In the recent years, the importance of experience learning has been emphasized in the science education. Because of this situation, the science education that was mainly taught in the class has been changed into the field work. Therefore, the related teachers have recognized the systematic necessities of teaching materials that will be focused on the teaching places and activities. This study seeks to develop the study materials for the field geologic practice in the Snagjok-am, Deokmyeong-ri, Goseong-gun, Gyeonsangname-do, and to find the teaching methods for the geologic units of the earth science at the middle school. There are wide outcrop of sedimentary rocks which eroded by the sea waves in this place. And we have easily access to that place, so the field observation can be carried out successfully. Also there are various rocks, geologic structures, and fossils which are the importance materials for the science curriculum at the middle school. The practice course is divided into from A to E courses, and the related materials are made for the purpose of investigating those whole sites within one or two days. Each course can be explained as the followings. (1) Course A: participants can study from three stops the joint system of igneous rocks, the bedding layer of the sedimentary rocks, and the various characteristics of the shore sediments. (2) Course B: participants can investigate from three stops the structure of the sedimentary rocks, that is cross bedding, sun cracks and fossils. (3) Course C: participants can survey from two stops the various rock facies and geologic structure caused from the intrusion of igneous rocks. (4) Course D: in this course, students can observe the various aspects spontaneously because the previously stated geologic structures are repeatedly appeared. (5) Course E: participants can study the wave0cut bench, cliffs, and caves caused by the erosion of sea waves. This thesis seeks to develop the geologic informations, learning content, instructive and teaching methods, background knowledge, and the materials of field studies which students can effectively used. The content of field studies have focus on the geologic unit at the middle school science textbook, but this can be varied flexibly according to the related levels. Additionally, this study has been proven practically through the real experiments conducted by the first class student of the middle school. The conclusion is that the field programs have had the affirmative result in improving the scientific attitudes, and the cognition about field works has been appraised positively.

본 논문은 발달장애유아 언어행동발달 컨텐츠 개발에 요구되는 기초연구로써 연구의 이론적 바탕을 확립하고자 하였다. 연구에 사용된 방법은 문헌조사 방법 및 현장 인터뷰기법을 병행하였다. 본 연구의 주된 목적은 크게 3가지로 구분된다. 첫째, 발달장애유아의 가정 내 교육 욕구를 분석하고자 하였다. 둘째, 발달장애유아의 언어발달 양상을 검토하고자 하였다. 세 번째 목적은 유아의 언어행동발달 컨텐츠 구성의 주요 지침을 설정하고자 하였다. 이상의 연구목적에 따른 연구결과를 요약하면 다음 몇 가지로 제시된다. 1.가정 내 부모-유아간 관계형성이 우선 고려 되어야하고, 이에 따른 상호작용은 발달적 애착형성이 가능한 방향으로 정립되어야한다. 2.발달장애유아의 언어행동발달양상을 검토한 결과에 따르면, Piaget는 언어행동발달에 있어 감각운동기적 환경탐색 기능을 강조하고 있고, 이는 현재까지 중요한 유아 발달의 기저로 정착되었다. 따라서, 발달장애유아의 언어행동발달을 위한 컨텐츠 개발 내용에 있어서도 이러한 기저에 충실함이 합리적이다. 3.발달장애유아들에게는 언어행동 양상의 갈래가 크게 운동장애 및 감각결함으로 나누어질 수 있으므로, 이 두 가지 갈래의 각기 다른 특성이 컨텐츠 구성에서 충분히 고려되어야한다. 4.자폐성과 같은 중증 전반적 발달장애 유아를 위한 언어행동발달 컨텐츠 구성에서 특히 고려해야 할 두 가지 요소는 모방행동기능과 반복단순훈련기능 향상으로 결론지을 수 있다. This article planed to establish the theoretical foundations of the research as a basic study needed for developing the contents of verbal(language) behavior development for the infants with developmental disabilities. The methods used in the study was previous literature researches and interviews with subjects. The purposes of the study were divided into three parts. First, it was to analyze the educational needs of the infants with developmental disabilities in home settings. Second, it was to review and discover the language patterns of the infants with developmental disabilities. The third purpose was to devise the major guidelines of their language development's contents. The results of the study were described as the followings. 1.The relationships between the infants with developmental disabilities and their parents and their interactions should move to build the developmental attachments between them. 2.According to the literature findings of their language development patterns, Piaget concentrated on the functions of sensory motor environmental exploring in the language behavior development. The functions have been settled down into the important foundation for the infants' development. Thus, it was resonable that the content's development of the language behaviors for the infants with developmental disabilities should based on the function addressed by Piaget. 3.The language behaviors' patterns of the infants with developmental disabilities generally were classified into motor disabilities and sensory defect(deficiency). Therefore, the two factors should be considered for the constructions of the contents. 4.Constructing the contents of the language behavior developments for the infants with severely pervasive developmental disabilities such as autism, the improvements of two functions, imitative behavior and repetitive simple training should be considered.

