고등학교 축구선수의 역할모호성이 팀 몰입 및 선수생활만족에 미치는 영향

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 고등학교 축구선수의 역할모호성, 팀 몰입, 선수생활만족에 대한 조사 분석을 통해, 우리나라 엘리트 스포츠가 갖고 있는 문제점을 파악하고 어렵게 시작한 운동을 중도에 포기하는 등의 문제를 미연에 방지하며, 선수 개인의 미래에 대한 올바른 설계를 할 수 있도록 하는데 목적이 있다.
본 연구의 대상은 수도권 지역의 고등학교의 축구선수를 400명으로 하였으며, 이중 367부를 분석하여 본 연구에 사용하였다.
수집된 자료는 SPSS(Statistical Package for the Social Science) Version 12.0 통계프로그램을 이용하여 요인분석(factor analysis) 및 신뢰도분석(reliability analysis)을 실시하였다. 또한 빈도분석(Frequency Analysis), 일원변량분산분석(one-way ANOVA), 상관분석(Correlation Analysis), 다중회귀분석(Multiple Regression Analysis)을 실시하였다.
이상의 연구방법과 절차를 토대로 얻은 결론은 다음과 같다.

첫째, 인구통계학적 특성에 따른 고등학교 축구선수의 역할모호성, 팀 몰입의 차이 중 인구통계학적 특성에 따른 고등학교 축구선수의 팀 몰입의 차이에 있어서 학년, 경력, 참여 동기 모두에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있었다.
학년에 따른 팀 몰입의 차이에서는 정서적 몰입, 유지적 몰입에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있었다.
경력에 따른 팀 몰입의 차이에서는 정서적 몰입, 유지적 몰입에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있었다.
참여 동기에 따른 팀 몰입의 차이에서는 유지적 몰입에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있었다.
인구통계학적 특성에 따른 고등학교 축구선수의 선수생활만족의 차이에 있어서 학년에 따른 선수생활만족의 차이에서는 운동만족에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있었으며, 경력과 참여 동기에 따른 선수생활만족의 차이에서는 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 없었다.
둘째, 고등학교 축구선수의 역할모호성이 팀 몰입에 미치는 영향에 있어서 역할모호성이 정서적 몰입, 유지적 몰입, 규범적 몰입 모두에서 통계적으로 부적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
셋째, 고등학교 축구선수의 역할모호성이 선수생활만족에 미치는 영향에 있어서 역할모호성이 운동만족, 환경만족, 사회적 승인 모두에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치지 않았다.
넷째, 고등학교 축구선수의 팀 몰입이 선수생활만족에 미치는 영향에 있어서 팀 몰입이 운동만족, 환경만족, 사회적 승인에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치지 않았다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The study aims to comprehend the problem of elite sports in our country by research analysis about the high school soccer players' role ambiguity, the team commitments and degree of athletic life satisfaction, and to prevent the problem from occurring that give up the exercise which was hard to start, and to make the player plans in the right way about his future.
This study was based on 400 high school football players in the capital area, and 367 copies among those were used for this study.
The collected data were operated with factor analysis and reliability analysis by using SPSS(Statistical Package for the Social Science) Version 12.0 statistics program. And the frequency analysis, one-way ANOVA, the correlation analysis and the multiple regression analysis were operated as well.
The results based on the research methods and procedures are as follows.

First, there was significant statistical difference of high school soccer players' team commitments between grade, career and participation motivation based on demographic characteristics.
There was significant statistical difference of the team commitments between the affective commitments, continuance commitments by grade.
There was significant statistical difference of the team commitments between the affective commitments, continuance commitments by career.
There was significant statistical difference of the team commitments between the affective commitments, continuance commitments by participation motivation.
There was significant statistical difference of high school soccer players' degree of athletic life satisfaction by demographic characteristics, and significant statistical difference of exercise satisfaction by grade, and there was no significant statistical difference of degree of athletic life satisfaction by career and participation motivation.
Second, as the effect of the high school soccer players' role ambiguity on team commitments, it showed that the role ambiguity has statistically negative impact on affective commitments, continuance commitments, normative commitments.
Third, as the effect of the high school soccer players' role ambiguity on degree of athletic life satisfaction, it showed that the role ambiguity hadn't statistically significant effect on exercise satisfaction, environment satisfaction, social sanction.
Fourth, as the effect of the high school soccer players' team commitments on degree of athletic life satisfaction, it showed that the team commitments hadn't statistically significant effect on exercise satisfaction, environment satisfaction, social sanction.
