        비선형 웹 이송 시스템의 장력제어

        This paper presents the study of the tension control in a web transfer system. In this study the sliding mode controller is applied to a time-varying nonlinear mathematical model. The model was derived to consider the effects of changing the roll rad;us in tension variation during winding and unwinding. The uncertainty in modeling may be due to unmodelled dynamics, on variations in system model. Designed sliding mode controller made the system error always staying in the suggested surface from the beginning. Through this, system is maintained to be robust against a disturbance and uncertainty. To verify the designed controller has a good performance, various inputs such as desired velocity, step input, and trapezoidal input are applied. When the sliding mode controller was used, the system(the tension control) performance was improved comparing to the PID controller. The robustness of the controller with respect to an estimation error was verified through simulations.

      • 이질균속(痢疾菌屬)의 생물학적 특성 및 항균제 내성에 관한 연구 : 1983~1985 1983~1985

        Shigella remains to be an important enteric pathogen in this country for the present. Moreover, most the isolates have become multiple resistant to various antibiotics which used to be drugs of choice for shigellosis. This study was made as an attempt to asses the present stage antibiotic resistance fo Shigella. A total of one hundred and twenty eight of Shigella isolated from patients in Seoul and a few provincial areas between 1983 and 1985 were tested for their resistant to antimicrobial agents. Antibiotic susceptibilites were determined by an agar dilution method. Mu¨ller-Hinton agar were used for the assay of drug restance. Antimicrobial drugs were used amikacin, ampicillin, cephalothn, chiloramphenicol, gentamicin, kanamycin, nalidixic acid, streptomycin and tobramycin. The following results were obtained. 1. All isolates were susceptible to amikacin, gentamicin and tobramycin. 2. Among 128 isolates, 120 strains(92%) were resistant to tetracycline, 118 strains(90%) to streptomycin and 108 strains(80%) to ampiciliin. 3. Thirty six strains were resistant to four drugs, followed by 35 strains resistant to five drugs. However, only one strain was susceptible to all drugs tested. 4. Seventy six strains(59.3%) of 128 isloates were resistant to ampiciliin, chloramphenicol, streptomycin, tetracycline at the same time.

      • 이동 에이전트에 기반한 미들웨어

        에이전트 시스템은 분산 시스템을 위한 새로운 개념을 제시한다. 에이전트는 크게 고정 에이전트와 이동 에이전트로 구별되며 이동 에이전트(mobile agent)란 에이전트가 수행을 시작한 시스템에 묶여있지 않는 에이전트이다. 에이전트들 사이의 통신은 프로시저 호출이나 메시지 전달로 이루어진다. 본 논문에서 제시하는 MABM(Mobile Agent Based Middleware)는 이동 에이전트를 기반으로한 새로운 개념의 미들웨어 구조를 제시한다. MABM 시스템을 자바 언어로 구현하여 다른 미들웨어 시스템과 성능을 평가한다. MABM 시스템은 크게 클라이언트와 서버 그리고 시맨틱(semantic) 라우터로 구성된다. 특히, MABM은 대역폭이 좁고 단절이 잦은 이동 컴퓨팅 환경을 효과적으로 지원할 수 있다. 그리고 MABM은 다른 미들웨어들보다 많은 융통성과 뛰어난 성능을 보여준다. Agents are the next significant software abstraction, especially for distributed systems. A mobile agent is not bound to the system where it begins execution. Mobility is an orthogonal property of agents that is, not all agents mobile. An agent can just sit there and communicate with its surroundings by procedure calling and messaging. In this paper, we provides an agent oriented middleware system based on lava, AOM. The AOM aims to develop a new middleware paradigm that exploits the computational advantages of mobile agent paradigm that reduces network load, minimize response time and makes load-balance in distributed environment.

      • Propylene의 氣相重合反應에서 反應因子들이 反應速度 및 立體規則性에 미치는 影響에 관한 硏究

        In order to investigate the effects of reaction factors on reaction rate, catalytic yield and stereospecific properties of polypropylene, commercial MgCl_(2) supported Ziegler-Natta catalyst was used. In the effects of reaction temperature, the polymerization rate was increased as increasing of reaction temperature until 60℃, but decreased above 60℃. This was considered as the active site of catalyst was deactivated by decomposition of transition metal-organic compound ligand at higher temperature (≥60℃) It was found that the relation between reaction pressure and catalytic yield was linear, and could derived the equation of catalytic yield with regard to reaction pressure. In the effects of cocatalyst concentration, the more cocatalyst amount, the faster polymerization rate. But reaction rate was decreased above Al/Ti mole ratio = 50. This was considered as the excess cocatalysts were adsorbed on the catalyst active sites in competition with monomers and/or reacted as a chain transfer agent which quenches the polymerization. In the effects of reaction factors on stereospecific properties, the isotactic index of polymer was increased according to temperature and has a maximum valve at 50℃. The effect of reaction pressure on isotacticity was not severe. It was commonly known that the isotactic index of polypropylene is decreased as increasing of cocatalyst concentration because the atactic site activation is increased with increasing of Al/Ti mole ratio. The electron donor(EB) was incorporated for increasing of isotactic index of polypropylene, but the more electron donor, the lower isotactic index. This was considered of isotactic site poisoning by excess electron donor.

