        일터 맥락의 웰빙 : 속성, 선행요인, 결과, 경험적 준거, 개념의 사용 탐색

        이 연구에서는 KCI(한국학술지인용색인) 검색을 통해 식별한 86편의 국내학술지 논문으로부터 일터 맥락의 웰빙 개념을 탐색하였다. 주요 결과로 첫째, 개념의 속성 측면에서 행복을 측정하기 위한 웰빙 개념의 도입, 측정된 웰빙이 시사하는 관리 대상으로서의 웰빙 개념, 일상용어인 행복을 대체하는 구체적이고 특수한 삶의 영역에 초점을 둔 웰빙 개념의 세분화를 고려할 수 있다. 둘째, 선행요인 측면에서 웰빙에 미치는 영향요인에 관한 대표 키워드로는 긍정심리(자본), 직무만족, 감정노동 등을 확인할 수 있었다. 셋째, 결과 측면에서 웰빙으로부터 기대할 수 있는, 또는 예측하고자 하는 주요 결과로 몰입, 직무성과, 조직시민행동, 혁신(행동), 이직의도 등이 드러났다. 넷째, 경험적 준거 측면에서는 학술적으로도, 대중적으로도 널리 알려진 주관적 웰빙과 심리적 웰빙 개념을 통한 웰빙의 측정이 가장 빈번하게 시도되었다. 다음으로, 정신적 웰빙, 직업적 웰빙, 정서적 웰빙을 다룬 논문이 확인되었다. 다섯째, 학습과 관련된 웰빙 개념의 사용 측면에서, 일터 맥락에서 식별된 웰빙 개념과 연결된 주제로 학습지향성, 학습조직 구축, 무형식학습, 학습민첩성, 교육훈련특성이 확인되었다. 분석의 틀을 구성하는 웰빙 개념의 속성, 선행요인과 결과, 경험적 준거, 일터 학습과 관련된 개념의 사용에 따라 분석 결과로부터 시사점을 도출하였으며, 향후 연구의 방향을 설정하는데 있어서 일터 맥락의 웰빙 개념에 대한 접근은 조직과 개인의 관계 내지 역학관계(dynamics)를 보다 적극적으로 고려할 필요가 있을 것이다. The concept of well-being in the workplace context was explored from 86 papers in domestic academic journals identified through KCI(Korea Citation Index) in the current study. First, the concept analysis results in the view of attributes include the introduction of the concept of well-being to measure happiness, the concept of well-being as a management object implied by the measured well-being, and a well-being concept that focuses on a specific life area that replaces the everyday term happiness. Second, in terms of antecedents, positive psychology (capital), job satisfaction, and emotional labor were identified as representative keywords for factors that influence well-being. Third, in terms of consequences, commitment, job performance, organizational citizenship behavior, innovation (action), and turnover intention were revealed as the main results that can be expected or predicted from well-being. Fourth, in terms of empirical criteria, measurement of well-being through the concept of subjective well-being and psychological well-being, widely known both academically and publicly, was most frequently attempted. Next, papers dealing with mental well-being, professional well-being, and emotional well-being were identified. Fifth, in terms of the use of well-being concept related to learning, learning orientation, building a learning organization, informal learning, learning agility, and educational and training characteristics were identified as topics linked to the well-being concepts identified in the workplace context. Implications were presented according to the analysis framework. The approach to the concept of well-being in the workplace context will need to more actively consider the relationship or dynamics between the organization and the individual.

