        청소년기에 발생한 경부 지방육종의 치험례

        Liposarcomas are common malignant mesenchymal neoplasms, comprising approximately 15% of all soft-tissue sarcomas. They rarely occur in the head and neck region, the reported incidence being 2 to 6%. They make up only 4% of childhood soft tissue sarcomas, in contrast to adults, in whom they account for 15 to 20%. Less than 15 cases of liposarcomas in the head and neck have been reported in patients under the age of 18 years. Although the tumor is radiosensitive, wide surgical excision with postoperative radiotherapy is the treatment of choice at present. The prognosis is dependent of the type and grade. Five year survival is reported as over 80% for myxoid types and well-differentiated types but less than 50% for round cell types and pleomorphic types. We found a case of liposarcoma in the submandibular region in a 16-year-old female patient. In this case, surgical excision with postoperative radiotherapy was perfomed.

        편마비 장애인의 평형 유지를 위한 건측 하지 및 시각정보 활용 특성

        The purpose of the study was to analyze the effect of visual information and contralateral limb coordination on balance characteristics among patients with a hemiplegic disability. A total of twentyeight participants were recruited as subjects. For experimental group, fourteen patients with hemiplegia disability (age: 53.9±6.3 yrs., height: 1.69±.04 m, weight: 72.4±4.7 kg, level of lesion 2-3 grade) and for control group, fourteen participants from general population (age: 52.1±5.6 yrs., height: 1.64±.11 m, weight: 74.7±5.8 kg) were recruited. The subjects were instructed to maintain balance under two tasks (while maintaining balance with both feet, with one foot) and two visual conditions (with or without visual information). The conclusion obtained after analyzing the effect of visual information on the center of pressure distribution, average velocity, peak velocity are as follows. First, the resultant velocity of the center of pressure was higher among hemiplegia patient than the control group. Second, the ability to maintain balance during one-foot balance condition significantly reduced when no visual information was provided in both groups. Third, the ability to maintain balance by hemiplegia patient group during one-foot balance task was better than the control group.

        성인의 하향계단 보행 시 중량에 따른 하지의 운동역학적 변인 분석

        The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect that various loads have on the lower limb biomechanics. The following variables were measured and analyzed; performance time for each phase, lower limb moments and joint angles, and ground reaction forces. The kinematic and kinetic data was recorded by 2 force platforms and a motion capture system while 12 healthy adults in their twenties stepped down three steps under loads of 0%, 10%, 20% BW. Results are as follows. First, the different loading conditions did not seem to significantly affect the performance times and the joint angles. Second, the largest ground reaction forces were observed at the 1 step at the 10% BW condition. Finally, at the 0% BW loading condition the right hip extension moment was the smallest and the left hip flexion moment was the largest. The results show that there are not any significant changes in the biomechanics of the lower limbs under loading conditions up to 20% BW. Further investigations including more loading conditions with more weights and more additional steps analyzed are needed.

        이미지 프로세싱 기반 탁구공 자동추적 프로그램 개발

        [목적] 본 연구의 목적은 탁구 전술 수립을 위한 정보를 신속하기 획득하기 위해 이미지 프로세싱 기술을 활용하여 탁구공의 이동궤적을 추적할 수 있는 알고리즘과 소프트웨어를 개발하는데 있다. [방법] 컴퓨터 비전 분야에서 사용하고 있는 알고리즘을 탁구 동호인 2경기와 국제대회 2경기에 적용하고 보완하였다. 개발한 소프트웨어를 통해 자동으로 획득한 구역별 탁구공 바운스 빈도와 수기로 획득한 빈도를 비교하는 신뢰도 분석을 수행하였다. [결과] 동호인 2경기의 평균 신뢰도는 85.1±3.69%, 합계 오류 14.9±3.69%로 나타났고 과대추정 오류 52.2±9.78%, 과소추정 오류 47.8±9.78%이다. 국제대회 2경기의 평균 신뢰도는 71.8±0.87%, 합계 오류 28.2±0.87%, 과대추정 오류 82.0±8.03%, 과소추정 오류 19.2±7.75%이다. [결론] 본 연구에서 개발한 알고리즘과 소프트웨어의 목표 신뢰도는 80%로 동호인 경기에서만 달성하였지만 국제대회 경기의 경우 대체적으로 과대추정 오류가 높아 추후 개선할 수 있는 가능성을 보여줬다. [Purpose] The purpose of this study was to develop algorithms and software that can track the trajectory of table tennis balls using image-processing algorithms to obtain information quickly for under and establish tactics used in table tennis. [Methods] The algorithms used in the field of computer vision were applied on two matches played by novice and two matches during international competitions by elite athletes. Reliability analysis was performed by comparing the table tennis ball bounce frequency in each zone obtained through the automatic method and the manual method. [Results] The mean reliability of the two novice games was only 85.1 ± 3.69%, total error was 14.9 ± 3.69%, overestimation error was 52.2 ± 9.78%, and underestimation error was 47.8 ± 9.78%. While the mean reliability of the two international tournaments was 71.8 ± 0.87%, the total error was 28.2 ± 0.87%, overestimation error was 82.0 ± 8.03%, and underestimation error was 19.2 ± 7.75%. [Conclusion] Although the target reliability of algorithms and software developed in this study was achieved only in novice competitions with 80%, the over-estimation errors were generally high in international competitions, showing the potential for further improvement.