      • 冷血動物(개구리)에서 日本腦炎 바이러스의 抗體보유에 관한 硏究

        일본뇌염 바이러스는 극동지방에서 여름철에 Culex tritaeniorhynchus 홍모기를 매개로 사람과 가축에 감염되여 질병을 유발하고 치명적인 결과를 초래하는 무서운 바이러스 질환의 원인체이다. 그동안 끊임없는 연구결과로 1970년 후반부터 일본뇌염 환자발생이 현저하게 감소하였다. 그러나 자연계에서 일본뇌염 바이러스의 생태학적 규명은 아직도 연구되어야 할 과제들이 산적되어 있다. 따라서 이 바이러스의 보유동물에 대한 자연계의 생활환경에 관한 연구가 필요하여 개구리의 항체보유여부를 규명 하였다. 6개도의 야외에서 채집한 개구리 681마리 혈청에 대하여 HI 방법에 의한 항체 분석을 시행하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 1. 개구리 총 681마리의 일본뇌염바이러스에 대한 HI항체 보유율은 9.83%였다(p<0.01). 2. 일본뇌염바이러스에 대한 성별 HI 항체 보유율은 수컷이 2.63%(531마리 중 14마리). 암컷이 35.33%(150마리 중 53마리)로 암컷이 약 13배 높은 항체보유율을 나타냈다(p<0.01). 3. 종류별 HI항체 보유율은 북방산 개구리가 100%(1마리 중 1마리), 산개구리 66.66%(3마리 중 2마리), 금개구리 50.00%(36마리 중 18마리), 옴개구리 33.33%(6마리 중 2마리), 참개구리 6.92%(635마리 중 44마리)로 나타났다(p<0.01). 4. 월별 HI 항체 보유율은 11월이 66.66%(9마리 중 6마리)로 가장 높았으며 10월이 37.50%(32마리 중 6마리), 9월이 26.05%*142마리 중 37마리), 8월이 22.85%(35마리 중 8마리), 9월이 26.05%(142마리 중 37마리), 8월이 22.85%(35마리 중 8마리), 6월이 1.65%(241마리 중 4마리), 5월은 0%(222마리 중 0마리)이였다(p<0.01). 5. 지역별 일본뇌염바이러스에 대한 HI 항체보유율은 경기 16.56%(157마리 중 26마리, 충남 15.69%(172마리 중 27마리), 전북 7.14%(168마리 중 12마리)였고, 충북(71마리)과 강원(78마리)은 0%였다(p<0.010. Japanese Encephalitis virus(JEV) infects human and domestic animals via mosquitoes, Culex tritaeniorhynchus, and cause diseases that results in serious consequencies in Far East area during summer season. Thanks to the continuous research on this virus, the frequency of occurrence has been greatly diminished since the second half of 1970. But, there are still much work needs to be done on the virus, especially on their ecology in nature. We studied the antibodies in frogs based on the perspective that the research must be done on the carrier animals of the virus. We tested sera by HI method from 681 frogs captured randomyl in the six provinces. The results are summarized as following 1. Antibody positive rate to HI was 9.83%(67 out of 681). 2. Among these positive frogs, positive rate for male was 2.63%(14 out of 531), and positive rate for famale was 35.33%(53 out of 150). the positive rate for female is higher than that of male by about 13 times. 3. Different positive rates were shown among different species; 100%(1 out of 1) in Rana temporaria ornativentris, 66.66%(2 out of 3) in Rana temporaria orativentris, 50%(18 out of 36) in Rana plancyi chosenica, 33.33%(2 out of 6) in Rana rugosa and 6.92%(44 out of 635) in Rana niglomaculata. 4. When the monthly positive rates were compared, November was the highest as 66.66%(6 out of 9), 37.5%(6 out of 32) in October 26.05%(37 out of 142) in September, 22.85%(8 out of 35) in August, 65%(4 out of 241) in June and 0% in May 5. Areal distribution of positive rate to HI was 16.56%(26 out 157) in Kyung Kee, 15.69%(27 out of 172) in Chung Nam, 7.14%(12 out of 168) in Chun Buk, and 0% both in Chung Buk and Gang Won.

