Bladder cancer is one of the most common types of cancer. Most gene mutations related to bladder cancer are dominantly acquired gene mutations and are not inherited. Previous comparative transcriptome analysis of urinary bladder cancer and control samples has revealed a set of genes that may play a role in tumor progression. Here we set out to investigate further the expression of two candidate genes, centromere protein U (CENPU) and mitochondrial ribosomal protein s28 (MRPS28) to better understand their role in bladder cancer pathogenesis. Our results confirmed that CENPU is up-regulated in human bladder cancer tissues at mRNA and protein levels. Gain-of-function and loss-of-function studies in T24 human urinary bladder cancer cell line revealed a hierarchical relationship between CENPU and MRPS28 in the regulation of cell viability, migration and invasion activity. CENPU expression was also up-regulated in in vivo nude mice xenograft model of bladder cancer and mice overexpressing CENPU had significantly higher tumor volume. In summary, our findings identify CENPU and MRPS28 in the molecular pathogenesis of bladder cancer and suggest that CENPU enhances the progression of bladder cancer by promoting MRPS28 expression.

본 논문에서는 한,중 무역 현황과 특징을 파악하고 앞으로 한,중 무역의 발전방향을 모색하기 위해 실증분석을 통하여 한,중 무역량에 영향을 미치는 결정요인들의 상관관계를 분석하고자 한다. 2000년부터 2013년까지 14년간의 분기별 데이터를 시용하여 실증분석 방법을 통해 도출된 분석결과는 한,중 양국의 GDP가 높을수록 한,중 무역량에 정(+)의 영향이 유의적인 결과를 나타냈다. 한국의 직접투자가 한,중 무역량에 정(+)의 영향이 있다는 것을 보인 반면에 중국의 직접 투자가 한,중 무역량에 부(-)의 영향이 있다는 것을 나나탰다. 한,중 양국의 대외개방도가 높을수록 한,중 무역량의 영향이 유의한다는것을 보였다. 그리고 한,중 양국의 경제자유도가 높을수록 한,중 무역량에 대해 유의하지 않다는 것을 확인하였다. 연구시사점은 중국의 대한국 투자분야에 있어 포트폴리오,부동산 투자분야 보다는 그린필드투자(Greenfield)를 적극 유도할 필요가 있으며, 한중 FTA 체결도 보다 신속하게 체결할 필요가 있다고 하겠다. china and Korea have interacted with each other for 20 years since 1992 when china and Korea established diplomatic relations. During this period, the trade and investment between two countries have increased rapidly. In addition to the enhancement of economic cooperation and the expansion of personal exchange, the relationship between two countries was upgraded to rnutual strategic cooperative relationship in 2008 from the friendly and cooperative relations and the economic exchange and cooperation were largely expanded. In this paper,the current situation and characteristics of the trade between China and Korea were figured out. In order to find out the development direction of China and Korea trade, through empirical analysis, the correlation of decisive factors that influence the trade amount of these two countries were analyzed. In terms of dependent variables for the empirical analysis, the trade amount between China and Korea was considered. While the GDP of these countries, the direct investment amount of two countries and the openness of external trade of these countries were considered as independent variables. The degree of economic freedom of these countries was set as policy variable. According to the analysis results, when the GDP of china and Korea is getting higher, there is positive influence on the trade amount of China and Korea. It is showed that the direct investment of Korea has positive influence on the trade amount of China and Korea. Meanwhile, there is negative influence of China`s direct investment on the trade amount. When the degree of freedom of these countries is getting higher, the influence of trade amount was showed significantly. Furthermore,when the economic freedom of these countries is getting higher, the insignificant things about trade amount of China and Korea were extracted as insignificant.