        CAPM을 이용한 제1기 신도시 아파트 수직증축 리모델링의 위험-수익 분석

        본 연구는 주택법 개정으로 2014.4.25.부터 수직증축 리모델링이 가능해 진 제1기 신도시(일산, 분당, 평촌, 산본, 중동)의 아파트시장이 CAPM 이론에 부합하는지를 분석하고 그 결과 수직 증축분의 분양가 결정 측면에서 시사점을 찾는데 목적이 있다. 분석방법은 제1기 신도시 5개 지역을 하나의 시장으로 보고 Black ?Jensen ?Scholes의 연구방법론에 따라 증권시장선(SML; Securities Markets Line)과 증권특성선(SCL; Securities Characteristic Line)을 각각 구한 후 양자가 통계적으로 일치하는지를 살펴본다. 분석결과 SML과 SCL은 통계적으로 일치하지 않은 것으로 나타나제1기 신도시 아파트 시장에는 CAPM 이론이 적용되지 않음을 확인할 수 있었다. 따라서 제1기 신도시 아파트는 투자재로서의 기능보다 소비재로서의 역할에 부합하므로 향후 허용되는 수직증축 리모델링 시 과도한 분양프리미엄이 책정되지 않도록 공급자, 수요자 및 정책당국의 노력이 필요하다고 판단된다. The purpose of this study is to analyse whether markets of the first-new-town(Ilsan, Bundang, Pyungchon, Sanbon, Joongdong) apartment which is able to act vertically extended remodelling from 25th March 2014 according to the amendment of Housing Act coincide CAPM theory or not, and to find an application in respect of deciding the price of parcel remodelled as a result of the analysis. Analytical method is to confirm statistically the same SML(Securities Market Line) as SCL(Securities Characteristic Line) complying with research methodology of Black?Jensen?Scholes regarding five regions of the first-new-town apartment as one whole market. On analyzed result, SML and SCL are not same statistically, and so it is possible to say that CAPM is not adapted to the first-new-town apartment market. That is, the first-new-town apartment is corresponded to more function of consumption goods than that of investment goods, therefore it is considered that supplier, demander and policy maker should effort not to set a excessive parcel price on would-be vertically extended remodelling.

        <P>We propose an optical configuration for a transflective mode with a circular polarizer for the vertical alignment liquid crystal cell, which can show the wideband property of high contrast in oblique incidence. The proposed configuration consists of a biaxial film and two uniaxial films for satisfying both the transmissive and the reflective modes. Optimization of the optical configuration of the circular polarizer has been performed on the Poincaré sphere in the entire visible wavelength range using the Stokes vector and the Mueller matrix method. We also verify the excellent optical characteristics of the proposed configuration by comparing the viewing angle and contrast ratio in the oblique direction with a conventional optical configuration in calculation.</P>

