        시민의 대학-지역사회 연계 협동학습 프로그램 참여 경험에 관한 질적 사례연구

        The purpose of this study is to provide the program effectiveness and the possibility of university-region linkage according to the application of cooperative learning through the community-linked cooperative learning program conducted at D University in Gyeongbuk. In order to achieve the purpose of the study, interviews were conducted with 13 program participants. First, citizen participants preferred cooperative learning to lecture-type traditional learning, but class satisfaction was different depending on their liking for fellow participants. Second, participation in the program had a positive effect on the sense of belonging to the community and the formation of social networks. Third, the mutual feedback of cooperative learning was effective in strengthening activity participation and emotional bonding. Fourth, the experience of participating in the program helped change the perception of local universities. In short, the community connection program was a useful program for university and citizen participants, and cooperative learning acted as an effective learning method for all participants.

        지역사회 기반 참여형 학교 건강증진 프로그램 개발: 인도네시아 반다아체 초등학생 적용 사례

        연구목적 : 본 연구의 목적은 지역사회 기반 참여형 학교 건강증진 프로그램을 개발하고, 인도네시아 반다아체 지역에 적용된 과정을 확인하는 것이다. 연구방법 : 2012~2014년 한국국제협력단의 지원으로 진행된 “인도네시아 반다아체 초등학생 건강증진 및 보건교육 사업”을 대상으로 하며, 프로그램 개발 및 적용과정에 지역사회 참여형 연구(CBPR)의 기본 개념이 적용되었다. 연구결과 : 지역사회 기반 참여형 학교 건강증진 프로그램은 CBPR의 원칙에 따라 개발되고, 인도네시아 반다아체 지역에 적용되었다. 개발된 프로그램은 인도네시아 반다아체 아동의 건강한 성장에 영향을 미쳤다. 결론 : 교사를 비롯한 지역사회 구성원의 참여와 협력, 역량강화는 개발도상국의 학교 건강증진 프로그램에서 중요한 부분이다. 후속 연구를 통해 개발된 프로그램의 중재 효과를 깊이 있게 파악해야 할 것이다. Objective: This study was conducted to develop and implement a community-based participatory school health program for elementary school children. Methods: This study describes how Community-Based Participatory Research(CBPR) principles were applied to the international cooperation health project entitled “School Health Promotion and Education Project in Banda Aceh, Indonesia(2012-2014)” sponsored by Korea International Cooperation Agency(KOICA). Results: A community-based school health program was developed and made progress along the principles of CBPR successfully. A program had effect on securing right to health of the children in Banda Aceh, Indonesia. Conclusion: The cooperative participation and capacity building of community members are positively necessary in the school health program for developing countries. Further studies are required to confirm and discuss intervention effects of school health program in-depth.

        농촌아동의 공동체 의식 향상을 위한 협동전래놀이 효과

        본 연구는 협동전래놀이가 농촌아동의 공동체 의식 향상을 위한 협동전래놀이프로그램 효과를 알아보고자 실시하였다. 협동전래놀이 속에는 옛날부터 전해 내려오는 우리 문화와 정신이 담겨 있어 미래에 적응하거나 새로운 문화를 창조해 나가는 기반이 된다. 본 연구의 대상은 전라남도 B군의 위치하고 있는 초등학교 5명(남: 3명, 여: 2명)아동이다. 연구참여자는 초등학교 고학년으로 이루어졌으며, 협력전래놀이는 아동의 공동체 의식과 협동의 효과를 얻고자 하였다. 본 프로그램 구성은 협동전래놀이 영역과 공동체 의식 증진을 위한 내용으로 구성되었다. 협동은 모든 학생들이 공동 과제를 함께 학습하는 방법이며, 이를 통해 집단 구성원 간의 배려하고 존중하는 긴밀한 관계를 유지할 수 있다. 연구결과, 협동전래놀이는 공동체 의식에서 친밀감, 소속감, 상호공존 의식에서 효과가 있었다. 이는 농촌아동들이 교육 현장에서 자유 활동 및 바깥놀이, 강당놀이 시간에 자유롭게 이루어진 협동전래놀이는 또래관계에서 공동체 의식을 경험하는 계기가 되고 있다. 즉, 협동전래놀이는 고유한 전통의 의미가 있다는 점에서 긍정적 놀이 경험을 통해 공동의 목표를 달성하기 위해서 자발적으로 협력하는 모습을 볼 수 있다. Cooperative traditional games are deeply embedded in Korean cultural heritage, providing a foundation for adapting to the future and cultivating new cultural experiences. Thus, this research investigates the efficacy of cooperative traditional play programs in enhancing the sense of community among rural children. The subjects of this study were 5 children (male: 3, female: 2) from an elementary school located in County B, Jeollanam-do. The participants in the study were upper-grade elementary school students, and cooperative traditional play was intended to gain children's sense of community and cooperation. This program was designed to promote collaborative traditional play and community spirit. Collaboration is a way for all students to learn together on common tasks, which helps maintain close, caring and respectful relationships among group members. As a result of the study, cooperative traditional games were effective in terms of community spirit, intimacy, sense of belonging, and mutual coexistence. This is an opportunity for rural children to experience a sense of community in peer relationships through cooperative traditional games freely performed during free activities, outdoor play, and auditorium play in educational settings. In other words, since cooperative traditional games have a unique traditional meaning, we can see people voluntarily cooperating to achieve common goals through positive play experiences.