        웰빙인지기법이 버스 운전기사들의 스트레스 및 웰빙에 미치는 효과

        본 연구의 목적은 웰빙인지가 스트레스와 웰빙에 어떤 영향을 미치는지 알아보는 것이다. 연구 대상은 서울시 강북구 소재 운수회사 두 곳에서 모집한 버스 운전기사 14명으로 실험집단과 대기-통제집단에 각각 7명씩 무선할당 하였다. 실험집단에 할당된 버스 운전기사들은 운행 중 개인이 선택한 웰빙인지문구가 부착된 물병 소지, 주3회 웰빙인지문구를 문자 메시지로 수신, 주1회 웰빙인지와 관련한 개인피드백으로 6주간 웰빙인지에 노출되었고, 통제집단은 대기자 명단 집단이었다. 연구 결과 웰빙인지 적용 집단은 대기-통제집단에 비해 전체 직무 스트레스와 역할갈등, 역할 과부하 및 작업환경 관련 직무 스트레스에서 유의한 감소를 보였다. 또한 삶의 만족 점수에서 유의한 증가를 보였고, 부정정서에서는 유의한 감소를 보였다. 또한 스트레스 반응 전체와 신체화, 우울, 분노 등 하위척도에서도 유의한 감소를 보였다. 그러나 직무 스트레스 중 역할 모호성과 대인관계 관련 직무 스트레스와 직무만족, 직무몰입에서는 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 발생하지 않았다. 또한 삶의 만족예상과 긍정정서서도 웰빙인지기법 적용 집단과 대기-통제집단 간에 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 끝으로 이 연구의 제한점과 의의를 논하였다. This study aims to examine the effects of well-being cognition on stress and psysical well-being among professional bus drivers. Participants consisted of 14 bus drivers from two bus companies in Seoul, all being randomly assigned to either a well-being cognition active treatment group [n=7, mean age=50.86 years, SD=5.27] or a waitlist control group [n=7, mean age=45.71 years, SD=11.12]. The bus drivers in the well-being cognition group were guided to engage in well-being cognitions which involved positive and optimistic self-talks in order to generate a state of positive effects within themselves. They were given water bottles written with well-being cognition statements and were instructed to read and recite the statements each time they drank water while driving. They also received text message reminders to recite the well-being cognitions three times a week over a period of 6 weeks. Results revealed that overall job stress and the majority of job stress-related sub-scales (including role conflicts, overload, and work environment-related stress) significantly decreased within the well-being cognition treatment group. The well-being cognition treatment group also showed significant increases in life satisfaction levels and significant decreases in negative effects and stress response behaviors. There were, however, no significant differences between groups with respect to the role ambiguity, job stress due to interpersonal relations, job satisfaction, job commitment, life satisfaction expectancy, or positive effects of well-being cognitions. The implications and limitations of the study were also discussed.

        웰빙 스포츠참여자의 건강지각과 웰빙문화 요인과의 관계

        The purpose of this study is to investigate and examine the factors of how the health perception of well-being sports participant has an effect on cultural well-being. There were total of 553 participants which 313 are female and 240 are male as the study subjects residing in Seoul as of 2009. The research tools used in this study are as follows. We have revised and supplemented the questionnaire of the study by Lee, Ji Hye (2006) to measure the health perception of well-being sports participant, reconstituted questionnaire of Lee, Sang Goo (1998) was used to measure the emotional well-being and revised and supplemented the reconstructed questionnaire of Im, Jae Goo (2007) was used to measure the factors of cultural well-being. Based from such methods and procedures used through the data analysis obtained in this study. The conclusions are as follows. First, significantly different factors were partially found according to the demographic characteristics of health perception of well-being sports participant, emotional well-being and cultural well-being. Second, the health perception of well-being sports participants has factors that have partial affect on emotional well-being and cultural well-being. Third, cultural well-being factor were partially influenced the emotional well-being.

        역량(Competency)과 웰빙(Well-Being): 고교 역량기반 교육 경험과 성인기 유다이모닉 웰빙이 주관적 웰빙에 미치는 영향

        This study is aimed at exploring how competency-based educational experiences at high school and eudaimonic welling in adulthood affect subjective well-being. To achieve the objective of the study, we examined the data collected from the fourth to twelfth-round surveys of the 2005 cohort (from the first year of high school to the age of 28; 2008-2020) conducted by the Korean Educational Development Institute (KEDI) as part of the Korea Education Longitudinal Study. In specific, we leveraged the data from the fifth and sixth-round surveys (2nd and 3rd grade) focused on high school experiences and those from the nineth, tenth and twelfth-round surveys (when respondents are 22, 24, 28 years-old) focused on post-graduation experiences. For analysis, we carried out multiple regression analysis using the SPSS statistics program. Key findings can be identified as follows. First, competency-based educational experiences for self-management and social competency at high school had a positive effect on subjective well-being in adulthood. Second, the level of eudaimonic well-being with regard to self-acceptance, positive relations with others, and social contribution played a significant role in enhancing the level of subjective well-being. Third, autonomy and personal growth, two variables of eudaimonic well-being, contributed to improving the level of subjective well-being in the tenth and twelfth-round surveys, when the respondents were about to graduate from their colleges or seeking or having a job. As these variables are assumed to be related to career in adulthood, eudaimonic well-being with regard to autonomy and personal growth appears to be critical to enhance the quality of life at the time of college graduation. Put together, these findings suggest that the level of subjective well-being in adulthood can be enhanced when students develop their competency for self-management to go beyond education limited to cognitive achievement and make their own decisions for learning and career, thereby improving the level of autonomy and personal growth. Moreover, it is necessary to pay more attention to competency-based educational experiences for enhancing social competence. Emphasis should be put more on well-balanced and holistic educational experiences that help students build positive relations with others and contribute to future social development as a member of society.

