대학생의 인간관계와 학습의 자기주도성 및 진로적응성의 관계 = The relationships among Human Relationship, Personal Initiative in learning and Vocational Adaptability on University Students

This study investigated differences in human relationship, personal initiative in learning and vocational adaptability according to gender and grade of university students. It explored influences of human relationship and personal initiative in learning on vocational adaptability as well. The subjects of this research were 412students in three different universities located in Jeollanam-do and human relationship (parents, professors and friends) scale, personal initiative scale in learning and vocational adaptability scale were used. Collected data was analyzed through correlation analysis, F(t)-test and path analysis using SPSS Win 18.0 and AMOS 18.0statistical program. The results of this study are as follows. First, for gender of university sutdents, there was significant difference in relationships with parents and professors, personal initiative in learning and vocational adaptability but not in relationships with friends. For grade, there was statistical difference in relationships with parents and friends, personal initiative in learning and vocational adaptability except relationship with professors. Second, human relationship of university students was improving their vocational adaptability through mediation variable of personal initiative in learning. Specifically, personal initiative in learning affected vocational adaptability most; relationships with parents and professors did not directly affect vocational adaptability but indirectly affected it; relationships with friends also affected vocational adaptability directly and indirectly. These results were shown that intervention of relationship with friends and personal initiative in learning should be achieved in order to improve the their vocational adaptability, specially, it is suggested that improvement of personal initiative in learning is mainly important.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구에서는 대학생의 성별과 학년에 따른 인간관계, 학습의 자기주도성 및 진로적응성의 차이를 알아보고, 진로적응성에 미치는 인간관계와 학습의 자기주도성의 영향을 살펴보았다. 연구 대상은 전라남도에 소재한 3개 대학교에 재학 중인 대학생 412명이었으며, 인간관계(부모, 교사, 친구) 척도, 학습의 자기주도성 척도, 진로적응성 척도를 사용하였다. 자료는 SPSS Win 18.0과 AMOS 18.0 통계프로그램을 이용하여 상관관계분석, F(t)-검정, 경로분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과는 첫째, 대학생의 부모관계, 교사관계, 학습의 자기주도성, 진로적응성은 성별에 따라 차이가 있었고, 친구관계는 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 학년에서는 교수관계를 제외한 부모관계, 친구관계, 학습의 자기주도성, 진로적응성 변인에서 통계적으로 차이가 있었다. 둘째, 대학생의 인간관계는 학습의 자기주도성을 매개변인으로 하여 진로적응성을 향상시키고 있었다. 구체적으로는 학습의 자기주도성이 진로적응성에 가장 큰 영향을 미치고 있었고, 부모와 교수관계는 직접적인 영향은 없고 간접적인 영향만 미치고 있었으며, 친구관계는 직․간접적으로 진로적응성에 영향을 미치고 있었다. 이러한 결과는 대학생의 진로적응성을 향상시키기 위해서 친구관계와 학습의 자기주도성에 대한 개입이 이루어져야 하며, 특히 학습의 자기주도성을 증진시키는 것이 중요하다는 사실을 시사해 준다.
