보육교사의 직무스트레스가 직무소진에 미치는 영향 -이직의도의 매개효과와 사회적 지지의 조절효과 검증- = The Effect of Child Care Teacher's Job Stress on Burnout -Verification of Mediating Effect of Turnover Intention and Moderating Effect of Social Support-

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to investigate the role of social support variables perceived by child care teachers as a control variable in relation to job stress and job burnout and to suggest a way of working environment of them to reduce job burnout and turnover intention due to job stress. The subjects of this study were 600 child care teachers working in national public child care center, private day care center, corporate day care center, home day care center, and workplace day care center in Jeollabuk-do. The survey tools were job stress scale, job burnout scale, turnover intention scale and social support scale. The results of this study are as follows. 1. The higher the job stress of child care teachers, the higher the job burnout and turnover intention of them, whereas the lower the social support. 2. Job turnover intention is found to be a significant partial parameter in relation to job stress and job burnout. 3. In the relationship between job stress and job burnout, social support does not play a role as a controlling variable in the overall score dimension, but a selective control effect in some sub-factors.