        Acute Care Surgery Model for Emergency Cholecystectomy

        Purpose: Acute care surgery (ACS) models have evolved worldwide over the last decade. However, South Korea has an established trauma system and does not consider the ACS model. This study compares the management and outcome of emergency cholecystectomy in the ACS model to those of traditional on-call attending surgeon model for emergency surgery.Methods: Retrospectively collected data for patients who underwent emergency cholecystec-tomy from May 2013 to January 2015 was analyzed to compare data from a traditional on-call system (OCS) and ACS.Results: One hundred and twenty-four patients were enrolled in the study (62 patients ACS vs. 62 patients OCS). Hospital stay (days) (ACS=4.29±2.49 vs. OCS=4.82±4.48, p=0.46) and stay in emergency room (minutes) (ACS=213.10±113.99 vs. OCS=241.10±150.73, p=0.20) did not differ significantly between groups. Operation time (minutes) was significantly shorter in the ACS than OCS group (389.97±215.21 vs. 566.35±290.14, p<0.001). Other clinical variables (sex, open-conversion rate, whether the operation was performed at night/holiday, intensive care unit admission rate) did not differ between groups. There was no mortality and readmission.Conclusion: The implementation of the ACS led to shorter operation time and no increase of postoperative mortality and complication.         안륜근 기저피판을 이용한 상안검 재건

        Eyelid tissue defects may be congenital(colobomas) or may result from neoplasm excision, trauma, irradiation, burns, or inflammatory conditions. In general, the upper eyelid defect should be reconstructed early in order to prevent corneal damage, and if not adequately treated, it may result in the loss of eyesight. Reconstruction of the eyelid defect requires three elements : an outer layer of skin, an inner layer of mucosa, and a semirigid supporting "skeleton" interposed between them, And it is equally important to provide stable margin that does not turn inward or outward. The surgical approach to reconstruction depends on the size and location of the lesion involved. Usually, the lower lid is used for the reconstruction of full-thickness defects over a quarter of the upper lid. Instead of the lower lid flap, we have used a mucosal graft and a simple orbicularis based flap to reconstruct the full-thickness defect of the upper eyelid in a one-stage operation.

