진로탐색행동에 영향을 미치는 변인간의 관계 : 진로결정수준별 공변량구조분석 = (The) Relationship of Variables affecting Career Exploratory Behavior : Covariance structure analysis of career decision level

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 대학 4학년 학생들의 진로탐색행동에 영향을 미치는 변인들간의 관계를 검증하고자 실행되었다. 여기서 검증한 변인은 가족의 심리 사회적 변인과(부모로부터 독립, 부모와의 애착, 가족의 사회적 지지) 개인의 심리적 변인(합리적 진로의사결정, 진로결정 효능감), 진로탐색 행동 변인, 그리고 진로결정수준으로 구성되었다.
연구대상자는 전국의 10개 대학교 4학년 877명으로 구성되었다. 진로결정수준에 따라 진로결정집단은 224명이고 잠정적 진로결정집단은 431명이며 진로미결정 집단은 222명으로 구성되었다. 진로결정 수준별로 변인들간에 차이가 있는가를 검증하기 위하여 변량분석을 하였다. 또한 진로탐색 행동에 영향을 미치는 변인들간의 관계를 탐색하기 위하여 AMOS를 이용한 공변량 구조분석을 실시하였다.
공변량 구조분석에 의거하여 연구자는 진로탐색행동에 영향을 미치는 변인들 간의 관계 모형을 고안하였다.
본 연구에서 밝혀진 바는 다음과 같다.
첫째, 진로결정 집단에서는 가족의 사회적 지지가 진로탐색 행동에 직접적으로 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤으며 부모와의 애착은 진로결정 효능감과 합리적 진로의사결정을 매개로 간접적으로 영향을 미쳤다.
둘째, 잠정적 진로결정 집단에서는 부모와의 애착이 진로결정 효능감과 합리적 진로의사결정을 매개로 영향을 미쳤고 가족의 사회적 지지는 진로결정 효능감을 매개로 영향을 미쳤다.
셋째, 진로미결정 집단에서는 부모로부터 심리적 독립이 진로탐색 행동에 직접적으로 부정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 그리고 부모와의 애착은 진로결정 효능감을 매개로 진로탐색 행동에 영향을 미쳤으며 가족의 사회적 지지는 합리적인 진로의사결정을 매개로 영향을 미쳤다.
끝으로 추후 진로상담에 대한 연구 및 프로그램 개발에 대한 몇 가지 제안을 제시하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study was conducted in order to verify variable relationships which affected senior college student's career exploratory behavior(CEB). The variables were their family's psycho-social variables-psychological separation from parents, attachment to parents and family's social support), individual student's psychological variables-, rational career decision making and career decision making self-efficacy), career decision level, and CEB.
According to the scores of career decision levels, they were divided into three groups: career decision group(n=224) , provisional decision group(n=431), and indecision group(n=222).
The data was analyzed by variance analysis in order to verify the differences among the variables which affect their career decision level. The covariance structure analysis was carried out using AMOS in order to investigate variable relationships which affected the students'CEB.
Based on the results of the covariance structure analysis, the researcher devised a model which showed variable relationships in their CEB.
The results of the study are as follows:
First, In career decision groups, family's social support showed a direct influence affecting the student's CEB positively, and attachment to their parents showed indirect influence affecting their CEB positively. because the attachment to parents affected their career decision making self-efficacy and rational career decision making, by which their CEB was influenced positively.
Second, In provisional decision group, their attachment to parents showed indirect influence affecting their CEB positively, because the attachment to parents affected their career decision making self-efficacy and rational career decision making, by which their CEB was influenced positively. And their family's social support showed indirect influence affecting their CEB positively, because the social support affected their career decision making self-efficacy, by which their CEB was influenced positively.
Third, In indecision group, their psychological separation from their parents showed a direct influence affecting their CEB negatively. their attachment to parents showed indirect influence affecting their CEB positively, because the attachment affected their career decision making self-efficacy. And family's social support also showed indirect influence affecting their CEB positively, because the support affected their rational career decision.
In conclusion, Several suggestions were made for future studies and career counseling programs.
