        태권도 수련에 따른 청소년기 남성의 혈관 탄성, 산화적 스트레스 및 항산화 능력에 대한 비교

        The purpose of this study was to identify the comparison of the vascular compliance, oxidant stress and antioxidant capacity in adolescent male by taekwondo practice. Participants were divided into 3 groups, for example taekwondo elite player group(N=7), taekwondo practice group(N=7) and control group(N=7). The comparison analysis was conducted to examine the vascular compliance, oxidant stress and antioxidant capacity. The results of the study can be summarized as follow: first, vascular compliance showed that left and right lower body increased from taekwondo elite player and practice group(p<.05, p<.01). However, the vascular compliance of right and left upper body was not significant among groups(p>.05). Second, oxidant stress and antioxidant capacity showed that oxidant stress decreased from taekwondo elite player and practice group(p<.05) and that antioxidant capacity increased from taekwondo elite player group(p<.05). In conclusions, this study suggests that taekwondo practice can improve vascular compliance and antioxidant capacity, decrease oxidant stress in adolescent male.

      • 가상전장 환경구현을 위한 CGF(Computer Generated Force)관련 기술의 현황

        본 논문에서는 국방M&S(Modeling&Simulation) 분야에서 사실적인 가상전장 환경구현을 위해 주목하고 있는 CGF(Computer Generated Force)에 대한 연구를 조사하였다. 일반적인 국방M&S의 구조에 대해 설명하였고, 시뮬레이션에서 CGF를 구현하기 위한 연구들을 조사하여 사용된 목적에 따라 분류하였다. CGF 기술에 대한 연구는 변화하는 전장 환경의 적응과 전투무기의 첨단화, 전투체계 발전을 위해 국방M&S 분야에서 지속적으로 진행하고 있다. 연구된 CGF 기술들은 사실적이고 현실적인 가상전장 환경구현을 위해 사용되어진다. 가상 전장 환경은 군사훈련, 무기개발, 소·대규모 교전,전술실험 등의 다양한 목적을 갖는 시뮬레이션을 위해 필요하다. CGF 기술발전을 통한 사실적인 가상전장 환경은 국방 시뮬레이션 및 워게임 등에 다양하게 적용될 수 있다.

        항진균제를 첨가한 수종의 점막 조정제가 Candida albicans 성장 억제에 미치는 효과

        Tissue conditioners have been used for treatment of denture stomatitis caused by wearing of dentures. Early studies pointed out Candide albicans (C. albicans) as main etiologic factor, and antifugal agents were added for control of the species. But there is a little information about broad comparison on the effect of tissue conditioners and antifungal agents added. The purpose of the present study was to compare the inhibiting effect of four tissue conditioners and one temporary soft liner on the growth of C. albicans for treatment of denture stomatitis using gel diffusion method by measuring diameter of the zone of growth inhibition. Three antifungal agents were added to each material for evaluation of the effect of added agents. Finally, observation was made to evaluate the effect of the loss of antifungal elements by aging of the specimen. The results of this study were obtained as follows : 1. Tempo had remarkable antifungal effect showing the zone of growth inhibition as 2.35 mm at 1st day, and was most effective on End: 4th and 7th day from incubation (p<0.05). But Coecomfort, Dura conditioner, Visco-gel, Coe-soft had little antifungal effect from the 1st day of incubation. 2. Nystatin was most effective showing 9.60-12.04 mm of zone of inhibition at the 1st day from incubation. The antifungal properties were reduced to amphotericin B, chlorhexidine and materials without agent (p<0.05), and the effect was diminished by time. 3. As pretreatment with amphotericin B, nystatin, chlorhexidine, Tempo was very effective at the 1st day from incubation showing zone of inhibition as 3.65, 12.04, 4.78 mm with addition of each agent. Dura conditioner had strongest antifungal effect at the next day as 2.86, 5.33, 1.29 mm of zone of inhibition, and yielding results of Coe-comfort, Tempo, Coe-soft was shown at 4th and 7th day from incubation (p<0.05). Taken all together, tissue conditioners have little antifungal effect except Tempo. Formation of the zone of growth inhibition was due to agents amphotericin B, nystatin, chlorhexidine and nystatin was most effective. Conclusively, it is advisable to select material which is effective on the growth of C. albican and consider addition of antifungal agents for treatment of denture stomatitis.

