        本文对KRT高阶动态双向教学模式及其在《卫生法学》中的应用进行了探讨、总结和归纳。研究表明,这种集高阶教学、动态教学和双向教学于一体的新型教学模式在培养学生高阶思维能力、促进自主学习、更新教学内容和提高学习兴趣等方面显示出显著的优势。然而,也存在一些需要改进的地方,如优化线上教学平台和工具的操作界面、平衡教学内容的深度和广度以满足不同专业学生的需求等。进一步优化和完善KRT教学模式对于培养学生在卫生法学领域的高阶思维能力和实践能力具有重要的意义和价值。 This article explores, summarizes and inducts the KRT advanced dynamic bidirectional teaching mode and its application in “Health Law”. The research shows that this new teaching mode, which integrates advanced teaching, dynamic teaching and bidirectional teaching, has significant advantages in cultivating students' advanced thinking ability, promoting self-directed learning, updating teaching content and improving learning interest. However, there are also some areas that need improvement, such as optimizing the operation interface of online teaching platforms and tools, balancing the depth and breadth of teaching content to meet the needs of students in different majors. Further optimizing and perfecting the KRT teaching mode is of great significance and value for cultivating students' advanced thinking ability and practical ability in the field of health law.

        Digital Economy Corporate Innovation and Corporate Finance Capabilities

        The digital economy is a new driving force for China's high-quality economic development. Fully releasing the digital economy dividend to promote the innovation and development of the real economy is an important channel to realize the high-quality development of China's economy. This paper empirically analyzes the impact of digital economy development on enterprise equity financing and equity financing and its intrinsic mechanism of action based on the use of principal component analysis to construct an indicator system for the level of digital economy development at the provincial level in China, using sample data of A-share listed companies from 2013 to 2021. The research results show that: firstly, digital economy development can significantly enhance the equity financing and debt financing ability of enterprises, and the promotion effect on debt financing is more significant. Secondly, in terms of the influence mechanism, digital economy development can enhance corporate financing by improving the level of corporate innovation, which in turn affects the comprehensive strength and internal resources of enterprises. In the context of the rapid development of the digital economy, the combination of the digital economy and the real economy should be actively promoted, the innovation dividend of the digital economy should be fully released, and the role of the digital economy in promoting the level of corporate financing should be brought into play to promote high-quality economic development.

        Correcting the Elastic-modulus Error of Quartz Glass Using Digital Speckle-pattern Interferometry

        Three-point bending is the main method for measuring the elastic modulus of a thin plate. Although various displacement transducers may be used to measure the bending, these are single-point measurements, and it is difficult to eliminate the error caused by eccentric load and shear force. Error-correction models for the elastic modulus of quartz glass using digital speckle interferometry are proposed for eccentric load and shear force. First, the positional misalignment between maximum deflection and load is analyzed, and the error caused by eccentric load is corrected. Then, the additional displacement caused by shear force at different positions of the quartz glass plate is explored. The effect of shear deformation is also corrected, by measuring two points. Since digital speckle interferometry has the advantage of full-field measurement, it can simultaneously obtain deflection data for multiple points to realize error correction. Experimental results are presented to demonstrate that the proposed model can effectively correct the measurement error of the elastic modulus.

        EFFECT OF INTAKE PARAMETERS COUPLED WITH PILOT DIESEL INJECTION TIMING ON COMBUSTION AND EMISSIONS OF NATURAL GAS ENGINES

        The collaborative control of intake parameters coupled with pilot injection timing (PIT) can extend the working load range of pilot diesel injection (PDI) ignition natural gas engines with high efficiency and clean combustion. The author conducted the test under heavy load conditions where the engine speed was 1000 r/min and the indicated mean effective pressure was 1.7 MPa. Based on the experimental results of combustion and emission characteristics, the simulation results of the generation and consumption process of active groups as well as the chemical reaction kinetics analysis, the results indicate that increasing the intake pressure (pin) can improve the overall activity of the mixture in the cylinder, resulting in higher ITEg and lower emissions; the application of exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) can inhibit the oxidation reaction of fuel and knock occurrence. High pin, suitable EGR rate, and advanced PIT can achieve high thermal efficiency and low total hydrocarbon and carbon monoxide emissions. For example, when pin was 0.34 MPa, the EGR rate was 40%, the PIT was –4°CA ATDC, and the ITEg can reach 50.46%. Simultaneously, the total hydrocarbon emission was 3.99 g/kWh, the carbon monoxide emission was 2.75 g/kWh, and the nitrogen oxides emission was 0.42 g/kWh.

        Crystal growth of small-molecule organic semiconductors with nucleation additive

        In this study, we employ a nucleation additive 4-octylbenzoic acid (OBA) with an optimized solvent evaporation method to regulate crystal orientation and grain width of small-molecule organic semiconductors. When 6,13-bis (triisopropylsilylethynyl) pentacene (TIPS pentacene) was utilized as a benchmark material to mix with the additive, a self-assembled OBA interfacial layer was formed and promoted uniform deposition of nucleation seeds. As a result, the TIPS pentacene/OBA blend crystalline film exhibited crystal alignment in long range order, attributing to a 11-fold reduction of the crystal misorientation angle and a 4-fold increase of the grain width. We further discussed the important correlation between the effective hole mobility, grain boundaries, grain width and length, and nucleation sites. Organic thin film transistors were fabricated to test charge transport, yielding a hole mobility of up to 0.17 cm2/V. This work provides a new pathway to modulate the nucleation and crystallization events of organic semiconductors, and can potentially be applied to optimize the thin film morphology and electrical performance of organic semiconducting materials in general.

