호텔조리 종사원이 지각하는 상사의 서번트리더십이 고객지향성에 미치는 영향: 조직몰입의 매개효과를 중심으로 = The Effect of the Servant Leadership Perceived by Hotel Cuisine Employees on Customer Orientation: Focused on the Mediating Role of Organizational Commitment

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purposes of this study were to investigate the effect of servant leadership on organization Commitment and customer orientation. To achieve the objective of this study, the hypothesis and research model was formed with reference to the preceding studies and literature, and such hypothesis was validated by empirical analysis. The data was collected from 246 chefs in Hotel which were located in Seoul. Then it was analyzed by using a SPSS WIN 12.0 version of software package and used for the analysis such as frequency analysis, factor analysis and multi-regression. The servant leadership(vision, community building, commitment to growth, stewardship) has been conceptually and empirically demonstrated to be related to commitment, customer orientation. Furthermore, Also, organization commitment, acted as a part mediator between servant leadership and organization commitment. The higher the servant leadership that the perception of employees, it was confirmed that the higher the organizational commitment of employees.