        반추가축영양 : Lignosulfonate처리 대두박의 반추위 내 미생물 발효특성에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 반추가축에 급여되는 사료원 중 종류별, 수준별 lignosulfonate 처리 대두박의 반추위 내 undegradable protein (UDP) 효율을 알아보기 위하여 실험 I 에서 전체 4종의 lignosulfonate (Desulfonated, Na, Ca, Solution)를 각각 수준별 (2, 4, 8%)로 처리하여 전체 12종의 lignosulfoanted soybeanmeal (LSBM)에 대한 반추위 내 미생물 발효 특성의 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위해 in vitro 시험이 실시되었다. 실험 H에서는 실험 I 에서 대두박의 단백질 보호 효과가 가장 높은 LSBM Na 2% 처리구와 LSBM Solution (LSBM Sol) 2% 처리구 그리고 열처리 LSBM (LSBM Heat) 2%를 이용하여 rumen simulation continuous culture (RSCC) system을 이용한 반추위 내 미생물 발효 특성에 대한 연구가 실시되었다. 시험 I in vitro 시험에서 모든 LSBM 처리구에서 전체 배양시간 평균 pH수준, gas 생성량, NH3-N 농도, 건물소화율, VFA 생성량 그리고 ADF 소화율은 배양시간이 지남에 따라 대조구에 비해 낮은 결과를 나타내었다(p<0.05) 반추위 내 미생물단백질 합성량은 대조구가 LSMB 처리구 보다 통계적으로 높은 결과를 나타내었으며 (p<0.05), LSBM 수준이 증가할수록 반추위 내 미생물 단백질 합성량은 감소하는 경향을 나타내었다. UDP 함량은 대조구보다 LSBM 처리구에서 높은 결과를 나타내었으며(p<0.05), 특히 LSBM Sol 처리구는 대조구에 비해 각각 2%, 4% 그리고 8% 처리군에서 11.18%, 11.54% 그리고 29.11%의 UDP 함량이 증가 하였다. 시험 Ⅱ는 RSCC system을 이용하여 반추위 내 미생물 발효특성에 대한 시험이 실시되었다. 시험사료는 대조구와 In vitro 시험 중 대조구와 UDP 효과가 높은 LSBM Na 2%, LSBM Sol 2% 그리고 LSBM Heat 2% 처리한 사료 4처리 4반복(4x4 Latin squire)에 의해 15일간 시험이 실시되었으며, 배양 마지막 3일 동안의 sample을 이용하여 분석을 실시하였다. 전체 배양 기간 중 모든 처리구에서 적응기간 동안 불규칙적인 반추위 미생물 발효 특성을 보였으나 배양 12일 이후 안정된 발효특성을 나타내었다. Sampling 기간 동안의 각 처리간의 평균 pH는 모든 LSBM 처리구에서 대조구보다 높았다(p<0.05). NH3-N 함량, VFA 함량 그리고 반추위 내 미생물 단백질 합성량은 LSBM 처리구가 대조구에 비해 낮은 결과를 나타내었다(p<0.05). UDP 함량은 대조구, LSBM Heat 2%, LSBM Na 2% 그리고 LSBM Sol 2%에서 각 41.55, 43.49, 45.28 그리고 43.52%로 모든 LSBM 처리구가 대조구에 비해 유의하게 높은 경향을 나타내였다(p<0.05). 시험 I 과 시험Ⅱ에서 UDP 함량은 LSBM 처리구에서 lignosulfonate 처리 수준이 증가할수록 증가하는 경향을 나타내었고, 모든 LSBM 처리구는 대조구에 비해 높은 UDP 함량을 나타내었다. 이와 같은 결과는 사료원으로써 대두박에 대한 lignosulfonate 처리가 coating 작용과 열처리에 의한 물리·화학적 효과로 인하여 대두박의 단백질 분해율을 저해 시킨 것으로 사료된다. 그러나 LSBM 처리군 중 건물소화율과 반추위 내 미생물단백질 합성량은 LSBM 2% 처리구에서 가장 높은 결과를 나타내였다. 따라서, 반추가축 사료내 LSBM 첨가가 In vitro와 RSCC system을 이용한 반추위내 미생물발효 특성 시험에서 반추위 내에서 by-pass protein 함량을 증가시키는 결과를 나타내었으며, 추후 착유우를 이용한 LSBM 급여를 시험을 통하여 유단백질 증진효과에 대하여 추가적인 평가가 이루어져야 할 것으로 사료된다. This study was conducted to investigate the effects on fermentation characteristics of rumen microorganism by different types and levels of lignosulfonate treated soybean meal (LSBM) in in vitro test and rumen simulation continuous culture (RSCC) system in dairy cows. The experiment I was control and 12 treatments (each with 3 replications) in vitro test to demonstrate composition of different types of treatments with lignosulfonate (Desulfonate, Na, Ca and solution) and levels (2, 4 and 8%) of soybean meal in the dairy cow diet. LSBM source treatments in the dairy cow diet showed pH value, NH)-N concentration and total YF A concentration lower than control at all levels and incubation times (p<0.05). Dry matter digestibility of LSBM source treatments showed lower than control (p<0.05). Gas production and rumen microbial synthesis was decreased by rumen microbial fermentation for incubation times. Undegradable protein (UDP) concentration of all LSBM treatments was decreased for incubation times, and significantly higher than control (p<0.05). In the experiment Il compared diets of the control, LSBM Na 2%, LSBM Sol 2%, which are high performance to Undegradable protein (UOP) concentration experiment I in vitro test, and heated treatment Iignosulfonate (LSBM Heat) 2% in the dairy cow diet from four station RSCC system (4x4 Latin square). A rumen microbial fermentation characteristic was stability during 12-15 days of experimental period in all treatments. The pH value of LSBM treatments was higher than control treatment (p<0.05). The NH)-N concentration, YFA concentration and rumen microbial synthesis of LSBM treatments were lower than control (p<0.05). The undegradable protein (UDP) showed LSBM Na 2% (45.28%), LSBM Sol 2% (43.52%) and LSBM Heat 2% (43.49%) higher than control (41.55%), respectively (p<0.05). Those experiments were designed to improve by-pass protein of diet and milk protein in the dairy cows. We will conduct those experiments the in vivo test by LSBM treatments in dairy cows diet.

        It is very important to monitor the spread of spilled oil for effective response planning. However, the use of traditional response ship or other response equipment for this purpose under wild sea condition such as high wave, fast tide and wind is limited because of physical fatigue and stress of crews. Therefore, the development of an unmanned pollution response vehicle which can monitor the spread of spilled oil under wild sea condition is needed. In this paper, we report the construction of remote control system for super mini-size unmanned pollution response vehicles which consists of RF controller and a GUI-based control consol.<br/> <br/>
