악교정 수술시 보스민 거즈에 의해 나타난 폐부종 증례보고

구강악안면영역은 그 해부학적 구조상 혈관 분포가 풍부하고 따라서 구강내로 접근하는 수술시 신체 다른 부위와 달리 출혈 소견을 많이 보이며 수술중 과다출혈의 방지와 지혈의 목적으로 epinephirne soaked gauze즉 bosrnine gauze의 사용이 널리 이루어지고 있고 또한 사용이 불가피하다고 할 수 있다. 그러나 이 부분은 혈관 분포가 풍부하므로 epinephrine의 systemic uptake의 가능성 또한 존재한다 할 수 있겠다. 고농도의 epinephrine은 이론상 혈관수축을 일으켜 순간적인 systemic volume overload의 상태를 야기시켜 폐부종 및 pulmonary effusion을 일으킬 수 있으나 아직까지 보고된 바 없었다. 악안면부위는 혈관공급이 많아 수술중 지혈이 용이하지 못해 bleeding control을 위해 또 습관적으로 bosmine 거즈의 packing이 행해지고 있지만 수술자에 의한 정확한 농도로 희석된 bosmine 거즈 사용이 필수적이다. 본원에서 양악 악교정 수술시 소독간호사에 의해 잘못 희석된 고농도의 bosmine 거즈를 상악후방에 packing하여 발생된 전신적 합병증으로써 폐부종이 발생한 바 bosmine 거즈의 사용시 사용부위에 따라 농도의 확인과 술자의 주의를 요한다고 생각된다. There are many vessels in oral and maxillofacial region. Therefore blood oozing is a frequent findings in this area when operation takes place. Beacuse of this, most oral and maxillofacial surgeons as well as operators of this region usually use bosmine soaked gauze for oozing control during operation. Theoretically overdose of systemic epiniephrine(bosmine) may lead to pulmonary edema due to secondary systemic volume overload. For this reason, oral and maxillofacial surgeons should give more attention to the use of bosmine soaked gauze. In spite of this possibility, epinephrine induced pulmonary edema using bosmine soaked gauze has not been reported. We experienced one case of pulmonary edema which was induced by epinephrine overdose by bosmine soaked gauze that has not been diluted by mistake in preparing bosmine soaked gauze. The authuors report a case with review of literature.

한국산 개나리속의 해부학적 성질에 관한 연구

These experiments were carried out to investigate anatomical properties of Forsythia in Korea. The results obtained were summarized as follows: It was estimated that the vessel of cross section was almost simple pore and multiple pores which were compounded two or three units were showed sometimes and arrangement of vessel were ring porous wood. In the mean length of vessel, Forsythia koreana was ranged 539.98 ±154.71μ and Forsythia ovata 602.22 ± 157.38μ and Forsythia nakaii T. Lee 465.50 ±83.02μ. In the mean length of fiber wood, Forsythia koreana 387.40 ± 68.23μ, and Forsythia ovata was 533.90 ± 106.77μ and Forsythia nakaii T. Lee was 482.40 ± 72.33μ. The type of Ray parenchyma was heterogeneous ray I tissue. The mean length of procumbent ray cell in the radial section was 42.14 ± 8.30μ and that of rectangle type in up right ray cell was 45.76 ± 7.19μ and that of square type was 26.66 ± 2.99μ. The mean height of ray parenchyma in the tangential section was 174.80 ± 37.51μ and the width of ray parenchyma was 17.25 ± 3.59u and the mean number of ray parenchyma was 14 ± 3.

탐구기반 기초물리 실험수업 전후 예비물리교사의 과학의 본성에 대한 관점 변화

Science teachers' views about the nature of science (NOS) might affect the teachers' teaching of science, the students' learning of science, and the students' views about the NOS. Experimental physics is one of the important courses in physics education, through which students' views on the NOS might be exposed and affected. Thus, in this study, we investigated the distribution of pre-service physics teachers' views on the NOS before and after an inquiry-based introductory physics experiment course. We also analyzed and will discuss the results, focusing upon the changes and the distributions of the views of pre-service physics teachers because of the course by gender. 과학교사들이 갖는 과학의 본성에 대한 관점은 과학교수학습에 영향을 미치고 이를 통하여 학생들의 과학의 본성에 대한 관점에도 영향을 미친다. 특히 실험교육은 과학의 본성에 대한 관점이 드러나고 또 영향을 주는 중요한 과학수업요소이다. 이에 따라 본 연구에서는 중등학교 물리교사교육 개선을 위해 제안된 탐구기반 기초물리 실험수업을 실시하고 이 수업 전후에 예비물리교사들이 갖고 있는 과학의 본성에 대한 관점이 어떻게 분포하는가를 조사하였다. 이를 통하여 수업 전후에 예비물리교사들의 과학의 본성에 대한 관점이 어떻게 변했고 그 분포가 남녀별로 어떻게 다른지 분석하고 그 의의를 논하였다.