The urban wetland park is an indispensable part of an ecological city. It has aroused widespread attention and even quickly planning and construction around the country. But, in terms of the nature of the urban wetland park, there is a contradiction between the protection of urban wetland resources and the openness of the urban park for public. This article starts with the necessity for construction of urban wetland park, more over expound the existent problems between the protection and openness of the urban wetland park and to propose appropriate measures through the case study on Nanhu National Urban Wetland Park, Tangshan.
Synovial Osteochondromatosis: Clinical Characteristics Unique to the Shoulder

Background: Synovial osteochondromatosis (SOC) of the shoulder is a rare condition with unclear characteristics. This study evaluated the clinical features and postoperative functional outcomes of SOC of the shoulder that are distinct from SOC of other joints. Methods: The characteristics of 28 shoulders with SOC that underwent arthroscopy were retrospectively assessed. Ten shoulders (35.7%) had rotator cuff tears (RCTs) and underwent concomitant arthroscopic rotator cuff repair. The mean follow-up period was 83.6 months (range, 24–154 months). Demographic characteristics and loose bodies localized under arthroscopy were compared between cases with and without concomitant RCTs. Radiography, ultrasonography, or magnetic resonance imaging were performed preoperatively and postoperatively. Visual analog scale (VAS) scores for pain and satisfaction were evaluated for all cases, and functional scores were assessed in shoulders with concomitant RCTs. Results: The average age was 36.2 ± 15.6 years among patients without RCTs and 58.3 ± 7.2 years among patients with RCTs. Seven shoulders (7%) had osteoarthritis. Arthroscopy revealed loose bodies in multiple spaces, including the glenohumeral joint, subacromial (SA) space, and biceps tendon sheath. Overall, loose bodies were found in multiple spaces in 12 shoulders (42.9%). Loose bodies were found in the SA space only in 4 shoulders (22.2%) without RCTs and in 7 shoulders (70.0%) with RCTs. VAS for pain decreased significantly from 3.9 ± 2.3 to 1.1 ± 1.3 (p < 0.001). The functional scores increased significantly after arthroscopic management for patients with concurrent RCTs (all p < 0.05). Recurrence of SOC occurred in 3 of the 22 shoulders (13.6%) who underwent postoperative imaging, but no patient had a recurrent RCT. Conclusions: Pain relief and patient satisfaction were achieved via arthroscopic management. Unlike in other joints, loose bodies can occur simultaneously in several spaces in the shoulder, including the glenohumeral joint, SA space, and biceps tendon sheath. Early diagnosis of SOC of the SA space can help prevent osteoarthritis and RCT progression.

The freshwater green alga Chlorococcum sp. grew on NH_4^+, NO_3^-, urea, yeast extract, and peptone as the nitrogen source showing similar patterns of growth and secondary carotenoid (SC) production. However, the most suitable nitrogen source for the induction of SC was urea. The effects of nutrient levels (urea, phosphate, sulfate, ferrous iron, and salt) on growth and SC production were studied by varying the concentration of each nutrient in batch cultures. High biomass production was achieved in cultures containing 20- 28mM urea, 4.8-10mM phosphate, 1.6mM sulfate, 70mM NaCl, and 20-100μM iron. The highest SC content in biomass was obtained when cultured at 5-10mM urea, 12mM phosphate, 1.6mM sulfate, 170mM NaCl, and 50μM iron. The optimum concentrations of nutrients for biomass and for the SC accumulation in biomass were evaluated and the two media for achieving high biomass production and SC production were thus developed. The extent to which each parameter to stimulate the formation of SC in the alga were varied and the potentially improved SC production by manipulating the nutrient levels in the modified media were discussed.
Methanol aromatization over CrZn-modified HZSM-5 catalysts

HZSM-5 (HZ) zeolite co-modified with Zn and second promoters (Zr, Ce, Mo and Cr) was synthesized and the aromatization of methanol over the modified HZ in a fixed-bed reactor was investigated. The results of catalytic tests revealed that the methanol conversion and yield of benzene, toluene, and xylene (BTX) over the Cr, Zn comodification HZ (CrZn/HZ) were higher than that over ZrZn/HZ, CeZn/HZ, and MoZn/HZ. The catalysts were characterized by XRD, SEM, TEM, XPS, N2 isothermal adsorption-desorption and NH3-TPD. The results suggest that Zn species exist in two forms in the HZ zeolite. One is ZnO particle, the other one is ZnOH+, which significantly improveds the yield of BTX. Furthermore, the Cr species on the external surface promoted the dispersion of ZnO, increased the amount of ZnOH+, which further improved the yield of BTX. In addition, the optimal Cr2Zn1/HZ catalyst exhibited better catalytic performance and prolonged lifetime of reaction.