        육각형 대칭 패턴 프랙탈 모노폴 안테나에 대한 연구

        This study is about an antenna implemented in the form of a monopole having a hexagonal symmetric pattern by simplifying the modified Hilbert curve fractal monopole structure. The modified Hilbert curve fractal monopole structure was simplified and miniaturized, and the radiator was implemented in a hexagonal symmetrical pattern to improve performance. The dielectric constant of substrate is 4.7, and the total line length with a meander-shaped symmetrical structure is 59 mm. The size of the antenna is 10 mm × 10 mm × 0.8 mm, and the line width is 0.4 mm. The size of the antenna measuring jig is 64 mm × 21 mm × 1 mm. The resonant frequency is 1.57 GHz, and the frequency range is 1.51 to 1.615 GHz. The frequency bandwidth is 105 MHz. As for the antenna gain, the measurement gain of the YZ-plane was 2.32 dBi, and that of the XZ-plane was –1.03 dBi. As a result, we confirmed that antenna miniaturization is possible using a hexagonal symmetric pattern fractal structure. In addition, we confirmed that the antenna performance can be easily improved by changing the structure of the radiator. 본 연구는 변형된 힐버트 커브 프랙탈 모노폴 구조를 단순화하여 육각형 대칭 패턴을 가지면서 모노폴 형태로구현한 안테나에 대한 것이다. 힐버트 커브 프랙탈 모노폴 구조를 단순화하여 소형화했을 뿐 아니라 성능 개선을 모색하기 위해 복사기 구조를 육각형 대칭 패턴으로 구현했다. 기판 유전체의 비유전율은 4.7이며, 미앤더 형태로 대칭 구조를갖는 총 선로길이는 59 mm이다. 안테나의 크기는 10 mm × 10 mm × 0.8 mm이고, 선폭은 0.4 mm이다. 안테나측정 지그의 크기는 64 mm × 21 mm × 1 mm이다. 공진주파수는 1.57 GHz 이고, 주파수 범위는 1.51 ~ 1.615 GHz이다. 주파수대역폭은 105 MHz이다. 안테나 이득은 YZ-plane의 측정이득은 2.32 dBi 이고, XZ-plane의 경우–1.03 dBi를 얻었다. 결과적으로 육각형 대칭 패턴 프랙탈 구조를 이용하여 안테나 소형화를 이루었으며, 복사기 구조변화로 안테나 성능 개선이 용이함을 확인했다.

        스케일링 기법을 이용한 포물선 엣지 형태의 평면형 모노폴 안테나의 소형화

        본 논문에서는 포물선 엣지 형태의 평면 모노폴 안테나의 스케일링 기법을 통한 소형화를 제안하였다. 매칭 스텝과 불연속 CPW 구조를 사용해서 효과적인 임피던스 매칭을 시도하였다. 안테나 제작 시 유전상수가 4.4인 FR4 유전체 기판을 사용하였다. 기판의 규격은 26mm×31mm×1.6mm이다. 불연속 CPW로 급전한 안테나의 실제 측정 결과 2.37∼10.52GHz (8.15GHz)로 10dB 이상의 반사손실 값을 얻었다. 복사패턴은 모든 주파수에서 다이폴 안테나의 복사 패턴과 비슷한 결과를 보였다. 더불어 급전부를 제외한 안테나 구성 요소를 동일한 비율로 축소하여 안테나의 크기를 줄이고 광대역 특성은 유지되도록 했다. 이를 통해 안테나의 self-complementary 특성을 확인하였다. 스케일링을 통해 소형화한 안테나 중에 UWB 대역을 만족하면서 가장 작은 크기를 갖는 경우는 스케일이 0.6이었을 때이다. 이 때 안 테나의 크기는 15.6mm×18.6mm이다. 측정된 10dB 대역은 3.07∼12.59GHz (9.52GHz)이다. In this paper, minimizing of a parabolic edge planar monopole antenna by scaling method is presented. With the aid of a matching step and discontinuous CPW, the antenna easily adjusts the impedance matching. We used an FR4 dielectric substrate with a dielectric constant of 4.4. The dimensions of the antenna are 26mm×31mm×1.6mm. A return loss value of more than 10dB was found in the 2.37GHz to 10.52GHz (8.15GHz) range of the antenna fed by the discontinuous CPW. The radiation pattern is about the same as that of the dipole antenna at all frequencies. Configuration elements of the antenna except feed part were reduced into the same rate. So, the size of the antenna was decreased and a broadband property was maintained. Therefore, the self-complementary characteristic of the antenna was confirmed. While satisfying the UWB band, having the smallest size in the antenna miniaturized by scaling, when scale was 0.6. The dimensions of the antenna are 15.6mm×18.6mm×1.6mm. The return loss was more than 10 dB of the measured result in the range of 3.07GHz to 12.59GHz (9.52GHz).

        자율제어시스템의 효과적인 시뮬레이션 모델링 형식론

        Purpose: The purpose of this study is to develop an effective simulation modeling formalism for autonomous control systems, such as unmanned aerial vehicles and unmanned surface vehicles. The proposed simulation modeling formalism can be used to evaluate the quality and effectiveness of autonomous control systems. Methods: The proposed simulation modeling formalism is developed by extending the classic DEVS (Discrete Event Systems Specifications) formalism. The main advantages of the classic DEVS formalism includes its rigorous formal definition as well as its support for the specification of discrete event models in a hierarchical and modular manner. Results: Although the classic DEVS formalism has been a popular modeling tool, it has limitations in describing an autonomous control system which needs to make decisions by its own. As a result, we proposed an extended DEVS formalism which enables the effective description of internal decisions according to its conditional variables. Conclusion: The extended DEVS formalism overcomes the limitations of the classic DEVS formalism, and it can be used for the effectiveness simulation of autonomous weapon systems.
