마스크 상의 거친 표면을 정의하기 위해서 Monte-Carlo 방법이 적용되었다. 극자외선 마스크의 거친 표면 함수, 즉 power spectral density 에 의해 표현된 무작위적인 표면의 높이 변화는 상면에서의 전기장을 계산하기 위해서 재정의 되었다. Feynmann의 접근 방식과 유사한 산란에 대한 일반식을 유도하였고, 이는 결상과정에서 마스크의 단차상의 거친 측면에 의한 효과를 알아보기 위해서 적용되어졌다. 거친 표면과 완전히 편평한 표면에 대한 전기장의 위상과 진폭 변화 정도를 비교하기 위해서 다중 산람 문제 또한 여러 다른 패턴에 대하여 이 논문에서 다뤄졌다. The Monte-Carlo Method is adopted to define the roughness of the mask structure. A random surface height variation described by power spectral density for the rough surfaces of an estreme ultraviolet (EUV) mask is to be redefined to calculate the field in the image plane. A general explicit formula of the scattering, which is analogous to Feynman's approach, is derived, and it is adapted to the EUV mask structure to evaluate the effect of the surface roughness of the side wall of the mask topography on the image formation. The multiple random scattering problems are dealt with the different pattern types in order to compare field variations in phase and amplitude with the ideal flat surface.
창의성 관점에서 본 제 7차 초등 수학과 교육과정 : 규칙성과 함수를 중심으로 Focusing on Patterns and Functions

The present study examined the 7th national elementary school mathematics curriculum from a perspective of mathematical creativity. The study investigated to what extent the activities in the Pattern and Function lessons in the national elementary school mathematics textbooks promoted the development of mathematical creativity. The results indicated that the current elementary school mathematics curriculum was limited in many ways to promote the development of mathematical creativity. Regarding the activities in Pattern lessons, for example, most activities presented closed tasks involving finding and extending patterns. The lesson provided little opportunities to explore the relationships among various patterns, apply patterns to different situations, or create ones own patterns. In regard to the Function lessons, the majority of activities were about computing the rate. This showed that the function was taught from an operational perspective, not a relational perspective. It was unlikely that students would develop the basic understanding of function through the activities involving the computing the rate. Further, the lessons had students use exclusively the numbers in representing the function. Students were provided little opportunities to use various representation methods involving pictures or graphs, explore the strengths and limitations of various representation methods, or to choose more effective representation methods in particular contexts. In conclusion, the lesson activities in the current elementary school mathematics textbooks were unlikely to promote the development of mathematical creativity.
公共施設 立地分析 및 適地選定方案 : Focused on Location of cityhall in Chinju 晉州市廳舍를 中心으로

The purpose of this study is to find the optimum location of a new cityhall in chinju by being an integrated city. It should suppy both the citizens and officials with efficient public administrative services. To the end, two locational models were used to solve locational problem of cityhall in Chinju as a case study. These are Weber's central point model and weighted benefit maximal coverage model. The central points indicating spatial efficiency are measures of calculating the minimum sum of total travel distances by the users of public services. Maximal coverage points used weighted value per distances are measures of calculating the maximum sum of total numbers of service users. Populations of the years of 1993, 2016 and distance of forty-one zone and eight candidate sites of Chinju cityhall were used in the models. The results of this research indicate that the area of Chinju station,namely candidate 3 site where have advantages in terms of total distances and numbers of service users. The result may provide some insights for decision makers and planners not only to find but also to evaluate the location of public service facilities such as Chinju cityhall and other basic administration buildings.
n-CdS_(0.46)Se_(0.54)/p-Cu_92-x)S_(0.46)Se_(0.54) 이종접합 태양전지의 제작과 그 특성에 관한 연구

