태권도 시범단원의 동료신뢰와 팀 몰입 및 팀 응집력의 인과관계 = The Relationship among Partner Trust, Team Flow and Team Cohesion of Taekwondo Demonstration Athlete

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to identify the relationship among the Partner Trust, Team Flow and Team Cohesion for of the Taekwondo Demonstration Athlete. The university Taekwondo demonstration groups located in Seoul, Gyeonggi, Cheonbuk and Gyeongbuk and the Kukkiwon demonstration group from April 2010 to May 2010 were selected as population. 278 samples were selected using the convenient sampling method. The conclusions deducted from the verification with frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, Cronbach`s α coefficient, correlation analysis, confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation model(SEM) using SPSS W 15.0 and AMOS 7.0 program for data analysis are as followings. First, the emotional Trust of Taekwondo Demonstration Athlete`s showed the positive (+) influence on the emotional flow. Second, the emotional flow of Taekwondo Demonstration Athlete`s showed the positive (+) influence on the task Cohesion. Third, the maintainable flow of Taekwondo Demonstration Athlete`s showed the positive (+) influence on the task Cohesion. Fourth, the emotional Trust of Taekwondo Demonstration Athlete`s showed the positive (+) influence on the task Cohesion.
