The purpose of this study is to suggest developmental approaches of Korean language education of King Sejong Institute in terms of cultural diversity, plans and policy, and to find considerations through analyzing, comparing current educational policies of UK, France, China and other overseas countries` cultural centers in Korea. To do this, the purpose of establishment and the operating language education programs are considered as object of following institutes; British Council(U.K.), Alliance Francaise(France), Japan Foundation(Japan) and Confucius Institute(China). These four countries actively enforce language education policies, and also are changing from ethnocentric society into multi-cultural society according to the globalization of capital and labor markets.