승화방법에 의해 CdS_0.46Se_0.54 단결정을 성장하여 결정구조를 조사하고, Van der Pauw 방법으로 Hall effect를 측정하여 carrier density의 온도 의존성과 mobility의 온도 의존성을 조사하였다. 성장된 CdS_0.46Se_0.54 단결정을 치환반응하여 n-CdS_0.46Se_0.54/p-Cu_2-xS_0.46Se_0.54 이종접합 태양전지를 제작하였다. Spectral response, 전류-전압특성 및 전력변환 효율을 조사하여 그 결과로부터 개방전압은 0.48V, 단락 전류 밀도는 21mA/㎠, fill factor와 전력변환효율은 각각 0.75와 9.5%를 얻었다. CdS_0.46Se_0.54 single crystal was grown by a sublimation method. The crystal structure and the temperature dependence of carrier density and mobility of CdS_0.46Se_0.54 single crystal were studied. Heterojunction solar cells on n-CdS_0.46Se_0.54/p-Cu_2-xS_0.46Se_0.54 were fabricated by the substitution reaction. The spectral response, the J-U characteristics and the conversion efficiency of the n-CdS_0.46Se_0.54/p-Cu_2-xS_0.46Se_0.54 heterojunction solar cells were studied. The open-cricuit voltage, short-circuit density, fill factor and conversion efficiency of n-CdS_0.46Se_0.54/p-Cu_2-xS_0.46Se_0.54 heterojunction solar cells under 80mW/㎠ illumination were found to be 0.48V, 21mA/㎠, 0.75 and 9.5%, respectively.
Improved resistance of soybean mosaic virus with Coat protein and HC-Pro genes using RNAi method

Soybean mosaic virus (SMV), a member of Potyviridae family, is one of the most typical viral diseases and results in yield and quality loss of cultivated soybean. Due to the depletion of genetic resources for resistance breeding, a trial of genetic transformation to improve disease resistance has been performed by introducing SMV-CP and HC-Pro gene by RNA interference (RNAi) method via Agrobacterium-mediated transformation. Transgenic plants were infected with SMV strain G5 and investigated the viral response. As a result, two lines (3 and 4) of SMV-CP(RNAi) transgenic plants and three lines (2, 5 and 6) of HC-Pro(RNAi) transgenic plants showed viral resistance. In genomic Southern blot analysis, most of lines contained at least one T-DNA insertion in both SMV-CP(RNAi) and HC-Pro(RNAi) transgenic plants. Subsequent investigation confirmed that no viral CP and HC-Pro gene expression was detected in two SMV-resistant lines of SMV-CP(RNAi) and three lines of HC-Pro(RNAi) transgenic plants, respectively. On the other hand, non-transgenic plants and other lines showed viral RNA expression. Viral symptoms affected seed morphology, and clean seeds were harvested from SMV-resistant line of SMV-CP(RNAi) and HC-Pro(RNAi) transgenic plants. In addition, strong viral gene expression was detected from seeds of SMV-susceptible non-transgenic plants and SMV-susceptible transgenic lines. When compared the viral resistance between SMV-CP(RNAi) and HC-Pro(RNAi) transgenic plants, soybean transgenic plants with the HC-Pro gene using RNAi strategy showed much stronger and higher frequency of viral resistance.

Dynamic changes in adipose tissue blood flow (ATBF) with nutritional sta-tus play a role in the regulation of metabolic and endocrine functions. Activation of the sympathetic nervous system via β-adrenergic receptors (β-AR) contributes to the control of postprandial enhancement of ATBF. Herein, we sought to identify the role of each β-AR subtype in the regulation of ATBF in mice. We monitored the changes in visceral epididymal ATBF (VAT BF), induced by local infusion of dobutamine, salbu-tamol, and CL316,243 (a selective β1-, β2-, and β3-AR agonist, respectively) into VAT of lean CD-1 mice and global adipose triglyceride lipase (ATGL) knockout (KO) mice, using laser Doppler flowmetry. Administration of CL316,243, known to promote li-polysis in adipocytes, significantly increased VAT BF of CD-1 mice to a greater extent compared to that of the vehicle, whereas administration of dobutamine or salbuta-mol did not produce significant differences in VAT BF. The increase in VAT BF induced by β3-AR stimulation disappeared in ATGL KO mice as opposed to their wild-type (WT) littermates, implying a role of ATGL-mediated lipolysis in the regulation of VAT BF. Different vascular reactivities occurred despite no significant differences in vessel density and adiposity between the groups. Additionally, the expression levels of the angiogenesis-related genes were significantly higher in VAT of ATGL KO mice than in that of WT, implicating an association of ATBF responsiveness with angiogenic activ-ity in VAT. Our findings suggest a potential role of β3-AR signaling in the regulation of VAT BF via ATGL-mediated lipolysis in mice.