        석고판 경량 간막이 벽체의 구성방법에 따른 차음성능에 관한 연구

        This paper aims to investigate the characteristics of partition walls which are light weighted, dry walls of gypsum boards, These partition walls are prospected to be new ones to cope with M.C.(Modular Coordination), flexibility, non-bearing system, substitution to masonry works. The number of tested partition walls are 16 which are varied with core materials, depth and construction methods. These partitions of sound insulation characteristics of light weighted partitions were tested in reverberation room. And compared with 0.5B and 1B masonry wall of sound insulation performance, the partitions are evaluated by R_w performance. The sound insulation performance of the gypsum board partitions are as good as the performance of masonry wall.

      • 직경 1˝ 자성관에서의 원격장와전류 탐상 실험 빛 결함신호 특성

        In this study, a remote field eddy current testing system is built to inspect 1˝ diameter ferromagnetic tubes and resulting experimental signals are investigated. To decide the operating frequency, the emf of sensor coil is monitored while the sensor coil is moved away from the exciter. At proper frequency, sudden change would occur in the signal pattern. This also indicates the location of remote field region, so that the distance between coils can be decided. The defect signal contains two defect indications, each appears as the sensor and exciter coil passes a defect. Experimental results show that defect depth can be estimated by comparing the two indications. Also, linear relationship between defect depth and phase signal strength is observed.

        구강악안면 외상환자의 조직손상의 양상 및 정도에 관한 임상적 연구

        This is a clinical and retropective study on th patients with oral and maxillofacial trauma. This study was based on a series of 917 patients were treated as in-patients, at Chon-buk National University Hospital, during the period of Jan., 1989 through Dec., 1993. The results obtained were as follows : 1. The ratio of men to women were 3.59 : 1 in oral and maxillofacial injuries, 3.92 : 1 in facial bone fractures, and 3.18 : 1 in soft tissue injuries. 2. The oral and maxillofacial injuries occurred most frequently in the third decade(32.2%), and fourth, second, fifth decade in orders. 3. The major etiologic factors were traffic accident(57.4%) and fall-down(17.1%), interpersonal accident(16.6%), and industrial accident were next in order of frequency. 4. The incidence of facial bone fracture was 72.1%, soft tissue injury 58.8%, and dental injury 40.5%. 5. The most common site of fracture were mandible(62.9%) and maxilla(19.9%), zygoma and zygomatic arch(18.7%), and nasal bone(4.7%) were next in order of frequency. 6. The most common type of soft tissue injury was laceration(51.0%). The lesion of soft tissue injuries were mostly 1 or 2 lesions and deep.

      • 가스관의 원격장와전류 탐상실험에서 관찰된 결함신호의 특성

        When the identical coils are used for the exciter and sensor in the remote field eddy current (RFEC) probe, two defect indications appear in a single defect signal. The two indications are expected to be the same according to numerical simulation study. However, in our previous experimental work on 1" diameter ferromagnetic tube, we had found that the two indications in a phase signal are not identical and it may be possible to estimate the defect depth by comparing the two indications in a single phase signal. In this paper, those findings are re-examined with gas pipes whose diameter is 48.8 mm. At first, the operating frequency and the coil spacing in a probe are decided. Secondly, defect specimens are designed and built after examining edge effects and the signal sensitivity to the distance between sensor and defect. The RFEC testing experiments using these specimens show the same tendency as appeared in 1" diameter tube, i.e., the defect indication that appears in a phase signal as the exciter coil passes a defect is smaller for shallow defects, but it becomes bigger than the other for deep defects. This finding seems to be very important since it enables us to estimate the defect depth without preparing calibration curves for various depths of defects.

        補益藥의 補血機轉에 對한 本草學的 解釋

        Hematopoietic actions induced by administration of Astragali radix, Angelicae gigantis radix, Rehmanniae radix preparat and Cervi pantotrichum cornu were compared in SAM R1 and P6. We measured complete blood cells such as RBC, Hb and Hct using Coulter's method and compared the results each other in a view of traditional Korean medicine. The administration of Angelicae gigantis radix did not induce hernatopoietic actions in SAMs and also was quite different those from the other 3 herbs. Thus, the mechanisms of the hematopoietic action by Astragali radix, Angelicae gigantis radix, Rehmanniae radix preparat and Cervi pantotrichum cornu could be different each other.