        본 연구는 웰빙인식과 웰빙행동이 각 변인간의 상관관계 및 사회인구학적 변인을 통해 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 알아보는데 있다. 웰빙인식과 웰빙행동의 상관관계를 알아보기 위하여 상관관계를 분석하였고 웰빙인식 의 정신지향 요인과 웰빙행동과는 정적상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 물질지향 요인과 웰빙행동은 부의 상관관계를 가졌다. 외모지향 요인은 웰빙상품구매경향과 외모관리 특성과 유의미한 관계였으며, 자아지향과 웰빙상품구매 경향은 부의 상관관계를, 여가특성과의 관계는 정적상관관계를 가졌다. 연령에 따라서는 웰빙인식의 정신지향, 물질지향, 자아지향 하위요인이, 웰빙행동에서 는 웰빙상품구매경향, 미용관리경향 하위요인이 유의미한 결과를 보였다. 학력 따라서는 웰빙인식의 정신지향, 자아지향 하위요인이 유의미한 결과를 보였다. 직업에 따라서는 웰빙인식의 물질지향, 외모지향 하위요인이, 웰빙행동에서는 웰빙상품구매경향과 여가특성 이 유의미한 결과를 보였다. 소득에 따라서는 웰빙인식의 정신지향 하위요인이, 웰빙행동 에서는 웰빙상품구매경향과 미용관리경향, 여가특성이 유의미한 결과를 보였다. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of perception of well-being, well-being behaviors according to the correlation of each variable factor. In order to identify the correlation between well-being perception and well-being activities, the correlation was analyzed. It was identified that the mental intention factors and well-being activities have a positive correlation. Material intention factor and well-being activities had a negative correlation. Appearance intention factor had a significant correlation with product purchase tendency and appearance care tendency; self-intention and well-being product purchase tendency had negative correlation, and positive correlation with leisure tendency. Depending on the age, subordinate factors such as mental intention, material intention, and self-intention of well-being perception, well-being goods purchase tendency showed significant result. Depending on the academic background, subordinate factors of mental intention and self-intention in well-being perception and appearance interest, beauty care activities showed significant interest. Depending on the occupation, subordinate factors of material intention and appearance intention in well-being perception, and well-being product purchase tendency and leisure tendency in well-being activities showed of significant result. Depending on the income, mental intention factor, and in well-being activities, well-being product purchase tendency, beauty care tendency, and leisure tendency showed significant result.

        청소년의 부모화 경험과 안녕감 간의 관계

        Parentification means a role reversal wherein a child becomes responsible for a parent's emotional and behavioral needs. Main focus of research has been on negative psychological consequences of parentification. Recently, researchers have found that parentification can serve as a positive and constructive contribution to the child's development and sense of responsibility. The purpose of this paper is to examine the relationship between parentification and integrative well-being(emotional, psychological, and social well-being) of adolescents. The data, gathered from 346 high school students at three high schools in Busan, were analyzed using canonical correlation analysis. The result of this study showed the statistically significant relationship between parentification and well-being of adolescents. Specifically, parentification had highly positive correlation with social well-being. Interestingly, the more students perceived unfairness(a subscale of parentification), the higher social well-being. Discussions and suggestions related to the result are provided. 부모와 자녀의 역할이 역전되어 자녀가 부모를 보호하고 위로하는 현상이 장기간 지속되어 내면화되는 것을 부모화라고 한다. 부모화 경험에 관한 선행연구들은 부모화된 자녀가 보여주는 심리적 부적응에 주로 초점을 두고 있지만, 최근에는 부모화 경험이 개인의 사회적 관계 및 책임감 발달 등에 긍정적인 효과를 가져온다는 결과도 제시되고 있다. 본 연구는 부모화 경험이 통합적 관점의 안녕감(정서적, 심리적, 사회적 안녕감)과 어떤 관계가 있는지를 검토하여 부모화 경험이 청소년에게 미치는 긍정적, 부정적 영향을 확인하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 연구는 부산시내 3개 고등학교에 재학 중인 남녀 학생 346명을 대상으로 이루어졌으며 부모화 경험과 안녕감의 관계를 하위요인군 간의 관계까지 검토하기 위하여 정준상관분석을 실시하였다. 통계적 분석의 결과, 부모화 경험과 안녕감 간에 유의미한 관계가 확인되었다. 구체적으로 살펴보면, 부모화 경험은 사회적 안녕감과 높은 정적 상관이 있었으며, 특히 부모화 경험 하위요인 중 불공평을 많이 느낄수록 정서적 안녕감은 낮아지지만 사회적 안녕감은 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 지금까지 부모화에 대한 연구가 초점을 두던 심리정서적 측면 뿐만 아니라 개인의 사회적 영역까지 고려함으로써, 부모화가 청소년의 심리적, 정서적 안녕감과 사회적 안녕감에 미치는 영향을 구체적으로 확인하였다는 데 그 의의가 있다.