        Willingness to Continue Using Knowledge Payment Products Based on Information Adoption Model: The Intermediary Role of Customer Engagement

        Knowledge payment is an important form of sharing economy. Research on the continuous use willingness of knowledge payment consumers will help to realize the sustainable development of the knowledge payment industry. Based on the information adoption model and the customer engagement theory, the function model of consumers' willingness to continue using knowledge payment is constructed. Data are collected through the questionnaire star platform, and the model and hypothesis are tested by SPSS23.0 and AMOS24.0. The results show that information quality and credibility of information sources have significant positive effects on customer psychological engagement and behavioral engagement; Customer engagement has a significant positive impact on the willingness to continue using knowledge payment; Customer engagement plays an intermediary role between the quality of information and the credibility of information sources and the willingness to pay for continuous use of knowledge. This study emphasizes the importance of information quality, credibility of information sources and customer engagement in influencing consumers' willingness to continue using knowledge payment products, and provides some reference for the knowledge payment platform to develop effective online marketing strategies.

        Inter-hemispheric Functional Connections Are More Vulnerable to Attack Than Structural Connection in Patients With Irritable Bowel Syndrome

        Background/Aims Irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) is a prevalent functional gastrointestinal disease characterized by recurrent abdominal pain and bowel dysfunction. However, the majority of previous neuroimaging studies focus on brain structure and connections but seldom on the inter-hemispheric connectivity or structural asymmetry. This study uses multi-modal imaging to investigate the abnormal changes across the 2 cerebral hemispheres in patients with IBS. Methods Structural MRI, resting-state functional MRI, and diffusion tensor imaging were acquired from 34 patients with IBS and 33 healthy controls. The voxel-mirrored homotopic connectivity, fractional anisotropy, fiber length, fiber number, and asymmetry index were calculated and assessed for group differences. In addition, we assessed their relevance for the severity of IBS. Results Compared with healthy controls, the inter-hemispheric functional connectivity of patients with IBS showed higher levels in bilateral superior occipital gyrus, middle occipital gyrus, precuneus, posterior cingulate gyrus, and angular gyrus, but lower in supplementary motor area. The statistical results showed no significant difference in inter-hemispheric anatomical connections and structural asymmetry, however negative correlations between inter-hemispheric connectivity and the severity of IBS were found in some regions with significant difference. Conclusions The functional connections between cerebral hemispheres were more susceptible to IBS than anatomical connections, and brain structure is relatively stable. Besides, the brain areas affected by IBS were concentrated in default mode network and sensorimotor network. (J Neurogastroenterol Motil 2021;27:426-435)

      • A Robust Approach for Overlay Text Localization and Extraction in Complex Video Scene

        Overlay text in video carries important semantic clues for video information retrieval and summarization. In this paper, we propose a robust method that is able to accurately locate text lines and extract text even in complex video scene. In the text localization stage, this paper adopts the method based on corner point. First, corner detection is used to extract corners as text features from video frames. Then multi-layer filtering mechanism (MLFM) is used to locate the text lines, which consists of corners clustering, corners horizontal projection, background filtering and heuristic rules. This MLFM can effectively remove the isolated corners, locate the text lines accurately and remove the background or pseudo text lines automatically. In the text extraction stage, this paper proposed a twice binarization method that combines with polarity judgment on image. The polarity judgment was used as a guide to adjust the first binarization threshold when we perform the first binarization. After the first binarization, a main proportion of the image has been processed, and the rest will be processed by the second binarization. Experimental results show that this approach can fast and robustly locate text lines and extract text in video even under complex background.

        Influence of Inorganic Ions and pH on the Photodegradation of 1-Methylimidazole-2- thiol with TiO2 Photocatalyst Based on Magnetic Multi-walled Carbon Nanotubes

        1-Methylimidazole-2-thiol, as a kind of mercaptans, is a typical organic pollutant which has not been efficiently removed. In this study, titanium dioxide (TiO 2 ) photocatalyst based on magnetic multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) was synthesized via hydrothermal and sol-gel methods. The as-prepared photocatalyst was extensively characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), X-ray energy diffraction spectrum (EDS), transmission electron microscope (TEM), Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR) spectra, UV-Vis diffuse reflectance spectra (UV-vis DRS) and vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM). This photocatalyst of TiO 2 /Fe 3 O 4 /MWCNTs was proved to exhibit high photocatalytic efficiency and the photodegradation rate could reach nearly 82.7% for the degradation of 1-methylimidazole-2-thiol under ultraviolet irradiation. In addition, the results demonstrated that inorganic ions had a negative impact on photodegradation of 1-methylimidazole-2-thiol to varying degrees. Moreover, pH had a great and complex effect on photocatalytic degradation of 1-methylimidazole-2-thiol under ultraviolet irradiation.