The aim of this is to examine the effects of SSP therapy on the internal carotid arteries blood flow of 24 tension type headache patients(study group) and non tension type headache patients(control group), and on the reduction of their headaches, when applied to the acupuncture points. It stimulated the acupuncture point of headache 6 place with the SSP. It measured VAS and the blood flow of the internal carotid arteries with TCD. When the internal carotid arteries blood flow of study group and control group were compared by period, a significant difference was found in the 4th period(p<.05). When the Visual Analog Scale of study group and control group were compared by period, a significant difference was found in the 4th period(p<.05). The comparison of each measurement result of the internal carotid arteries blood flow of the study group found significantly increased. The comparison of each measurement result of the VAS of study group found significantly decreased. With regard to the control group, the VAS significantly decreased. The silver spike point low frequency electrical stimulation treatment, when applied to the acupuncture point, can significantly influence the internal carotid arteries blood flow of headache patients and can significantly reduce their headaches.
Accelerating the Retinex Algorithm with CUDA

Recently, the television market trend is change to HD television and the need of the study on HD image enhancement is increased rapidly. To enhancement of image quality, the retinex algorithm is commonly used. That's why we studied how to accelerate the retinex algorithm with CUDA on GPGPU (general purpose graphics processing unit). Calculating average part in retinex algorithm is similar to pyramidal calculation. We parallelize this recursive pyramidal average calculating for all layers, map the average data into the 2D plane and reduce the calculating time dramatically. Sequential C code takes 8948ms to get the average values for all layers in $1024{\times}1024$ image, but proposed method takes only only about 0.9ms for the same image. We are going to study about the real-time HD video rendering and image enhancement.

In the present study, we investigated whether apigenin significantly affects tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α)-induced production and gene expression of MUC5AC mucin in airway epithelial cells. Confluent NCI-H292 cells were pretreated with apigenin for 30 min and then stimulated with TNF-α for 24 h or the indicated periods. The MUC5AC mucin gene expression and mucin protein production were measured by reverse transcription - polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), respectively. Apigenin significantly inhibited MUC5AC mucin production and down-regulated MUC5AC gene expression induced by TNF-α in NCI-H292 cells. To elucidate the action mechanism of apigenin, effect of apigenin on TNF-α-induced nuclear factor kappa B (NF-κB) signaling pathway was also investigated by western blot analysis. Apigenin inhibited NF-κB activation induced by TNF-α. Inhibition of inhibitory kappa B kinase (IKK) by apigenin led to the suppression of inhibitory kappa B alpha (IκBα) phosphorylation and degradation, p65 nuclear translocation. This, in turn, led to the down-regulation of MUC5AC protein production in NCI-H292 cells. Apigenin also has an influence on upstream signaling of IKK because it inhibited the expression of adaptor protein, receptor interacting protein 1 (RIP1). These results suggest that apigenin can regulate the production and gene expression of mucin through regulating NF-κB signaling pathway in airway epithelial cells.
