청소년의 가족건강성이 학교적응에 미치는 영향 = Influence of Family Strengths of the Adolescents on the Adjustment to the School

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The goal of this research is to identify the relation between family strengths and school adjustment of the adolescents and to help the youth to enjoy their happy family life and school adjustment. In this research, 380 high school students have been subjected for analyzing correlation between their family healthiness and school adjustment. The result shows that the family strengths have somewhat positive effects and the level of school adjustment is a little low. The school adjustment and family strengths have static correlation. According to the research, the more the connection with society that is the subordinate factor of family strengths shares goals with the values, the more strengths the family has. What is important is that the research is conducted for finding out the correlation family strengths with adolescents' school adjustments and its factors with population sociological features controlled. In the following study for the relation between family strengths and school adjustment of the youth, mediate change and moderating effects should be verified according to the various variables such as personal relationship, ego-identity, etc.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 청소년의 가족건강성과 학교적응간의 상관성을 규명하여 청소년기의 행복한 가족생활 및 학교적응을 돕고자 함에 있다. 이를 위해 고등학교 재학생 380명을 대상으로 가족건강성과 학교적응 간의 상관성을 분석하였다. 연구의 결과, 가족건강성은 다소 긍정적인 수준을 보였으며, 학교적응의 수준은 다소 낮은 수준으로 나타났고, 학교적응과 가족건강성은 정적인 방향성으로 나타났다. 그리고 가족건강성의 하위요인인 사회와의 유대와 가치관 목표공유가 강할수록 가족건강성이 높아지는 것으로 분석되었다. 본 연구의 의의는 인구사회학적 특성을 통제한 상태에서 가족건강성과 학교적응간의 관련성과 요인을 파악하였다는 점이며, 향후 연구에서는 청소년의 가족건강성과 학교적응간의 상관성을 대인관계, 자아정체감 등 다양한 변인에 따른 매개효과와 조절효과 등을 검정할 필요가 있다.
