        환자와 의사의 의료에 대한 태도 차이 -한 중소도시의 대학병원과 한의과대학 부속 한방병원을 중심으로-

        The objective of this study is to identify the difference in attitude toward medical care between patients who visited a university hospital or an oriental medical hospital of oriental medical college, and physicians who engaged in the same hospitals. The subjects of this study were 397 cases who agreed to respond the prepared questionnaire, including 288 patients(146 university hospital utilizers and 142 utilzers for an oriental medical hospital) and 109 physicians(76 physicians and 33 oriental medical doctors). The attitude toward medical care was measured by the structured questionnaire developed for this study, which had high validity and reliability according to factor analysis, item discriminant validity, and Cronbach's $\alpha$ coefficients. On the criteria of mean value of care and cure score, the attitude toward medical care was classified into 4 groups encompassing a group with dependent attitude on medical care, a group with skeptical attitude toward it, a group with cure-oriented attitude, and a group with care-preferred attitude. The results of chi-square test, discriminant analysis, and logistic regression analysis were as follows; patients who visited a univisity hospital, patients who visited an oriental hospital, physicians, and oriental medical doctors included in the group with dependent attitude, the group with cure-oriented attitude, the group with skeptical attitude, and the group with care-preferred attitude, retrospectively. Among the subdomains of care and cure domains, which classified in reference to the result of factor analysis on pilot study, those that patients ranked more importantly than physicians were 'the importance of medical equipment for diagnosis and treatment', 'authority of physician, 'aggressiveness of treatment', 'information giving', 'personal interest' in the case of western medicine. In the case of oriental medicine, those were 'the importance of equipment for diagnosis and treatment', 'aggressiveness of treatment', 'amenities and accessibility', 'coordination of medical staff'. Both physicans and patients put the subdomain, 'physicians' medical knowledge and skillfulness' on the highest rank. The differences in ranking the important attributes of medical care between patients and physicians were apparent in the area of an 'importance of medical equipment for diagnosis and treatment' and so on. It meant that patient had over-expectation on medical care and suggested that the policy on demanad side such as the developement and dissemination of an evidence-based recommendation protocol for health care consumers might be important in Korea. In addition, regarding the attitude of physicians, during the medical education and training it may be neccessary to emphasize the aspect of 'care' of medical care rather than 'cure'. In planning on heath care delivery system, it should be considered that there is a difference in the attitude toward medical care between western medicine and oriental medicine as well as between health care providers and consumers. We expect that more valid measurement tool be developed in this area, which may be major limitation of this study and that this kind of research be expanded into the non-academic settings.

