observed-adverse-effect level (NOAEL) of the test item, Euphorbiae kansui radix extract, in rats is 2,000 ㎎/㎏/day in both genders; no-observed-effect level (NOEL) is 1,000 ㎎/㎏/day in male and 111 ㎎/㎏/day in female. The target organs were thought to be liver and thymus.

        Antifungal Effects of New Synthetic Materials, KAF-200522 and KAF-200522-HCl, on in vitro and in vivo Models

        KAF-200522 and its chloride form, KAF-200522-HCl, were invented in Chemon inc. as new triazole antifungal agents with excellent activities in vivo and in vitro against wide range of fungi. As a result of in vitro susceptibility measurements, 80% minimum inhibitory concentrations (MIC??) of both test articles against Candida albican sp. and Aspergillus fumigatus sp. were below 0.0156 ㎍/mL, which were over 4,100 times lower than those of fluconazole against fluconazole resistant C. albican sp. and A. fumigatus sp., and were over 16 times lower than those of amphotericin B against above same fungi. Additionally, against representative dermatophytes, Trichophyton sp., the MIC??s of both test articles were below 0.0156 ㎍/mL which were over 64 times lower than those of fluconazole and amphotericin B. As in vivo antifungal activities in A. fumigatus sp. infected mouse models, KAF-200522 treatment group at 600 ㎎/㎏ showed 80% survival rate which was 2 times higher than that of amphotericin B and showed 13.7 days in the mean survival time (MST) which was about 2.1 times higher than that of amphotericin B. But in KAF-200522-HCl treatment groups, all animals were found dead in contrast to 40% survival rate in amphotericin B treatment group, however dose dependent increases in MST was revealed. In conclusion, antifungal activities of KAF-200522 and its mimics, KAF-200522-HCl in vitro and in vivo were confirmed in this study, therefore the potentiality of the present compounds to be developed into new antifungal drug was expected.

        The Effect of Oxygen Adsorption on the Depth of Space Charge Region on ZnO $(10{\bar{1}}0)$

        The apparent depth of space charge region on the ZnO $(10{\bar{1}}0)$ surface in chemisorption of oxygen has been estimated from the capacitance of two contacting faces. When the sample (donor concentration: $2.4{\times}10^{22}\;m^{-3}$) was evacuated at 773 K for 1 hr the depth reached to 40-100 ${\AA}$ depending on sample assembly. Admission of oxygen to the sample resulted in an increase of the depth to 3600 ${\AA}$ where the increment was greater at higher oxygen pressure between 6.6-1600 $N/m^2$. Admission of CO to the sample previously exposed to oxygen yields a decrease in the depth. The results of the measurement support that oxygen is adsorbed as an acceptor on ZnO $(10{\bar{1}}0)$.

        Original Article : Long-term outcomes of two rescue therapies in lamivudine- refractory patients with chronic hepatitis B: combined lamivudine and adefovir, and 1-mg entecavir

        Background/Aims: Adefovir (ADV) and lamivudine (LAM) combination therapy (ADV+LAM) has been a useful option for patients with LAM-resistant (LAM-r) chronic hepatitis B (CHB). However, the long term outcomes of LAM+ADV and 1-mg entecavir (ETV) rescue therapies have still been limited. The aim of this study was to determine the long-term outcomes of these two rescue therapies. Methods: Sixty patients with LAM-r CHB underwent rescue therapy with LAM+ADV (n=36) or 1-mg ETV (n=24). We determined the duration of rescue therapy, timing and type of mutation, undetectable serum hepatitis B virus (HBV) DNA by PCR (lower limitation of detection, <140 copies/mL), biochemical response (alanine aminotransferase <40 IU/mL), and the incidence of hepatitis B virus e antigen (HBeAg) seroconversion and virologic breakthrough. Results: Baseline characteristics did not differ between the two therapy groups. The duration of rescue therapy was 56 months (range, 14-100 months) in the ADV+LAM group and 42 months (range, 12 73 months) in the ETV group (P=0.036). The cumulative rates of HBV DNA undetectability and HBeAg seroconversion up to 6 years were 88.6% and 43.0%, respectively, in the ADV+LAM group, and 45.8% and 31.8% in the ETV group. The rate of virologic breakthrough and resistance was 14.4% in the ADV+LAMgroup and 71.9% in the ETV group (P=0.001). Conclusions: Combination of LAM and ADV therapy for up to 6 years achieved modest rates of virological suppression and resistance. ETV is not an optimal therapy because the risk of viral breakthrough to ETV increases over time. (Clin Mol Hepatol 2014;20:267-273)

