Three di-acyl chlolide reagents, adipoyl chloride, terephthaloyl chloride and isophthaloyl chloride, were used as spacer reagents to prepare bonded type of three cellulose (3,5-dimethylphenyl)carbamate (CDMPC) chiral stationary phases (CSPs). The CDMPC CSPs were prepared using these three acid chlorides as spacer agents at the 6-position of the primary hydroxyl group on the glucose unit of cellulose regioselectively. The chiral recognition ability of the prepared CSPs for five racemates was evaluated by normal-phase high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) with the following mobile phases: hexane/isopropanol (IPA), hexane/IPA/tetrahydrofuran (THF) and hexane/IPA/chloroform. The result showed that these prepared CSPs can be used in THF and chloroform solutions and the chiral recognition abilities of the CSPs were improved depending on the eluents and chiral samples.
Personnel Localization Algorithm of Prison Supervision System Based on RFID
Zhang Yuping,Chang Ying,Li Chen,Zhang Zhong 보안공학연구지원센터 2016 International Journal of Smart Home Vol.10 No.12
The particularity of the prison decides the importance of its security system, and how to improve the accuracy of personnel positioning for prison monitoring system is the problem to be solved to realize intelligent prison monitoring management. RFID positioning technology with non line-of-sight transmission and large transmission range is widely applied in the personnel positioning system. RFID technology is used to design the monitoring and management system of prison in this paper. The Trilateral Ranging Method was adopted to realize personnel positioning. RSSI positioning algorithm its technology is relatively simple was adopted when calculating the trilateral distance and correcting the errors in order to improve the positioning precision. Simulation test results show that the positioning precision for the distance between a single reader and the tag is increased by 2.17% on average, up to 4.54% after the error correction. The personnel location coordinates, X direction average error is 2.96%, average error is 3.12%, Y direction, and meeting the requirements of the system design.

Visualising Corpus-based Discourse Studies from 1995 to 2019 by Using a Bibliometric Analysis
Yuping Fu,Yuanzhu Liang,Zongjie Zhang,Yong-cheol Lee 한국외국어교육학회 2021 Foreign languages education Vol.28 No.2
This study employed a bibliometric method to visualize the evolution of corpus-based discourse studies between 1995 and 2019, with a total of 2,174 English-language documents and their 83,184 references collected from Scopus, the Social Science Citation Index, and the Arts & Humanities Citation Index. Co-citation analysis of the predominant authors, references, and publication sources disclosed that the field has expanded over the past 25 years from primary pattern analysis of descriptive and functional grammar to principal investigations of interdisciplinary issues, some of which are central to pragmatics and sociolinguistics. This shift of research focus is also evidenced by keyword analysis. Scholars have been progressively more fascinated by such social issues as news discourse, business discourse, gender and language, and identity. Some emerging topics like social media, media discourse, legal discourse, and the metadiscourse interpersonal model may represent research hotspots and trends in this area. Bibliometric approaches play an important role in providing hands-on evidence-based comparisons and visualizations of previous research outputs using different time bands.

Influence of different electrical boundary conditions (BCs) on the elasticity solutions of piezoelectric plane beam (PPB) is investigated using analytical technique. The first case is considering electrical displacement of the two longitudinal sides of PPB. The second case is electrical potential. Firstly, the unified equations to obtain the elasticity solutions of PPB corresponding to these two cases are given briefly. Secondly, two examples are given to verify the correctness of the theoretical formulations presented in this paper. Finally, the responses of PPB acted by the same mechanical loads but with different electrical BCs are compared.
A Bibliometric Analysis of International Advances in L2 Motivation Research (2004-2018)
Yuping Fu,Zongjie Zhang 한국중앙영어영문학회 2019 영어영문학연구 Vol.61 No.4
This paper explores the international advances of L2 motivation studies by analyzing articles published between 2004 and 2018 using VOSviewer software. A total of 752 English articles were retrieved from the core collection of Web of Science (WoS) indexed in SSCI and A&HCI journals. The dimensions of the bibliometric analysis include publications, citations, research trends, and hotspots. The results show that: 1) the annual output displays a steady surge over the past 15 years with the final year covering over five times as many studies as the first. The high percentage of articles in top journals implies a matured area; 2) the knowledge basis predominantly involves three categories, i.e., applied linguistics, educational and social psychology, and computer-assisted language learning, which adequately illustrate the interdisciplinary and multidimensional nature of the research. 3) The mainstream research will remain in variables of individual selves and differences in the classroom setting. Nevertheless, the L2 motivational self-system, technology and language motivation, and demotivation are more likely to become new trends. Hopefully, the findings from this research will provide a general view of the domain and a forum for further discussion.
High catalytic performance of CuO nanocrystals with largest defects
Chunfang Zhang,Yuping Sun,Yunxiang Bai,Yanqi Yin,Jin Gu 한국화학공학회 2011 Korean Journal of Chemical Engineering Vol.28 No.2
To improve the calalytic performance of CuO, nanometer-sized CuO particles were prepared with ultrafiltration surface contact method (UMSCM). X-ray powder diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM)were used to characterize the crystal structure and morphology of the particles made with UMSCM, hydrothermal method, grounding method as well as a commercial one. SEM results illustrate that UMSCM prepared CuO particles mainly show the form of orthorhombic sliced crystals with the largest amounts of defects compared to CuO particles made by the other three methods. In the oxidation of cumene, CuO prepared with UMSCM also shows better catalytic performance than the other three particles, which can be ascribed to its smaller particle sizes and larger defects so as to accelerate the surface adsorption rate of O_2 molecules and the diffusion of ions and atoms, thus improving the catalytic activity.
