        War crime is strictly prohibited by the International society for it‘s implementation of the policy of aggression, departing from laws and customs of war, and against the peace and security of mankind. The history of sanction against war criminals dates to very early times. However, the first sanction with a meaning of trial came out after the World War I. The trials of war criminals in Japan and Germany not only were on the basis of international law, but also supported by people around the world. The trial of war criminals, showed the efforts of people around the world of safeguard world peace and tranquility and promoted the international criminal cooperation in combating and punishing war crimes. But the trial still have some issues which are worthy of further study.

        CrOx–MnOx–TiO2 adsorbent with high resistance to SO2 poisoning for Hg0 removal at low temperature

        Chromium modified MnOx–TiO2 (CMT), MnOx–TiO2 (MT) and CrOx–TiO2 (CT) adsorbents were prepared by a sol–gel method and were investigated for Hg0 removal in the absence and presence of SO2. The fresh and used adsorbents were characterized by N2 physisorption, XRD, FTIR, H2-TPR, XPS and TG. The results showed that the addition of Cr into MT can not only increase the activity of Hg0 removal, but also improve its SO2 resistance performance. The amount of manganese sulfate formed onto spent CMT was much higher than that of chromium sulfate, meaning that sulfate species were formed preferentially on Mn rather than Cr.

        Construction of fat1 Gene Expression Vector and Its Catalysis Efficiency in Bovine Fetal Fibroblast Cells

        The FAT-1 protein is an n-3 fatty acid desaturase, which can recognize a range of 18- and 20-carbon n-6 substrates and transform n-6 polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFAs) into n-3 PUFAs while n-3 PUFAs have beneficial effect on human health. Fat1 gene is the coding sequence from Caenorhabditis elegans which might play an important role on lipometabolism. To reveal the function of fat1 gene in bovine fetal fibroblast cells and gain the best cell nuclear donor for transgenic bovines, the codon of fat1 sequence was optimized based on the codon usage frequency preference of bovine muscle protein, and directionally cloned into the eukaryotic expression vector pEF-GFP. After identifying by restrictive enzyme digests with AatII/XbaI and sequencing, the fusion plasmid pEF-GFP-fat1 was identified successfully. The pEF-GFP-fat1 vector was transfected into bovine fetal fibroblast cells mediated by Lipofectamine2000$^{TM}$. The positive bovine fetal fibroblast cells were selected by G418 and detected by RT-PCR. The results showed that a 1,234 bp transcription was amplified by reverse transcription PCR and the positive transgenic fat1 cell line was successfully established. Then the expression level of fat1 gene in positive cells was detected using quantitative PCR, and the catalysis efficiency was detected by gas chromatography. The results demonstrated that the catalysis efficiency of fat1 was significantly high, which can improve the total PUFAs rich in EPA, DHA and DPA. Construction and expression of pEF-GFP-fat1 vector should be helpful for further understanding the mechanism of regulation of fat1 in vitro. It could also be the first step in the production of fat1 transgenic cattle.

        Differential Expression of miR-34c and Its Predicted Target Genes in Testicular Tissue at Different Development Stages of Swine

        To verified the target genes of miR-34c, bioinformatics software was used to predict the targets of miR-34c. Three possible target genes of miR-34c related to spermatogenesis and male reproductive development: zinc finger protein 148 (ZNF148), kruppel-like factor 4 (KLF4), and platelet-derived growth factor receptor alpha (PDGFRA) were predicted. Then, the expression of miR-34c and its target genes were detected in swine testicular tissue at different developmental stages by quantitative polymerase chain reaction. The results suggested that the expression of PDGFRA has the highest negative correlation with miR-34c. Then immunohistochemical staining was done to observe the morphology of swine testicular tissue at 2-days and 3, 4, 5-months of age, which indicated that PDGFRA was mainly expressed in the support cells near the basement membrane during the early development stages of testicular tissue, but that the expression of PDGFRA was gradually reduced in later stages. Therefore, western blot analyzed that the highest expression of PDGFRA was generated in 2-days old testicular tissues and the expression levels reduced at 3 and 4-months old, which correlated with the results of immunohistochemical staining. In conclusion, PDGFRA is a target gene of miR-34c.

        Crosslinked Proton Exchange Membranes with a Wider Working Temperature Based on Phosphonic Acid Functionalized Siloxane and PPO

        A series of proton exchange membranes were prepared by incorporating phosphonic functionalized siloxane into sulfonic poly(2,6-dimethyl-1,4-phenyleneoxide) (SPPO) and imidazole functionalized poly(2,6-dimethyl-1,4-phenyleneoxide) grafted with siloxane (IPPO-Si). Phosphonic acid functionalized siloxane was synthesized from amino trimethyl phosphonic acid (ATMP) and (3-aminopropyl)triethoxysilane (APTES). FTIR results showed that 1-methylimidazole and APTES were successfully grafted onto polyphenylene oxide, and APTES successfully formed Si-O-Si crosslinked networks through hydrolytic crosslinking. The membranes were thermally stable up to 220 °C and exhibited excellent oxidative stability and mechanical performance. We also measured the proton conductivity of the membranes. The results showed that the proton conductivities of the composite membranes increased with the increasing of SPPO content at different degrees under high (100 °C-160 °C) and low (25 °C-80 °C) temperature conditions. Furthermore, the IPPO-SI-P/SPPO-30 has the best conductivity, reaching to 0.1131 S cm-1 at 80 °C, 100%RH and 0.1049 S cm-1 at 160 °C, 5%RH, respectively. Therefore, this novel membrane acts as a potential candidate for proton exchange membranes with a wider applicable temperature (25 °C-160 °C).

