태권도 코치의 거래적,변혁적 리더십이 성취목표지향성과 운동몰입에 미치는 영향

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of taekwondo coaches’ transactional transformational leadership on achievement goal orientation and exercise flow. The subjects were selected through convenient sampling, and the final analysis used questionnaires collected from 224 high school students who participated in the 9th Male and Female Middle/High School Students Competition for the Mayor’s Flag in Commemoration of 5.18 Gwangju Democratic Movement. For the purpose of this study, we used a questionnaire, and collected data were processed using SPSS 14.0. Hypotheses were tested through correlation analysis and multiple regression with statistical significance level of p<.05. Conclusions drawn from this study are as follows. First, task related goals of achievement goal orientation were affected significantly by management by exception, contingent rewards, charisma, and inspiration among the sub factors of transactional transformational leadership. In addition, ego related goals of achievement goal orientation were affected significantly by management by exception and contingent rewards. Second, exercise flow was affected significantly by individual consideration and inspiration among the sub factors of transactional transformational leadership. Third, exercise flow was affected significantly only by task related goals among the sub factors of achievement goal orientation.
