간질성 수반 장애 뇌성마비 아동 보호자의 귀인 성향 및 가족탄력성의 관계 분석 = (The) study on the relationship between attribution and family resilience in family adults of children with seizure cerebral palsy

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to analysis on the relationship between attribution and family resilience in family adults of children with seizure cerebral palsy.
88 family adults of children with seizure cerebral palsy and 106 family adults of children with non-seizure cerebral palsy attending disabled schools located in Seoul, Ansan, Cheonan and Daegu were randomly sampled as objects of study. The attribution scale and family resilience tests were carried through questionnaires to analyze the relationship between attribution and family resilience in family adults of children with seizure cerebral palsy, and one-way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis were also carried out.
The results of this study were as follows ;
First, the attribution in family adults of children with seizure cerebral palsy showed that highly educated and professional family adults have a disposition of internal attribution(effort, ability), and religious family adults have a tendency to rely on others. Besides, with poor disability prognosis, they were inclined to attribute the result to luck, accept the disability of their children, have a positive recognition for society. With no effect of convulsive diseases on family, they had a disposition of internal attribution(effort, ability).
Second, the family resilience in family adults of children with seizure cerebral palsy showed that highly educated family adults have a high family cohesion, professional family adults have a disposition of high communication, and they have a high ability to cope with a dangerous situation when their religion is Catholic. Besides, when they were the married and the bereaved states, and when they were in good health, they had a high family cohesion and family resilience. When they did positively accept the disability prognosis of their children, they had a high ability to cope with a dangerous situation, and they had a generally high family resilience when convulsive diseases had no effect on family.
Finally, the relationship between attribution and family resilience in family adults of children with seizure cerebral palsy showed that there is a significant relationship between attribution and family resilience. In other words, there was a positive relationship between family resilience and internal attribution(effort, ability), and there was a negative relationship between family resilience and external attribution(others, luck). Besides, the attribution luck was a variable that had the most effect on the disability prognosis, the disability acceptability was a variable that had an effect on the attribution effort and dangerous situation, and the family effect was a variable that predicted the attribution effort and social support.
According to these findings, as family adults had a positive and active attribution to the disability of their children when they had a high family resilience, and they had a high ability to cope with a dangerous situation when they had children with seizure cerebral palsy, it needs the social support for the disability of their children.
In follow-up studies, the in-depth analysis between sub-variables should be carried out, and the objective and generalized scale in careful consideration of special occasions should be also developed. Besides, it needs methodological further research on program development and family support for the consolidation of attribution and family resilience.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 간질 성 수반 장애 뇌성마비 아동 보호자의 귀인 성향과 가족 탄력성의 관계를 알아보는데 있다.
연구 대상은 서울, 안산, 천안, 대구에 소재한 지체부자유 학교에 재학하고 있는 간질 성 장애를 수반하고 있는 뇌성마비 아동의 보호자 88명과 간질 성 장애를 수반하고 있지 않는 뇌성마비 아동 보호자 106명을 무선으로 선정하였다. 이 연구에서는 간질 성 수반 장애 뇌성마비 아동 보호자의 귀인 성향과 가족 탄력성의 관계 분석을 위해 설문지를 통한 귀인척도 검사와 가족 탄력성 검사를 실시하였고, one-way ANOVA, Pearson의 상관분석, 다중회귀 분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과와 논의를 통하여 얻어진 결론은 다음과 같다.
첫째, 간질 성 수반 장애 뇌성마비 아동 보호자는 고학력이고 전문직일수록 내적 귀인(노력, 능력)의 성향을 가지며, 종교가 있는 보호자는 타인에 의지하는 경향이다. 또한 자녀의 장애예후가 나빠질수록 결과를 운의 탓으로 돌리며, 자녀의 장애를 잘 수용하고, 사회적 인식이 부정적이지 않으며, 경련성 질환이 가족에게 영향을 끼치지 않을수록 내적(노력, 능력)으로 귀인 하였다.
둘째, 간질 성 수반 장애 뇌성마비 아동 보호자의 가족 탄력성은 학력이 높을수록 가족의 응집력이 높고, 전문직 일수록 의사소통이 높은 경향이 나타났으며, 종교가 가톨릭 일 때 위기상황에 대한 대처 능력이 높았다. 또한 보호자가 결혼 상태 일 때와 사별 했을 때 위기상황과 응집력이 높았고, 보호자의 건강 상태가 좋을수록 가족 탄력성이 높았다. 자녀의 장애예후를 긍정적으로 수용할수록, 위기상황에 대한 대처능력이 높았고, 경련성 질환이 가족에게 영향을 끼치지 않을수록 가족 탄력성이 전반적으로 높았다.
셋째, 간질 성 수반 장애 뇌성마비 아동 보호자의 귀인 성향과 가족 탄력성간에는 유의한 상관관계가 나타났다. 즉, 가족 탄력성과 내적 귀인(노력, 능력)간에는 정적 상관관계가 나타났고, 가족 탄력성과 외적 귀인(타인, 운)간에는 대체적으로 부적 상관관계가 나타났다. 또한 장애예후에 가장 많은 영향을 주는 변인은 귀인 운이었고, 장애수용 정도는 귀인노력과 위기상황에 영향을 주는 변인이었으며, 가족영향은 귀인노력과 사회적 지지를 예언 해 주는 변인으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 가족 탄력성이 높은 보호자일수록 자녀의 장애에 긍정적이고, 적극적으로 귀인하며, 간질 성 장애를 수반한 뇌성마비 아동의 보호자일수록 위기상황에 대한 대처능력이 높고, 자녀의 장애에 대한 사회적 지지가 필요하다고 볼 수 있다.
후속 연구에서는 하위 변인간의 심층적 분석을 연구할 필요가 있다고 여겨지며, 아울러 특별한 상황을 충분히 고려한 객관적이고 일반화된 척도 개발이 필요하다. 또한, 가족들의 귀인 성향과 가족 탄력성 강화를 위한 프로그램 개발과 가족지원에 대한 방법적인 추후 연구가 필요하다.