      • 웰빙산업 시장의 형성과정과 웰빙마케팅 메커니즘에 관한 연구

        몇 년 전부터 불어 닥친 웰빙(Well-being) 증가하면서 동시에 삶의 질을 함께 추구하자는 주장이 제기되고 있으나 단순히 사회ㆍ문화적인 하나의 변화로서 웰빙을 해석 할 것인가 아니면 산업 전반에 웰빙 이라는 코드를 통해 이를 재편하고 확대해야 하는가에 대해서는 의견이 분분하다. 또한 웰빙 산업의 급격한 양적 팽창에도 불구하고 웰빙에 대한 학문적 연구는 현재까지 전무한 실정으로 단지 잘 먹고 잘 사는 것만이 웰빙의 전부라고 설명하기에는 많은 무리가 따른다. 이러한 시대ㆍ문화적 변화에도 불구하고 그간의 웰빙에 대한 연구를 분석해 보면 패션 및 디자인 부분에서의 연구에 치우쳐져 있을 뿐만 아니라 웰빙 마케팅에 대한 그간의 학문적 연구는 극히 미흡한 실정이다. 이러한 기존의 많지 않은 연구들은 웰빙 산업의 전반을 아우르는 웰빙 산업 시장 형성과정과 그 시장 내에서 고객만족을 동하여 조직의 목적을 달성하기 위해 수행하는 웰빙 마케팅에 대한 본격적인 시도가 없었다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 국내의 웰빙 산업의 시장 형성구조와 웰빙 마케팅의 메커니즘을 분석하고 향후 국내의 웰빙 마케팅 발전을 위한 연구방향을 제시하고자 하였다. The rapid growth of wide Korean Well-being Market in recent years. The purpose of this is to define the definition of “Development Processes of Well-being Market and Mechanism of Well-being Marketing” and discover the main factorss of the Mechanism of Well-being Marketing in order for Korean Well-being Market to be Successful, it must have a Competitive Advantage. But as of yet, there virtually no such strategies. Hitting upon this situation, this study intends to discover the Mechanism of Well-being Marketing in Korean Well-being Market. Consequently, the study results show that Market Advantage like Well-being, Real valuece, and Well-being Marketing product in Korean Well-being Market.

        시민적 인성 특질로서 지속 가능한 웰빙

        How can you enhance the quality of life and the quality of the environment at the same time? How can we promote the well-being of individuals, communities, countries and the world without harming the natural environment and future generations? The most attractive and persuasive answer to this embarrassing question is based on the new concept of sustainable well-being today. Sustainable well-being is well-being that contributes to individual, community or global well-being without exploiting other people, the environment, or future generations. Sustainable well-being is a term that emphasizes the interrelationship between well-being from positive psychology and well-being researches and sustainability from ecology. Sustainable well-being is an important civil character trait that students not as future citizens but here and now students-citizens should cultivate through citizenship education in moral education curricula. Thus, through the analysis of literature, we identified the meaning and importance of sustainable well-being, and suggested promising methods to implement sustainable well-being education through citizenship education in moral education curricula in terms of goals, content, and teaching & learning guidelines. 개인의 삶의 질과 환경의 질을 동시에 향상시킬 수 있는 방법은 무엇인가? 자연 환경과 미래 세대에 피해를 주지 않는 가운데 개인, 지역사회, 국가 및 세계의 웰빙을 증진할 수 있는 방법은 무엇인가? 이 당혹스러운 질문에 대한 가장 매력적이고 설득력 있는 대답은 오늘날 지속 가능한 웰빙(sustainable well-being)이라는 새로운 개념에 근거한다. 지속 가능한 웰빙은 타인, 환경, 미래 세대를 착취하지 않는 가운데 우리가 개인 및 집단의 웰빙을 추구하는 것을 의미한다. 지속 가능한 웰빙은 긍정심리학과 웰빙 연구에서 나온 웰빙과 생태적 지속 가능성 간의 상호 관련성을 강조하는 용어다. 지속 가능한 웰빙은 도덕 교과의 시민교육에서 학생들이 미래의 시민이 아니라 지금 그리고 여기에서의 학생-시민으로서 반드시 함양해야 할 중요한 시민적 인성 특질이다. 이에 이 논문에서는 문헌 분석을 통해 지속 가능한 웰빙의 의미와 중요성을 규명하고, 도덕 교과의 시민교육에서 지속 가능한 웰빙 교육을 구현하기 위한 방안을 목표, 내용, 교수ㆍ학습 가이드라인의 측면에서 제시하였다.