        1970년대 원주지역 재해대책사업위원회의 원주원성수해복구사업 연구

        This study focuses on analyzing the restoration programme for flood in Won-ju and Won-seong by the relief and rehabilitation committee in the late 1970s. The torrents of rain on August 14th, 1976, in Won-ju and Won-seong had caused much to the inhabitant farmers in both human lives and property. The relief and rehabilitation committee was conducted the countermeasures against natural calamities project, financed by Caritas and Misereor, for flood affected farmers as the food supply programme, medical support programme, food supply programme for children and day care centers, land restoration, restoration of irrigation facilities, flood rehabilitation, farming capital loans and support for cooperative activities. Most of the cooperatives which were then organized for the various long-term rehabilitation programmes and urgent flood relief programme have grown into credit unions, through the operation of which the poor farmers could learn a cooperative mentality to help each other in living. As they discussed and decided their common matters in their meetings, naturally they came to acquire the capacity necessary for dealing with things independently, democratically and reasonably in cooperation. To foster cooperative spirit and to train a new type of farmer-leaders, training courses were held and these became a great help for the management of their cooperative associations and for the development of the abilities of the farmers. For this programme, first of all a survey was made and then leaders in the villages were invited for a training courses. Moreover, new types of courses were necessary, in the villages local courses, staff training for the management of cooperative associations, training courses for women, and we learnt that such training is possible. Many courses which were held for human development in these program influenced the participants to create new relations among farmers such as human, social and economical. The community development program showed the possibility of the developing the village in the democratic development and the collaborative experience of the farmers, as well as the potential of the peasant movements. These experiences could be the pioneering assets in the peasant movements of the Korean Catholic Farmers" Movement and they were the great role in pioneering in the farmer educations of the Christian Academy"s peasant movements in the 1970s.

        소득수준이 향상되고, 지역주민들의 문화적 요구가 커지면서, 도서관의 교육·문화적 기능의 중요성도 점점 커지고 있는 오늘날, 인천광역시 미추홀도서관이 운영하는 문화프로그램들의 운영사례를 살펴보고, 지역기관과 연계·협력한 프로그램을 통해 도서관의 부족한 인적·물적 자원의 한계를 보완하고, 특화할 수 있는 방안을 소개하여 특성화된 문화프로그램의 기획 및 개발에 도움이 되고자 한다. With the improvement of income level and increasing cultural demand of residents, the importance of educational and cultural function of libraries has been gradually increasing. This paper aims to examine the implementation cases of cultural programs by Michuhol library in Incheon, to supplement the limit of human and physical resources of library through linking and cooperation program with local organizations, to introduce the approaches to distinguish the linking and cooperation programs and ultimately to help the planning and development of specialized cultural programs.

        시민의 범죄예방활동 참여 사례에 관한 연구 -미국과 영국의 사례를 중심으로-

        This article is a comparative study of the citizens` participation in crime prevention practices among Korea, the United States and the United Kingdom. Through this study, I want to guide citizens to actively participate in crime prevention activities, and seek support system to strengthen the cooperation of police and citizens. 36)For the study, First, I explored previous studies and theories that claimed the cooperation between police and citizens for crime prevention. Second, I examined citizens` crime prevention activity cases in domestic and foreign countries, compared the similarities and differences. Then I discussed the limits of citizen participations in Korea and the implications focused on ways to overcome them. Third, I proposed citizens` participation incentives in the crime prevention activities and policy measures to strengthen cooperations. The focuses of Citizen crime prevention are the support and participation. To do this, We need to develop systematic citizen participation programs, continuous management and support. In policy proposal part, for the expansion of citizen participation, I proposed policy approaches, such as integration of existing citizen organizations, the introduction of physical environmental improvement strategies, the legislation of legal base for civic participation.

