        고무배합공정에서의 자동 계량제어시스템 모델 연구

        In this paper, it is suggested that the specific model can actually promote and develop the efficient measurement control system. The model applies the automatic measurement of chemicals weight by integrated scale, the automatic transfer of chemicals vessels by PLC(Programmable Logic Controller), and the real time processing of work performance by POP(Point Of Production) terminal in the manufacturing works. As a result of the test between the POP terminal and the PLC, it is noted that the effects of proposed model are as follows; (a) While it took 1 hour per batch in average for well-trained worker to measure chemicals, it took 10 minutes per batch in average for PLC. (b) While the error rate by well-trained worker was 20% in average, the error rate by PLC was less than 1% in average.         This study suggests a model of production information system that can reduce manufacturing lead time and uniformize quality by using DNC S/W as a part of constructing production information management system in the industrial field of the existing marine engine block manufacturing companies. Under the effect of development of this system, the NC machine interface device can be installed in the control computer to obtain the quality information of the workpiece in real time so that the time to inspect the process quality and verify the product defect information can be reduced by more than 70%. In addition, the reliability of quality information has been improved and the external credibility has been improved. It took 30 minutes for operator to obtain, analyze and manage the quality information when the existing USB memory is used, but the communication between the NC controller computer and the NC controller in real time was completed to analyze the workpiece within 10 seconds.

        정비작업의 생산성 향상을 위한 전자문서자동화시스템 모형 - 건설장비 정비작업을 중심으로 -

        This paper suggests a specific model that could efficiently improve the interaction and the interface between MES(Manufacturing Execution System) server and POP(Point of Production) terminal through electronic document server and electronic pen, bluetooth receiver and form paper in disassembly and process inspection works. The proposed model shows that the new method by electronic document automation system can more efficiently perform to reduce processing time for maintenance work, compared with the current approach by handwritten processing system. It is noted in case of the method by electronic document automation system that the effects of proposed model are as follows; (a) While the processing time per equipment for maintenance by the current method was 300 minutes, the processing time by the new method was 50 minutes. (b) While the processing error ratio by the current method was 20%, the error ratio by the new method was 1%.

        자동차 변속기 부품 이동의 효율적 관리를 위한 출하관리 시스템 모형 -자동차 부품 제조업을 중심으로-

        This paper suggests a specific model that could efficiently improve the interaction and the interface between MES(Manufacturing Execution System) server and PDA terminal through RFID(Radio Frequency Identification) system and bar-code system in automative transmission shipment place of the finished assembly parts. The proposed model shows that the new method by RF-Tag system can more efficiently perform to reduce processing time and loading time for shipment, compared with the current approach by bar-code system. It is noted in case of the method by RF-Tag that the effects of proposed model are as follows; (a) While the shipping lead time per truck for carrying by the current method was 35 minutes, the shipping lead time by the new method was 15 minutes. (b) While the accuracy for carrying by the current method was 50%, the accuracy by the new method was 99%.

        글로벌 시대에 병원행정 관리자가 갖추어야 할 역량

        Main purpose of this study is to provide some basic data necessary to research, education, and policy to cultivate professional talents, by investigating what competencies needed to hospital administrative staffs and managers in performing their jobs in the global age. A survey was conducted through self-administered questionnaires for hospital administrative staffs and managers including first-line hands-on workers who were working in 77 hospitals located in Busan, Keongnam, Ulsan areas in South Korea. Major results are as follows: (a) The analysis for the competencies needed to hospital administrative staffs and managers in order to perform successfully their jobs revealed that interpersonal competency, knowledge of management skills in healthcare field, understanding ability for healthcare, in that order of importance, had significant influence on performing their jobs. (b) Regarding the analysis for the detailed competencies necessary to hospital administrative staffs and managers in order to perform successfully their jobs revealed that problem-solving ability, sense of responsibility, positive attitude, leadership, in that order of importance, had significant influence on performing them. This study suggests that universities opened courses related to health care management should newly open a subject 'problem-solving ability in health care' to link with health care field and their curriculums are necessary to change over to practice-oriented curriculum system.

        A Comparative Analysis of Undergraduate and Postgraduate Training in Health Care Management

        This study is to prepare curriculum in South Korea to train outstanding individual in the fields of Health Care Management for the global age, hospitals’ administration managers, professors and students were targeted to carry out the survey and the collected questionnaires were processed with SPSS Ver. 21.0 statistic package, based on this the suitability of the current Health Care Management curriculum and postgraduate curriculum was inspected and improvement plan was deducted, and also through comparative analysis of the Health Care Management curriculum for undergraduate and postgraduate in the United Kingdom and United States, optimum improvement suggestions were made. Based on the research result, the priority to improve and consolidate from undergraduate curriculum was the strengthening of the working-level education, the most needed ability in the future is global negotiation and dispute/ conflict adjustment which needs supplementation. Also, after analyzing the undergraduate curriculum of the United States and United Kingdom, it is needed that the development of the capacity to lead organizations for healthcare and subjects for the establishment of health policy should be reflected.

        자동차 안전벨트 부품 제조공정에서의 효율적 공정품질정보 분석 모형

        Through process quality information, the time required for process quality analysis has been drastically shortened, the process defect rate has been reduced, and the manufacturing lead time has been shortened and the on-time delivery rate has been improved. Therefore, The purpose of this study is to develop a quality information analysis system model that effectively shortens the time required for process quality analysis in automobile safety belt parts manufacturing process. As a result of experiments on communication operation between manufacturing execution system (MES) quality server, injection machine control computer, injection machine programmable logic controller (PLC) and terminal, in analyzing quality information, the conventional handwriting input method took an average of 20 minutes, but the new multi-network method took about 2 minutes on average. In addition, the process defect rate was reduced by 13% and the manufacturing lead time was shortened from 28 hours to 20 hours. The delivery compliance rate improved from 96 to 99%.

        코팅설비의 자동화를 통한 효율적 코팅오류 예방시스템 모형 개발

The proposed model shows that the PLC may automatically control the accurate mixing rate of coating materials in coating processes of rubber products and may avoid the lower quality and the change of material properties which could be caused from wrong mixing rates of materials. As a result of the certain test between the POP Server and the PLC, it is noted in case of the automation by PLC that the effects of proposed model are as follows; (a) the reduced ratio in processing time per batch was 81.3%, compared with the current method and (b) the reduced ratio in replacement time of nozzle per day was 80%, compared with the current method. This paper suggests that a specific model could actually promote and develop an efficient control and monitoring system.