        기업에 대한 고등학생의 CAB 경제적 태도 분석

        The purpose of this study is to identify the attitude of students toward an enterprise. We measured the cognitive, affective, and behavioral attitude of the high school students with the questionnaire, which can be used together with the open description and the scale display. As a result of the study, the cognitive and behavioral attitude toward the enterprise was positive but the affective attitude was negative. There were both positive and negative statements that responded to students' attitudes to enterprise. It was ‘making money’, ‘corruption’ and ‘contributing to economic development’ that the frequency is high as a description of the cognitive attitude. It was ‘scary’, ‘unbelievable’ and ‘bad’ that the frequency is high as a description of the affective attitude. Also, it was ‘I purchased and used the products of the enterprise’, ‘I visited the enterprise’, and ‘I got services at the service center’ that the most frequent description in the behavioral attitudes. This study represents that high school students' attitude was not negative in general, but that there is a need to be interested in the negative attitude formation factors because it still shows us both attitudes as positive and negative. In addition, it shows that the method including the open-ended questionnaire abundantly provided the specific information of the respondent regarding the cognitive, affective, and behavioral attitude. We expect that the result of this study contributes to improve learning methods of the attitude study that is relatively weak. 본 연구는 학생들의 기업에 대한 태도를 밝히고자 하는 목적에서 이루어졌다. 태도에 대해 개방형 서술과 척도 표시를 함께 할 수 있는 설문지를 활용하여 고등학생들의 기업에 대한 인지적, 정의적, 행동적 태도를 측정하였다. 연구 결과, 기업에 대한 인지적 태도와 행동적 태도는 긍정적으로 나타났으나 정의적 태도는 부정적으로 나타났다. 기업에 대한 태도를 응답하는 서술에서는 긍정적 서술과 부정적 서술이 함께 나타난 경우가 많았다. 기업에 대한 인지적 태도를 표현한 서술로 빈도수가 높은 것은 ‘돈 버는 곳이다’, ‘부정부패, 비리가 심하다’, ‘경제 발전에 기여한다’ 등이었다. 기업에 대한 정의적 태도를 표현한 서술로 빈도수가 높은 것은 ‘무섭다’, ‘믿을 수 없다’, ‘나쁘다’ 등이었다. 기업에 대한 행동적 태도를 표현한 서술로 빈도수가 높은 것은 ‘기업의 상품을 구매하여 사용해 봤다’, ‘기업에 견학 가 보았다’, ‘서비스센터에 가서 서비스를 받았다’ 등이었다. 이 연구는 우선, 고등학생들의 기업에 대한 태도는 전반적으로 부정적이지 않았으나, 긍정적 태도와 부정적 태도가 함께 나타난 경우가 많아서 부정적 태도 형성 요인에 관심을 가질 필요가 있음을 보여주었다. 그리고 태도 측정 방법으로서 개방적 기술을 포함한 방식이 인지적, 정의적, 행동적 태도와 관련한 응답자의 구체적인 태도 근거를 풍부하게 제공함을 보여주었다.

        개별 논문 : 읽기 교육에서 태도의 문제 -읽기 태도의 교육 가능성을 중심으로-

        이 연구는 읽기 태도의 개념, 측정, 교육이라고 하는 세 가지 문제를 검토해 봄으로써 읽기 태도의 교육 가능성을 탐색해 보는 것을 목적으로 한다. 읽기 태도는 ‘읽는 자세’, ‘읽는 태도’, ‘읽기에 대한 태도’의 세 가지 양상으로 존재하는데, 이 중에서 읽기에 대한 태도는 읽기의 수행 여부를 결정하는 데에 주로 작용하는 반면 읽는 태도는 읽기 방법을 결정하는 데에 주로 작용한다. 읽기 태도의 측정에서는 ‘읽기에 대한 태도’뿐 아니라 ‘읽는 태도’ 역시 중요한 평가 대상을 삼아야 한다. ‘읽기에 대한 태도’를 측정할 때에는 태도 대상의 다양한 층위와 구인을 고려하여야 한다. 그리고 ‘읽는 태도’는 읽는 행위나 방법을 관찰함으로써 측정할 수 있으며, 여러 가지 읽기 포트폴리오들을 활용할 수 있다. 그리고 교육적으로 유용한 정보를 얻기 위해서 읽기 태도를 측정하는 만큼, 측정이 아니라 평가나 총평의 관점에 서야 한다. 읽기 태도의 교육 가능성을 높이기 위해서는 교육 대상의 층위를 추상에서 구체로 낮추어야 한다. 그리고 읽기 태도는 인지적 이해와 읽기 경험이라고 하는 두 가지 통로를 통해 형성되므로, 이를 잘 활용하여야 한다. 한편으로는 자신이 어떤 독자인지, 읽기가 어떤 가치를 지니고 있는지, 사람들이 어떤 기대를 하고 있는지 등에 대한 충분한 이해를 할 수 있도록 도와주어야 하며, 다른 한편으로는 가급적 책을 많이 읽게 하되 그 경험이 인지적이고 정의적인 만족감을 주는 것이 되도록 노력해야 한다. The purpose of this study is detecting the probability of teaching reading attitude by scrutinizing the concept, test and teaching of reading attitude. There are three types of reading attitude : reading pose, attitude to read, attitude toward reading. Attitude toward reading determines to read or not, but attitude to read determines how to read. We have to test not only attitude toward reading but also attitude to read. When we test attitude toward reading, we have to consider the layers and constructs of reading attitude. We can test attitude to read through observing reading activities or methods, so we can use reading portfolios in order to identify attitude to read. And we have to accept the perspective of evaluation or assessment instead of measurement. In order to increase the probability of teaching reading attitude, we have to move our concern from general level to concrete level in determining the contents of teaching. We can use two path into the good reading attitude : one is cognitive understanding, the other is reading experience. We have to help a student to understand what a good reader is he, what a good property has reading and what expectation have people about his reading, and we have to help students to read many books and to obtain the satisfaction with affect and ideas from text.