        협동조합 직원의 교육훈련 전이에 미치는 영향요인에 관한 연구 -새마을금고를 중심으로-

        The purpose of this study was to analysis what factors affect training transfer among the community credit cooperative workers. For this purpose, we conducted a questionnaire survey of 391 workers who had experienced education and training at the Education and Training Institute, and obtained results and implications as follows;Peers’ supports explained 22.1% of training transfer, and training program contents explained 33.8% of training transfer, and trainee characteristics explained 52.3% of training transfer. Based on the results of this study, it may be made suggestions as follows for policies to maximize the training transfer in cooperative workers. Curriculums should be designed in a way of enhancing learners’ self-efficacy, and learners’ voluntary participation and motives for learning should be induced through customized education. Moreover, learners should have abilities to control their workload and working hours so that they can apply and try what they have learned.

        환경교육센터의 역할에 대한 사례연구

        본 연구에서는 서울시의 한 자치구가 운영하고 있는 ‘가’ 환경교육센터를 사례로 하여 센터가 어떤 일을 하고 있는지, 역할 수행 과정에서 어떠한 특징이 나타나는지를 살펴보았다. 연구결과, ‘가’ 센터는 지역주민을 대상으로 환경교육 기회를 제공하는 것을 센터의 기본적인 역할로 상정하고 있었으며, 이와 함께 주민과 협력하면서 지역의 다양한 환경적 필요를 해결해 나가는 노력을 하고 있었다. ‘가’ 환경교육센터 운영의 가장 큰 특징은 주민과 지역의 환경적 필요를 지역사회와 협력해서 해결해 나가는 것이었는데, 협력은 ‘공동의 필요 확인하기’, ‘도움 구하기, 함께 할 파트너 찾기’, ‘역할 나누고 실천하기’, ‘지역사회와 나누고 공유하기’ 등의 과정을 통해 진행되었다. 본 연구 결과를 통해 환경교육센터의 역할은 교육 프로그램 운영 이외에 지역사회와의 협력을 통한 프로그램 다양화와 지역사회의 공동체성 강화로 확장될 수 있음을 알 수 있다. This study investigated the roles of an environmental education center as an example of ‘A’ environmental education center in Seoul. ‘A’ center was built in 2012 by a municipality in Seoul. One staff in charge of ‘A’ center and three participating community members were interviewed. The research results were as follows: ‘A’ center had two main roles. The first one was to provide environmental education opportunities for the local residents. The second one was to work together with them to address the local environmental needs. As the center cooperated with the community, local people had opportunities to take part in the planning and implementing environmental education programs. As a result, its programs had diversified. Also, the center became the gateway for local residents to participate in the community, which resulted in the development of its social network and the accumulation of social capital. This study showed that the environmental education center could not only provide environmental education programs to local residents but also contribute to the sustainability of the community.

        자유학기제의 확장을 위한 자유학기와 일반학기의 연계 원리 탐색

        본 연구는 학생들의 주도적 학습과 역량 증진을 중요한 목표로 하는 자유학기제가 다른 일반학기들과 잘 연계되기 위해서는 어떠한 원리에 기반하여 운영되어야 하는지를 탐색적으로 제시하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 자유학기 교육활동을 일반 학기와 연계하여 잘 운영하는 학교를 대상으로 교원, 학생, 학부모에 대한 면담 조사를 2015년 4월부터 9월까지 진행하였고, 이 자료를 토대로 자유학기제의 4대 연계 원리를 도출하였다. 자유학기제 4대 연계 원리는 첫째, 구성원의 협력성이다. 둘째, 교육과정의 통합성이다. 셋째, 지역사회 기반의 지역성이다. 넷째, 평가의 혁신성이 다. 마지막으로 자유학기제 연계 원리가 잘 작동될 수 있기 위한 정책적 제언을 제시 하며, 자유학기제의 단절이 아닌 연속성과 확장성이 필요함을 강조하였다. The purpose of this study is to provide an exploration of what principles should be used in order for the Free-semester program, which is an important goal of students leading learning and capacity building, to be well connected with other general semesters. For this purpose, we conducted interviews with the members of the schools which operated well in connection with the general semester, and derived the principle of linkage of the Free-semester program school based on these data. Core principals of linking Free-semester program with general semester as well as operation models were outlined by combining results from survey and case study analysis. The four core operation principals for successful linkage are 1) cooperation of school members, 2) integration of curriculum and 3) strong locality around school, and lastly 4) innovative evaluation method. This paper suggests policy proposals to make the principle of linking Free-semester program work well and emphasizes continuity and extensibility rather than disconnection of Free-semester program.
