<P>We present a 1.9-GHz high-power-handling complementary metal-oxide-semiconductor (CMOS) transmit/ receive (T/R) switch with the impedance transformation technique (ITT). The losses of the T/R switch, including matching networks, are analyzed, and the design method for the selection of an optimal switch operating impedance (RSW) is presented. The proposed T/R switch is implemented in a standard 0.18-mu m CMOS process. Experimental data show that the proposed design achieves more than 2 W of power-handling capability.</P>

We demonstrated the binding capability and non-biofouling efficacy of biotinylated, poly(MAEP-co-OEGMA) films using streptavidin and fibrinogen. The copolymeric films were synthesized on gold substrates without activation or passivation via the surface initiated-controlled radical polymerization of MAEP and OEGMA in five different molar ratios, followed by biotinylation using ?click? chemistry. The copolymeric film synthesized with MAEP at a mole fraction of 0.2 exhibited the best performance of surface plasmon resonance.
중소기업의 제품해석을 위한 공개라이브러리 기반 자동요소생성기 개발

최근 IT 설계 기술의 진화, 제품의 복잡성 증가 및 대외적 요구조건의 증대와 다변화 등으로 인해 설계?해석 문제의 규모가 획기적으로 증가하고 있으며 기존 단일분야(single-disciplinary)만을 고려한 시뮬레이션에서 다분야통합(Multi-disciplinary) 시뮬레이션으로 변모 하고 있다. 이를 위해서는 다양한 조건에서의 정밀 전산모사가 필수적이나 국내 중소기업의 경우 고가의 컴퓨팅 및 전문인력확보의 문제 등으로 인해 R&D 및 현업에의 적용이 매우 미흡한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 시뮬레이션을 위한 기반기술로 Windows, Unix/Linux 등 다양한 OS 에서 활용가능하며 LGPL 라이선스를 가지고 있는 공개라이브러리인 Netgen 을 활용하여 자동격자모델 생성기를 개발하였다. 본 프로그램에서는 STL format 뿐만 아니라 IGES, STEP 등의 다양한 CAD 모델 파일에서 Geometry 정보를 추출하여 자동으로 Mesh 를 생성하는 기능을 제공하는 함수를 구축하였으며, Meshing, Refinement 등의 기본 기능뿐만 아니라 간편한 GUI 를 통해 Mesh 품질 검사 등 관련 주요 기능을 활용할 수 있도록 하였다. 한국과학기술정보연구원의 슈퍼컴퓨팅 중소기업지원실에서는 내부 시스템을 통해 이를 등록 후 배포하였으며, 활용 설문을 통해 중소기업지원에서 실제 활용될 수 있음을 확인하였다.

경 X선 형광분석 기법에 사용되는 X선 튜브는 X선의 휘도가 낮아 분석의 정밀도가 떨어지고 분석 시간 또한 오래 걸린다. 모세관 집광소자를 이용하면 X선 휘도의 이득(gain)을 최소 10 이상 얻을 수가 있다. 모세관 광학소자는 8.4keV의 텅스텐 특성방사선을 효율적으로 집광할 수 있도록 설계되었다. 파이렉스 유리로 된 모세관 모재를 풀러 (puller)를 이용하여 45 g의 추에 650˚의 온도를 가하여 모세관 광학소자를 제작하였다. 모세관 광학소자의 제작은 총 460분이 소요되었으며 제작된 모세관 광학소자의 길이는 87 ㎜, X선 입사부의 직경은 300 ㎛, 출구부의 직경은 192㎛로 제작되었다. 제작된 모세관 광학소자를 경 X선 형광분석에 적용하면 황(S)과 같은 경원소 검출의 정밀도를 높일수 있을 것이다. An X-ray tube used an X-ray fluorescence analysis system has a low X-ray photon intensity which results in reducing measurement accuracy and increasing exposure time. These shortages can be overcame by using a monocapillary optics. A monocapillary optics was optimally designed for focusing the characteristic X-ray of tungsten (8.4 keV). The monocapillary optics can achieve a gain of 10 at the least. The monocapillary optics was fabricated by using puller and pyrex glass, raw material. In fabrication, a weigh of 45g and a temperature of 650˚ was loaded. The total fabrication time was 460 minutes. The fabricated capillary had 87 ㎜ in length and maximum diameter of 300 ㎛ and minimum diameter of 192 ㎛. When the fabricated monocapillary optics is applied to an X-ray fluorescence analysis system, the detection accuracy for soft elements, for example sulfur (S), will be improved.
Carbamazepine Intoxication Unresponsive to Continuous Venovenous Hemodiafiltration