        스포츠사회학 : 생활체육 참가 형태와 사회적 태도의 관계

        The purpose of this study is to identify the relationship between participation patterns in sport for all and the formation of social attitude and through this to grasp the task as to desirable community establishment. The subjects of this study were adult participators in sport for all living in Chunan city as of 2001, and among total 700 copies sampled using cluster random sampling 631 copies were finally used for data analysis. Schematized questionnaires based on self-administration method were employed for the research instrument, and statistic techniques to analyze the collected data were frequence analysis, one-way ANOVA analysis, correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis.Results are as follows.First, there was difference in social attitude according to sociodemographic characteristics. That is, sex in social integration attitude and socialization attitude, the level of education in social integration attitude, socialization attitude, social sentiment attitude and social control attitude, and the level of income in social integration attitude, socialization attitude and social control attitude showed significant difference.Second, participation patterns in sport for all had an effect on the formation of social attitude. That is, neighbors and sport for all participation, colleagues and sport for all participation influenced social integration attitude, socialization attitude, social sentiment attitude and social control attitude, and sport for all club participation affected social Integration attitude, socialization attitude, social control attitude.

        중학생이 인지한 부모양육태도가 진로적응성에 미치는 영향: 그릿의 매개효과를 중심으로

        본 연구의 목적은 중학생이 인지한 부모양육태도(긍정적 양육태도, 부정적 양육태도)가 진로적응성에 미치는 영향을분석하며, 이들 영향 관계에서 그릿의 매개효과를 검증하는 것이다. 이를 위해 한국・아동청소년패널조사 2021 자료의 중학교 1학년 2,235명을 연구대상자로 선정하였다. 자료 분석방법은 SPSS 26.0 프로그램을 활용하여 빈도분석, 기술 통계분석, 상관분석, 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 주요 연구결과로는 첫째, 부모양육태도가 진로적응성에 미치는 영향에서 긍정적 양육태도는 정적(+), 부정적 양육태도는 부적(-)으로 유의하였다. 둘째, 부모 양육태도가 그릿에 미치는 영향에서 긍정적 양육태도는정적(+), 부정적 양육태도는 부적(-)으로 유의하였다. 셋째, 그릿은 진로적응성에 정적(+)으로 유의하였다. 넷째, 부모양육태도가 진로적응성에 미치는 영향 관계에서 그릿의 매개효과는 긍정적 양육태도와는 완전매개효과, 부정적 양육태도와는 부분매개효과로 밝혀졌다. 이를 통해 중학생의 진로적응성을 향상시키기 위한 실천적 제언을 제공하였다. The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of middle school students' perceived parenting attitudes (positive parenting attitude, negative parenting attitude) on career adaptability and to verify the mediating effect of grit in these influence relationships. For this purpose, 2,235 first-year middle school students from the Korea Children and Youth Panel Survey 2021 were selected as research subjects. Data analysis methods included frequency analysis, descriptive statistical analysis, correlation analysis, and regression analysis using the SPSS 26.0 program. The main research results are as follows: First, in the impact of parenting attitude on career adaptability, positive parenting attitude was significant as positive (+), and negative parenting attitude was negative (-). Second, in the effect of parenting attitude on grit, positive parenting attitude was significant as positive (+), and negative parenting attitude was negative (-). Third, grit was positively (+) significant to career adaptability. Fourth, in the relationship between parenting attitude and career adaptability, the mediating effect of grit was found to be a complete mediating effect with positive parenting attitude and a partial mediating effect with negative parenting attitude. Through this, practical suggestions were provided to improve middle school students' career adaptability.

