다문화 경험에 따른 예비유아교사의 다문화감수성, 다문화교육태도, 다문화교수효능감에 대한 연구 = A Study on Preservice Early Childhood Teacher`s Multicultural Sensitivity, Multicultural Attitude, and Multicultural Efficacy according as Multicultural Experiences

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to investigate the difference of preservice early childhood teachers` multicultural sensitivity, multicultural attitude, and multicultural efficacy based on teachers` multicultural experiences and examined the variable that influence on their multicultural sensitivity, multicultural attitude, and multicultural efficacy. The subjects were 295 preservice early childhood teachers attending to colleges in Seoul and Gyeonggi areas. Preservice early childhood teachers answered the questionnaires about multicultural experiences, multicultural sensitivity, multicultural attitude, and multicultural efficacy. The data were analysed by SPSS WIN 12.0. The results were as follows: First, there were significantly different in multicultural sensitivity according as early childhood practicum, multicultural education, friends who had different culture, and levels of interest in multiculture. There were significantly different in multicultural attitude according as early childhood practicum, multicultural education, religion activities, and levels of interest in multiculture. Also there were significantly different in multicultural efficacy according as multicultural education, religion activities, and levels of interest in multiculture. Second, early childhood practicum was found to effect on preservice teacher`s multicultural sensitivity. Multicultural attitude was found to effect on preservice teacher`s multicultural efficacy and multicultural efficacy was found to effect on preservice teacher`s multicultural attitude.