        Reference Data of the Main Physiological Parameters in Control Sprague-Dawley Rats from Pre-clinical Toxicity Studies

        The purpose of this paper is to provide reference data related to the body weight, food & water consumptions, urinalysis, hematology and serum biochemistry parameters and absolute & relative organ weights obtained from control Sprague-Dawley rats, used in the 4-week and 13-week repeated-dose toxicity studies conducted in our laboratory between 2005 and 2008. The mean, standard deviation, minimum and maximum range values for hematology and serum biochemistry parameters, data of absolute & relative organ weights, and the difference between sexes and study duration of week 4 versus 13 week are presented. The studies were conducted according to “the standards of Toxicity Study for Medicinal Products” (2005) and The KFDA Notification No. 2000-63 ‘Good Laboratory Practice (GLP)’ (2000) issued by KFDA. These data could be used as reference material of Sprague-Dawley rats by conducting the studies to evaluate the toxicological profile of pre-clinical toxicity studies.

        Carcinoma of the remnant cystic duct is extremely rare, and only eight cases have been reported in worldwide. We experienced a case of incidentally detected remnant cystic duct carcinoma in a patient who had undergone cholecystectomy. A 74-year-old woman visited our hospital with pain of right upper quadrant of the abdomen. Her past history included cholecystectomy for acute cholecystitis 10 years ago. Both computer tomography (CT) scan and magnetic resonance imaging of the abdomen suspected acute cholecystitis in remnant gallbladder (GB) or remnant cystic duct with impacted multiple stones. And there was focal enhanced wall thickening in cystic duct adjacent common bile duct (CBD). Endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatoscopy was performed, but there was no filling defect or dilatation in CBD. Resection of remnant GB and cystic duct was performed. The resected specimen revealed a chronic active inflammation with abscess formation, and adenocarcinoma invading into the wall (pT2). The diagnosis of carcinoma of the cystic duct was made using Ozden`s new criteria. A positron emission tomography-CT scan performed after cholecystectomy showed an hypermetabolic lesion in portal mass (standard uptake value 4.8), and residual malignancy could not be ruled out. Resection of remnant cystic duct, wedge resection of liver, and lymphadenectomy were performed. There was no residual cancer cells in cystic duct, liver, or lymph nodes. The final diagnosis was remnant cystic duct carcinoma.

        CO₂ 환경하에서 접촉 표면에 적용한 마이크로 딤플 패턴이 마찰 및 마멸에 미치는 영향 연구

        Due to the environmental concerns, especially the greenhouse effect and GWP (Global Warming Potential), the carbon dioxide was investigated as an alternative natural refrigerant to replace HFCs (HydroFluoroCarbons) in refrigerator or air conditioning systems. Because new compressor with carbon dioxide is going to be operated under the high pressure, the tribology of sliding surfaces in the compressor becomes very important. To improve of wear resistance in compressor parts, especially rotary type, the friction and wear characteristics of improved sliding surfaces between vane and flange were evaluated in this paper. The method of reformed sliding surface, such as micro-dimple processes, was applied on surfaces in order to improve the tribological characteristics, and their performances were evaluated experimentally. The vane-on-flange type lubricated sliding tests were performed with a high pressure wear tester using carbon dioxide. Test results showed that the reformed surfaces were very effective to reduce the friction and the wear amounts of vane surfaces. The method of improved surfaces showed good tribological properties at vane and flange.