        생활체육참가자의 긍정적태도, 여가태도, 여가만족도의 관계

        The purpose of this study wat to investigate relationships of positive attitude, leisure attitude, and leisure satisfaction among sports participants . A total of 210 sports participants from 3 areas in C province and D metropolitan city participated in the current study and questionnaires were distributed. 194 questionnaires were used for statistical analysis. Questionnaires consisted of positive attitude including 5 subscales(multiple perspectives, self-acceptance, self-control, social adaptation, and acceptance of society) and leisure attitude including 3 subscales(cognitive attitude, emotional attitude, and behavioral attitude). Leisure satisfaction consisted of 6 subscales(psychology, education, social, relaxation, physiology, and surrounding). Statistical methods used in this study were descriptive analysis and multiple regression analysis. The results showed the following. First, positive attitude influenced on leisure attitude. Second, leisure attitude influenced on leisure satisfaction. Last, positive attitude influenced on leisure satisfaction. In conclusion, we have identified that positive attitude is an important factor that influenced leisure attitude and leisure satisfaction, therefore efforts toward improving positive attitude should be required ultimately for the improvement of leisure satisfaction and life satisfaction.

        20대 여성의 비만도, 신체태도와 의복태도에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study was to analyze body mass index of women in their twenties and investigate the relationships of body attitude and clothing attitude. To achieve the purposes of this study, a questionnaire was conducted with 398 people from May 2 to May 30, 2013. The final data was analyzed with spss 18.0 program. The results were as follows: First, I found that body attitude had this order: Feeling fat, Lower body fatness, Salience of weight and shape, Attractiveness, Strength and fitness, and Body disparagement Secondly, there were significant differences of body attitude based on demographic characteristics and body mass index. Thirdly, I found that clothing attitude was classified into four factors of Personality pursuit, Body complement, Appearance ostentation, and Social approval. Fourthly, there were significant differences of clothing attitude based on demographic characteristics and body mass index. Fifthly, there were significant relations of body mass index, body attitude, and clothing attitude of women in their twenties. Thus, I found that body mass index and body attitude were related to clothing attitude.

        자연에 대한 생태 태도 유형의 성차 분석

        The purpose of this study was to examine gender gap on ecological attitude types of nature For this study, ecological attitude types were surveyed from 275 people(101 men and 174 women). The measurement instrument was made of 12 blocks, each of them comprised stimulus word and four association words. By measurement instrument, four main ecological attitude types are usually distinguished: a person perceives nature as a beauty object/source (aesthetical attitude), as cognition/knowledge acquisition object (cognitive attitude), as a safety/conservation object (ethical attitude) and as a benefit source (pragmatic attitude). The presented words corresponded to the concrete attitude type(aesthetic, cognitive, ethical, pragmatic). The results of this study were as follows. First, the aesthetic attitude was prevalent in the attitude structure of these people. The last according to the ranking was the pragmatic attitude. Correspondingly, in the second position was the ethical, and in the third-the cognitive one. Second, in aesthetic and cognitive attitudes, women ranked higher than men, and in ethical and practical attitudes, men ranked higher than women.

