      • Clinical Observation of Three Dimensional Conformal Radiotherapy with Tamoxifen in Treatment of Postoperative Malignant Glioma

        Objective: To evaluate the efficacy and adverse effects of three dimensional conformal radiotherapy (3D-CRT) with tamoxifen in treating patients with postoperative malignant glioma. Patients and Methods: 60 patients of postoperative malignant glioma were randomly assigned into two groups, 30 patients were treated with 3D-CRT plus tamoxifen (treatment group), and the other 30 patients with 3D-CRT plus temozolomide (control group). All patients were radiated by 6MV X-ray, 2.0Gy per fraction, once daily, with a total dose (DT) of 56~60Gy. Tamoxifen was delivered at $60mg/m^2/d$, temozolomide was given at $75mg/m^2/d$. All patients were treated with concurrent radiotherapy. Results: One, 2, 3 year survival rates of treatment and control group were 63.3%, 30.0%, 23.0% and 70.0%, 33.3%, 26.7%, respectively (${\chi}^2=0.01$, 0.23, 0.09, P>0.05). The rate of thromboembolism in treatment group was 6.7%. Conclusion: Therapeutic efficacy of two groups was similar, but it was more cost-effective in treatment group, and toxicity did not increase.

        자크 라캉의 거울 단계와 폭력에 관한 분석: 영화 <범죄 도시 2>를 중심으로

        Jacques Lacan's theory of the Mirror Stage, proposed in 1936, addresses the relationship between moi identification and recognition and has far-reaching implications for understanding the reality depicted in the film. It also provides a valuable perspective on the connection between the individual and their conception of the world, uncovering human’s fantasme around moi. Lacan posits that moi is a result of identification Identifizierung based on narcissisme Narzissmus, and that the aggressive self generated by this identification pattern creates tension between the two, resulting in human obsessions and serving as the source of social conflict in humanity. Through the use of compelling violence in characters and scenes in the film "The Roundup(2022)," this paper explores the significance of the Mirror Stage in examining, comprehending, and addressing violence. 자크 라캉(Jacques Lacan)의 거울 단계(mirror stage) 이론은 주체의 무의식 형성과 이미지가 주체에게 작용하는 과정을 해석할 수 있는 주요한 개념이다. 또한, 주체와 세계에 대한 상상과 이미지에 대한 큰 시사점을 제공했으며, 주체의 환상성(fantasme)을 설명하는데 크게 기여하였다. 라캉에 따르면, 자아는 나르시시즘(narcissisme Narzissmus)의 동일시(identification Identifizierung)에서 비롯된 것이며, 나르시시즘의 동일시에서 자아의 공격성(aggressivité)이 형성된다고 하였다. 즉 나르시시즘과 공격성은 주체를 형성하고, 나아가 주체들간의 충돌과 갈등을 야기하는 원인이 된다. 본 논문에서는 라캉의 거울 단계에 대한 개념을 바탕으로 주체의 폭력성을 해석하고, 나아가 <범죄 도시 2>의 사례를 통해 폭력을 통한 주체성에 대해 연구하고자 하였다.

      • User Experience Research of AR Navigation in Walking Mode: A case of Baidu map APP

        Objective: The aim of this study is to investigate how people are affected by Navigation map app when they are in real walking environment, and analyze the user experience (UX) differences in different type walk navigation, then summarize the limitations details of AR live navigation in Baidu map app. Finally, find out the methods to improve the user experience of AR live navigation map. Background: Navigation map app has a wide range of users, walking mode is one of the major strong points of this field especially in the era of daily travel. As a case study, we analyze the impact of different walk navigation modes on user experience, mainly focus on Baidu AR live navigation. Method: This paper takes the user"s outdoor walk navigation map as the starting point for short-distance navigation. Using user experiments, assign the task requirements for the research and walk navigation, and record the user"s perception of navigation process and navigation interactive experience for data analysis. Results: Based on the findings of user experience, AR live navigation has provided effective walk navigation solutions for a variety of immersive experiences through groundbreaking technological innovations. Moving from manual to automated, from static content to real-time information, from fingertip to voice, changes the way users interact with maps. Conclusion: Creating an extreme user experience of AR live navigation with differentiated functions and emotional services is worthy of attention in the future.

        Investigation of the Clinical Potential of Polarization-Sensitive Optical Coherence Tomography in a Laryngeal Tumor Model

        BACKGROUND: The vocal cord tissue consists of three anatomical layers from the surface to deep inside: the epithelium that contains almost no collagen, the lamina propria that is composed of abundant collagen, and the vocalis muscle layer. It is clinically important to visualize the tissue microstructure using a non-invasive method, especially in the case of vocal cord nodules or cancer, since histological changes in each layer of the vocal cord cause changes in the voice. Polarization-sensitive optical coherence tomography (PS-OCT) enables phase retardation measurement to evaluate birefringence of tissue with varied organization of collagen fibers in different tissue layers. Therefore, PS-OCT can visualize structural changes between normal and abnormal vocal cord tissue. METHOD: A rabbit laryngeal tumor model with different stages of tumor progression was investigated ex-vivo by PS-OCT. A phase retardation slope-based analysis, which quantifies the birefringence in different layers, was conducted to distinguish the epithelium, lamina propria, and muscle layers. RESULTS: The PS-OCT images showed a gradual decrease in birefringence from normal tissue to advanced tumor tissue. The quantitative analysis provided a more detailed comparison among different stages of the rabbit laryngeal tumor model, which was validated by the corresponding histological findings. CONCLUSION: Differences in tissue birefringence was evaluated by PS-OCT phase retardation measurement. It is also possible to indirectly infer the dysplastic changes based on the mucosal and submucosal alterations.         Effects of Bacterial Cellulose Whisker Melting Composite on Crystallization and Mechanical Properties of PHBV Composites

        Acetylation of bacterial cellulose whisker (BCW) with acetic anhydride can effectively improve the thermal stability of BCW and the dispersion of interface compatibility with PHBV. The influence of the modified cellulose whiskers on the crystallization and mechanical properties of the PHBV matrix was studied using differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), polarization optical microscopy (POM), and XRD. The results show that ABCW has heterogeneous nucleation and hindrance effect on the PHBV matrix simultaneously. With the increase of ABCW content, PHBV gradually decreases from large spherulite and then increases, and the crystallinity decreases. When the content of ABCs is 1.2%, ABCW has the best strengthening effect on PHBV, and the bending strength and bending modulus are 44.7% and 34.5% higher than PHBV.

        A Longitunal Study on Young Children's Development of the Representation of Written Number Symbols

        Young children’s representation of written number symbols was examined at 4 time points during two years (mean age=55, 64, 70 & 76 months). Measurements were Number Symbol Representation Task; Cardinal Concept Task; Written Addition and Subtraction Task and Written Arithmetic Formula Representation Task. The results indicated children’s rapid development in the ability to represent written number symbols. Scores on Written Number Symbolic Tasks, Cardinal Concept and Written Addition and Subtraction Task were significantly correlated. Performance of children in university affiliated childcare center surpassed that of the center serving working families at Time 1, but the advantage of the center faded at Time 3 and Time 4. A multiple regression analysis identified 2 significant predictors for children’s representation of written number symbols at the end of kindergarten: written number symbol representation score at Time 1 and the type of kindergarten.
