골프지도자의 카리스마 리더십에 따른 리더동일시 및 신뢰, 운동몰입이 지도효율성에 미치는 영향 = (The)effect of golf coaches' charismatic leadership based upon identification, credence and absorption in sports on coaching effectiveness

국문 초록 (Abstract)

이 연구의 목적은 골프지도자의 카리스마 리더십과 선수들의 리더동일시 및 신뢰, 운동몰입과 지도효율성간에 어떠한 관계가 있는지를 검증하는데 있다. 연구의 대상은 전국의 중·고등학교에 재학중인 골프선수이며, 최종분석에는 211개의 자료가 사용되었다.
가설검증을 위한 분석 방법은 t-test, one-way ANOVA, 상관관계분석 그리고 회귀분석을 실시하였으며, 가설검증을 위한 유의수준은 α=.05 수준에서 실시하였다. 그 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다.
첫째, 골프지도자의 개인적 특성과 카리스마 리더십에 대한 차이는 지도기간, 운동경력에 따라 부분적으로 차이가 인정되었다.
둘째, 골프지도자의 개인적 특성과 리더동일시 및 신뢰, 운동몰입에 대한 차이는 지도기간에 따라 차이가 인정되었다.
셋째, 골프지도자의 개인적 특성과 운동생활성과에 대한 차이는 지도기간에 따라 부분적으로 차이가 인정되었다.
넷째, 골프지도자가 선수들에게 비전제시행동과 모범적행동 그리고 기대 및 신뢰표현행동을 할수록 선수들은 리더에게 동일시하고 신뢰하는 것으로 나타났다.
다섯째, 골프지도자가 선수들에게 비전제시행동과 기대 및 신뢰표현행동을 할수록 선수들은 운동에 몰입하는 것으로 나타났다.
여섯째, 골프지도자가 선수들에게 비전제시행동과 기대 및 신뢰표현행동을 할수록 선수들의 운동생활성과가 향상되는 것으로 나타났다.
일곱째, 골프지도자가 선수들에게 비전제시행동을 할수록 선수들은 인지된 경기력이 향상되는 것으로 나타났다.
여덟째, 골프선수들이 리더를 동일시하고 신뢰할수록 운동생활성과와 인지된 경기력이 향상되는 것으로 나타났다.
아홉째, 골프선수들이 운동에 몰입을 할수록 운동생활성과와 경기력이 향상되는 것으로 나타났다.
종합하면, 카리스마 리더십의 하위 변수 중 비전제시행동이 매개변수 및 지도효율성에 가장 강한 영향변수임이 입증되었으므로 지도자의 전문적인 지식의 함양과 지도방법의 개선 그리고 관련정보의 빠른 습득과 적절한 활용으로 선수들에게 미래에 대한 잠재적 성장 동기를 부여하여야 할 것이다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between the golf coach's charismatic leadership and the leader identification, dependence, absorption in sports and training efficiency of a player. The objects of this study were golf players currently enrolled in middle·high schools, and 211 data were used in the final analysis.
T-test, one-way ANOVA, correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis and route analysis through multiple regression analysis were applied for hypothesis testing, and those methods were performed with the significance level a=0.05. Accordingly the results were as the follows.
First, the difference between golf coach's personal characteristic and his charismatic leadership was partially recognized according to his coaching period, career.
Second, the more the golf coach's un-premised and exemplary behavior and the expectation and confidence expressing behavior, the more players identify themselves with the coach and trust him.
Third, the more a golf coach expresses the vision-presenting behavior, and the expectation and confidence behavior, the more players get themselves absorbed in golf.
Forth, the more a golf coach expresses the vision-presenting behavior, and the expectation and confidence behavior, the players' athletic life is improved.
Fifth, the more a golf coach presents vision behavior, the players' perceived performance improves.
Sixth, the more golf players identify themselves with the coach and trust him, the result of athletic life and the perceived performance improve.
Seventh, the more golf players get themselves absorbed in golf, the result of athletic life and the game level are improved.
As the un-premised behavior, among sub-variables, was proved to be the most influencing value to the parameter and instruction efficiency, the potential growth motive for the future should be given to golf players through the technical knowledge cultivation, training method improvement, rapid acquirement of related information and its appropriate application.