        Key Technologies of Supercapacitor Energy Storage System of IP Transmitter

        A practical application of a supercapacitor energy storage system in a polarization instrument is proposed on the basis of theenergy storage requirements of an induced polarization (IP) transmitter for geophysical exploration. We focused on the energystorage system of a supercapacitor, the topology of the power converter, and the system control strategy as key technologies, andwe performed theoretical research and experimental tests on the system and developed an experimental platform. Theexperiments validated the theoretical research on the key technologies of the supercapacitor energy storage system anddemonstrated the effectiveness of the innovation. Results showed that the storage system is efficient and satisfies the energystorage needs of the IP transmitter.

        Comments on the stability of the synchronous states of three vibrators in a vibrating system with two rigid frames

        This paper focuses on the stability of three homodromy vibrators in a vibrating system with two rigid frames (RFs). The motion differential equations of the system are established. Using the average method yields the average coupling torque balanced equations of three vibrators, and the simplified analytical expressions for synchronization and stability criterions of the system were derived. The coupling dynamic characteristics were numerically analyzed, including frequency-amplitude response, stable phase differences, synchronization and stability ability, and phase relationships. The simulations to verify the validity of theoretical results were carried out. It is shown that the stable states of the system are classified into three types, thereof the stability of phase differences among vibrators is similar in sub-resonant and super-resonant states, which results in no vibration of the system. While in near sub-resonant state the system reflects strong useful positive superposition vibration with energy saving, which is exactly the desire in engineering design.

        CircTRRAP (hsa_circ_0081234) participates in prostate cancer progression and glycolysis by HOXA1 via functioning as a miR‑515‑5p sponge

        Dysregulated circular RNAs (circRNAs) are implicated in prostate cancer (PCa) progression. Hsa_circ_0081234 (circTRRAP) has been revealed as a facilitator in PCa, but the mechanisms associated with circTRRAP in PCa progression are largely unclear. The present study was to explore the regulatory mechanism of circTRRAP-mediated PCa progression. A total of 50 PCa tissues and normal tissues were collected. RNA levels of circTRRAP, microRNA (miR)-515-5p and homeobox A1 (HOXA1) were detected by quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction (qRT-PCR) or western blot. Cell viability, proliferation, migration, and invasion were estimated using 3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyl-tetrazolium bromide, 5-ethynyl-2ʹ-deoxyuridine (EdU) and transwell assays, respectively. Cell glycolysis was assessed by measuring glucose uptake and lactate production. The target interaction between circTRRAP or HOXA1 and miR-515-5p was investigated by the dual-luciferase reporter assay. We observed the overt upregulaiton of circTRRAP in PCa samples and cells. Silencing of circTRRAP lowered tumor growth in vivo and restrained PCa cell viability, proliferation, migration, invasion, and glycolysis in vitro. miR-515-5p was negatively regulated by circTRRAP and its deficiency reversed the inhibiting effects of circTRRAP knockdown on PCa cell malignancy and glycolysis. HOXA1 was confirmed as a miR-515-5p target and miR-515-5p overexpression lessened PCa cell malignancy and glycolysis by decreasing HOXA1 expression. Importantly, circTRRAP mediated HOXA1 expression by functioning as a miR-515-5p sponge. In conclusion, circTRRAP took part in PCa progression and glycolysis through mediating the miR-515-5p/HOXA1 axis, suggesting that circTRRAP can serve as a potential therapeutic target for PCa patients.

      • Research on the Prediction of Solar Energy Generation based on Measured Environmental Data

        As a kind of renewable energy, solar power becomes more and more widely used as the power supply for large-scale datacenters to save the brown energy consumption and to reduce the overall cost. The prediction accuracy of solar energy generation becomes a fundamental issue in the research of how to efficiently manage the renewable energy resources. This paper explores the possible ways to predict the solar radiation intensity based on the assumption that it impacts the solar power generation proportionally. Through the analysis and research of photovoltaic power generation system, we explore the influence factors for solar radiation intensity, establish a relationship of solar radiation intensity and ambient temperature, time, humidity, wind speed in the forecasting model, and finally established the multivariate linear regression model and artificial neural network model. According to the two models, the environmental monitoring data measured at the Qinghai University are employed as the basis of the prediction of solar radiation intensity, and compared with the actual measurement data monitoring system. Experimental results show that, by using the BP neural network prediction model, the achieved accuracy is higher than other empirical model. The prediction method and good results provide a necessary foundation for future related research based on solar radiation values forecasts.