        부모의 읽기 태도에 대한 학생의 인식과 학생의 읽기 태도와의 상관성 연구

        The purpose of this study is to insist the improvement of family literacy environment for betterment of students' reading attitude through figuring out how to be influenced by their parents' reading attitude. Reading attitude is very important because that makes students long-life readers through the active literacy. The variables which has an effect on reading attitude are various. Among the variables family literacy environments are magnified as a noticeable factor. This study survey interrelationship between some constructs; those are parents' reading attitude, students' viewpoint about their parents' reading attitude, students' reading attitude, and students' reading motivation. The result of survey that students' reading attitude is very similar to their parents' reading attitude is come out. In other words, when the students think that their parents like reading, the students like reading and when the students think that their parents don't like reading, so don't the students. This study is meaningful due to focusing on students' self-consciousness for their own reading attitude. 이 연구의 목적은 부모의 읽기 태도가 학생의 읽기 태도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 파악하여 학생들의 읽기 태도 신장을 위한 가족 문식성 환경 개선의 발판을 마련하는 데 있다. 읽기 태도는 평생 독자로 나아가기 위해 능동적인 독서를 만든다는 데에서 그 중요성이 크다. 이러한 읽기 태도에 영향을 미치는 요인이 많지만, 그 중에서도 가정에서의 문식 환경이 중요한 요소로 대두되고 있다. 이 연구에서의 읽기 태도는 '읽기에 대해 좋고 싫음을 무의식적으로 인식하여 자신의 의지를 가지고 읽기 활동에 대해 반응하는 것'이라고 보고 자녀인 학생이 부모의 읽기 태도에 대한 인식과 학생의 읽기 태도가 어떠한 상관성을 지니는지에 대해 살펴보았다. 비교 결과, 상당수의 학생들이 부모의 읽기 태도와 같은 성향의 읽기 태도를 보였다. 즉, 부모가 책 읽기를 좋아한다고 생각하는 경우에는 자녀도 책 읽기를 좋아하는 경우가 많았으며, 부모가 책 읽기를 싫어한다고 생각하는 경우에는 자녀도 책 읽기를 싫어하는 경우가 많았다. 부모의 읽기 태도와 자녀의 읽기 태도가 서로 다른 경우는 자녀의 책 읽는 이유와 관련지어 분석해 보았다. 책 읽기를 좋아하는 학생들은 대부분 '책읽기가 재미있어서' 책을 읽는다고 답하였지만, 책 읽기를 싫어하는 학생들은 '다른 할 일이 없어서', '부모나 교사가 읽으라고 해서'로 답했다. 이 중에서도 부모님이 책 읽기를 좋아한다고 생각하는 학생들은 대부분 '할 일이 없어서'라고 답하여 평소 부모의 모습에 영향을 받아 특별히 할 일이 없는 여가 시간, 휴식 시간에 책을 읽는다는 것을 알 수 있었고, 부모님이 책읽기를 좋아하지 않는다고 생각하는 학생들은 부모님이 본인은 책을 읽지 않으면서 자신에게는 책을 읽으라고 하신다고 생각하여 더 거부감을 느끼는 것으로 나타났다. 이 연구는 읽기 태도를 형성하는 데 있어서 학생 스스로가 영향을 받고 관심을 가지는 것에 초점을 맞추었다는 데 의미가 있다.

        A Hardware Implementation of Flexible Attitude Determination and Control System for Two‑Axis‑Stabilized CubeSat

        This paper presents a hardware implementation of fexible and low-cost attitude determination and control system (ADCS) for two-axis-stabilized CubeSat. As small satellite missions are increasing, the CubeSat requires precise ADCS with attitude drift adjustment. This attitude drift if not properly compensated, will cause a slow attitude information loss as the error in attitude rises between the actual and estimated signals. The proposed ADCS comprises two steps; the attitude determination which estimates the current CubeSat’s attitude and a novel simplifed intelligent proportional-integral control algorithm that accurately adjusts the attitude. The control algorithm is based on the multi degree-of-freedom controller concept and has no controller gains parameters. The proposed ADCS employs sun sensor, magnetometer, and a micro-electro-mechanical gyroscope sensor to correct the attitude drift by ofering a comparative attitude that is utilized for updating the estimated attitude delivered to the Kalman flter for determining the CubeSat’s attitude and angular velocity. The ADCS model verifcation and validation are accomplished via Matlab/Simulink and hardware implementation. A comparison with other ADCS techniques is presented. The ADCS simulated model demonstrates precision results with error of less than 0.1°.