Carbamazepine (CBZ) intoxication can be associated with severe toxicity. Highly protein-bounded, CBZ is not removed efficiently through conventional hemodialysis. we observed that serum CBZ level was decreased minimally by albumin-enhanced CVVHDF with low dialysate flow. Therefore, albumin-enhanced CVVHDF with high dialysate flow should be considered in severe CBZ intoxication, if hemoperfusion is unavailable because of the lack of facilities or cannot be performed. Introduction: Carbamazepine is commonly used as an anticonvulsant agent. Due to the diverse availability of CBZ, the incidence of accidental and intentional poisoning is high and there is no specific antidote for CBZ intoxication. Recent studies have demonstrated that continuous venovenous hemodiafiltration and albumin-enhanced CVVHD with high dialysate flow can also be effectively used to treat severe CBZ intoxication Case Report: A 17-year-old, 57-kg boy with depressive disorder presented with three generalized tonic clonic seizures between which there is no recovery of consciousness. he had taken 18,000 mg (60 tablets) of controlled-release CBZ (300 mg). His serum CBZ level was found to be 36 μg/mL. He could not receive multiple-dose activated charcoal because of severe ileus. We started albumin-enhanced CVVHDF 48 hours after ingestion. but He remained unconscious although we treated him with albumin-enhanced CVVHDF for 20 hours. so We made the decision to convert to charcoal hemoperfusion. Serum CBZ levels were measured before and after the procedures. Reduction ratio and half-life (T½) of the serum CBZ level during albumin-enhanced CVVHDF (20 hours) were 24.2%and 41.4 hours. Reduction ratio and T½during charcoal hemoperfusion for 3 hours were 43.7% and 3.5 hours. The patient recovered without any neurological sequelae. Discussions: It is well known that charcoal hemoperfusion is standard care in severe CBZ intoxication, charcoal hemoperfusion cannot be performed in many cases because of the lack of facilities. In case that charcoal hemoperfusion is unavailable or cannot be performed in severe CBZ intoxication, albumin-enhanced CVVHDF with high dialysate flow should be considered.
온라인 수업 시 역동적 평가를 적용한 4학년 곱셈 및 나눗셈 지도의 효과

The purpose of this research is to investigate the effects of online instruction combined with dynamic assessment on mathematics achievement of elementary 4th grade students. The students who participated in this study were totally 82. Experimental group consisted of 30 normal-achieving students and 11 underachieving students. Comparison group consisted of 31 normal-achieving students and 10 underachieving students. The teaching method for experiment groups was online instruction combined with dynamic assessment. The teaching method for comparison group was that one-sided online instruction. This study use the HLM 7.03 program to analysis the mathematics achievement of students. The result is normal achieving students and underachieving students in the experimental group showed larger improvements in the mathematics achievement than comparison group as online instruction progressed. It was significant. This paper has discussed the effects of direct instruction, the implication and limitations of this study.
전력계통운영시스템(EMS)의 재생에너지 출력 실시간 추정 방안

국내 재생에너지는 그린뉴딜, 재생에너지 3020 등의 정부정책 추진에 따라 급격하게 증가하고 있다. 제9차 전력수급기본계획에 따라 전력거래소와 한전이 재생에너지 예측, 모니터링, 제어를 위해 실시간 정보공유 체계를 구축하고 있으나, 관련 시스템 구축이 완료될 때까지는 전계통 재생에너지 출력 추정값을 계통운영에 활용하여야 한다. 본 논문에서는 취득 중인 자료를 기반으로 재생에너지 중 풍력, 태양광 발전기의 전체 출력을 실시간으로 추정하는 방안에 대하여 연구하고자 한다.

There have been dramatic changes in powertrain development trend with the rising demands for eco-friendly technology. However the needs for high efficiency internal combustion engine including hybrid engine are still high. At the same time, global automotive industry is facing unprecedented strengthened requirements when it comes to air pollution, climate changes and government regulations. Recently PCV icing problem of intake manifold was reported in extremely cold area by climate change. Intake manifold where PCV outlet is installed is one of key parts to influence the engine performances and PCV icing problem can’t be solved with the conventional design. This study will focus on the development of anti-icing plastic intake manifold. CAE simulation and experiments were implemented to evaluate design validity. Finally endoscopic visualization method was used to examine the behavior of PCV icing in intake manifold.