호텔 구성원 간의 언어폭력이 직무스트레스, 직무소진 및 직무성과에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to examine of the effects of verbal violence among hotel employees’ on-the-job stress, job burnout and job performance. And this study suggests the direction of strategic human resources management. The questionnaire survey was used as the method and the SPSS 21.0 program was used as the statistical analysis method. Data were analyzed by frequency and exploratory factor analysis, and multiple linear regression analysis was conducted to test hypotheses. The main implication of this study is that the effective factors of verbal violence among hotel employees’ are derived. In addition, it is significant that the detailed sub-factors, such as self-concept impairment, role ambiguity, and reduced personal accomplishment, which negatively affect job performance in relation to verbal violence, are statistically examined. In addition, it is necessary to prepare countermeasures against negative factors affecting job performance due to verbal violence among hotel employees’ through the empirical results derived from this study.

A Doll’s House, Part 2에 나타난 가부장제 속 저항과 공명

The expectation that a woman will prioritize caring for her family above all else, sometimes at the expense of her self-identity, was common in Norwegian playwright Henrik Ibsen’s time, and still exists today. Ibsen addressed this one-sided reality in A Doll’s House through Nora Helmer, who slammed the door behind her as she chose liberation in 1879. American playwright Lucas Hnath recreates this issue with a contemporary viewpoint by taking Nora back through the door 15 years after her departure. In Joining the Resistance, American feminist and psychologist Carol Gilligan argues that it is necessary to reconsider care as a human ethic within a democratic system rather than a feminist ethic within a patriarchal scope. With the aid of Gilligan’s feministic approach, this article examines Hnath’s A Doll’s House, Part 2, the 2017 Broadway sequel to Ibsen’s play. Hnath focuses on the dialogic confrontation between Nora, who rebels against the patriarchal system, and the others (including Torvald, Anne Marie, and Emmy) who conform to it. Paralleling their different voices on the issues of marriage, divorce, and child-rearing, this article traces each character’s dialogic transition from silence to resistance, regardless of his/her stance on patriarchy or feminism. I examine the potential of resonance among them based on humanistic sympathy, and define the meaning of another open ending, which presents neither a clear winner nor loser. By doing so, I argue that Hnath’s extension of Nora’s issue to the other characters allows the play to be reflective of contemporary America, where gender equality is vital to the democratic spirit of individual freedom and human rights.

요인 실험계획법을 이용한 진공유리 지지대 배치용 스크린 인쇄 주요공정변수 설정

The screen printing is a process that is widely used in manufacturing process of various fields such as flexible devices, portable multimedia devices, OLED, and the solar cell. The screen printing method has been studied as a method for forming the high precision micro-pattern, making the low-cost manufacturing process and reducing cost through improvement of productivity. It is applicable to deposit and forming the pillars which are one of the core element for comprising vacuum glazing. In this paper, by using the paste of the glass frit base, the screen printing was performed. We analyzed the effect for the printing process to deposit pillar paste on the screen printing parameters by the factorial experimental design. The polynomial predicting the volume of the printed supporting pillars was drawn by using screen printing.

페트로넷(Petronet) 석유정보의 경제적 파급효과

본 연구는 공공기관인 한국석유공사가 페트로넷을 통해 공급하는 석유정보의 경제적 파급효과를 공급유도형 산업연관모형을 활용하여 추정하였다. 석유정보는 공공정보의 하나로서, 공공부문의 정책적 의사결정지원이라는 본연의 기능 및 역할을 하고 있다. 공공부문 이외에도, 직접적으로 도소매업(주유소 등), 운수업, 전문, 과학 및 기술서비스, 교육, 금융, 신문 등에서 활용되고 있으며, 간접적으로는 건설업, 전기 및 전자기기, 운송장비 제조업 등에 주로 파급되어 생산 활동에 기여하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 페트로넷을 통해 1백만원 상당한 새로운 석유정보가 생산, 배포될 경우, 국민경제 전반적으로는 약 1.73백만원 정도의 생산 활동을지지해 주어, 전체적으로 약 209.8백만원 상당의 경제적 편익을 발생시키는 것으로 추정되었다. 이러한 결과는현재 한국석유공사가 운영하고 있는 석유정보의 생산 및 유통관련 사업이 국가 경제적 차원에서도 중요함을보여주는 것이라 할 수 있다. By using the supply-driven Input-Output model, this study aims to examine the economic impacts of the oil information provided via the Petronet, which is a internet based multimedia intelligence network constructing the database of information related to petroleum and servicing them to users. The oil information, as a kind of Public Sector Information serving mainly and originally public administration and defense sector, didn’t turn only out to be provided for some service sectors such as wholesale & retail trade, transportation, research & development, education, finance & insurance and newspapers directly, but to be also conducive to the production activities in construction sector as well as a few manufacturing sectors including electronic & electrical equipment and transportation equipment indirectly. The total economic benefit of the oil information providing service was also estimated to be about 209.8 million won, which was 1.73 times more than the value of information provided via the Petronet.