      • 공식적,비공식적 사회적 지지가 농촌노인의 심리적 복지감에 미치는 영향

        This research tried to provide basic data to the social support strengthening plan for it investigated whether the social support reached any effect on the psychological well-being of the rural elderly, or not increasing the psychological well-being of the rural elderly. For this purpose, this research classified the social support level which the rural elderly is late into the family support, relative support, and public support according to the social supporter and looked into. And it classified the rural elderly psychological well-being level into the positive well-being and negative well-being and looked into the first. Second, the difference of the social support according to the population sociology characteristic and psychological well-being were looked into. Third, in the preceding research, after controlling the age, confirmed as the factor having an effect on the social support of the rural elderly and psychological well-being monthly income, and health condition, the relatively influence that family support, relative support, and public support reaches to the psychological well-being of the rural elderly was looked into. In this research, the survey was performed for 170 old peoples more than the lives in Kyongsangbuk-do Chungdo-gun quarter age of 65. The investigation which supplemented and which it looks at from September 10th in 2011 until September 24th was performed. The total 190 part of questionnaires was distributed and 170 parts except was insincere or is not completed 20 parts of answer were used for the final analysis. Summarizing the result, it is obtained from this research, it is like the next. First, the level of the social support shows in this order-family support, relatives support, public supports. Namely, the rural elderly recognize the families support highest, on the other hand, recognjze the public support lowest. The social support of the rural elderly shows negative well-being higher than positive well-being. It shows that two dimension have negative relationship. Second, the result of analyze the difference of the social support according to the population sociology characteristic of the rural elderly and psychological well-being are as follows. First, as the age was low if we looked at the social support, the rural elderly recognized the whole social support and family support and relative support. And high the family support was high recognized as the monthly income was high. The more the age was high if we looked at the psychological well-being, the negative well-being of the psychological well-being was exposed to be high recognized as the health condition was bad. Third, in case the more the result of looking into the effect that the social support of the rural elderly reaches to the psychological well-being and health condition were similar, the rural elderly psychological well-being level t was high, the positive well-being of the psychological well-being which the rural elderly realizes as the official support was high showed high. In addition, the more the rural elderly psychological well-being level was low in case the monthly income was similar, the negative well-being of the psychological well-being which the rural elderly recognizes as the official support was low was shown up to be high. The theoretical, political, and practical undertone was presented based upon this kind of research result.

      • 소비자의 웰빙태도 및 웰빙구매행동 영향요인 분석

        This study analyzed the differences in aspect of consumer's well-being attitude and well-being purchasing behavior based on consumer's social demographic characteristics. Moreover, this study examined the factors that influence consumer's well-being attitude and well-being purchasing behavior and analyzed whether consumer's attitudes toward health and environment which is the keyword for well-being influence the attitude for well-being and whether consumer's well-being attitude and information exploring behaviors have effect on well-being purchasing behavior or not. The findings of this study were as follows : First, there were statistically significant differences on consumer's well-being attitude depending on education level, local residents, profession, household income. Second, there were statistically significant differences on consumer's well-being purchasing behavior depending on age, marital status, local residents, household income. Third, variables affecting on consumer's well-being attitude were education level, local residents, health-oriented attitude. Fourth, variables affecting on consumer's well-being purchasing behavior were employment status, well-being attitude, information exploring behavior.
