        No philosopher has been more influential than Marx, and no one has been more misunderstood, distorted and transformed. There are also many reasons why philosophical thought of Marx has remained hidden, even up to our day, at least in a partial obscurity. Important reasons can be as follows 1) Marx tried to link Praxis and concepts of Praxis. So unlike other philosophers Marx tried to build his theory on Praxis (Feuerbach These 11) 2) Marx uses the terms and words that appears like a bat. And so it is not easy to translate his true meaning into general theory 3) Although springing from Marx, Marxists often followed its own course independent of Marxist original thought. At any rate, in order to understand today's Marxism (Co-operative work of Marx and Marxists), it is indispensable to investigate the original intuitions of Marx. Essential problems are Marx's philosophical orientations i.e. the thoughts of young Marx. Roughly speaking, Marx's general thought comes from his original thought evident in his early writings. He places a stress on the role of ideas in history in his works from 1818∼1845, quite contrary to the work of maturity. In contrast with later writings, Marx develops his positive view on importance of ideas, especially, alienation in capitalist society. Many questions arise. Is there a continuity between young Marx and mature Marx? If not so, which is 'true' Marx? Is young Marx is related to older Marx? Is young Marx meaningless? Are a still idealistic Marx and views which his will soon slough off appeared in young Marx? Though most Marxists interpret these problems in wide variety, it is desirable to investigate young Marx and older Marx consistently. To conclude, this phenomenon suggests indirectly that Marx's theory is a good deal more emotive than a scientic treatise. 'Scientific' socialism, as Marx ardenty advoated, is dead, but Marx's feeling of social responsibility and his love for freedom and human beings must survive.

      • Helicobacter pylori와 대장균의 Shuttle Vector 개발

        In this study, a vehicle vector using cryptic plasmids was constructed for gene transfer in Helicobacter pylori. pHP51(3.9 kb) and pHP489(1.2 kb) were selected for constructing vectors from cryptic plasmid of H. pylori isolates in Korea. The HindⅢ-digestedDNA fragment(1.2kb) of pHP489 and 1.6kb DNA fragment of pHP51 were ligated with a kanamycin resistance gene(aph3'-Ⅲ) from C. jejuni to produce the recombinant plasmids pHP489K and pHP51K, respectively. Transformation frequency of pHP51K by electroporation was low. But pHP489K could be effectively transformed into various H. pylori strains. In order to design an intermdiate vehicle vector for gene transfer into H. pylori, pBlueHP489K was prepared by recloning pHP489K DNA into pBluescript and pTZ19R vector. This vector permitted the DNA fragment containing pHP489 sequence, aph3'-Ⅲ, and cloned DNA to be cut and self-ligated in the SacⅠ site after cloning. ureA and ureB gene were inserted into pBlueHP489K, resulting in pBlueHP489K/AB. The DNA fragment containing pHP489, kanamycin resistance gene(aph3'-Ⅲ), and urease structural gene was cut away from pBlueHP489K/AB and self-ligated to generate pBlueHP489K/AB. pBlueHP489K/AB made urease-negative H. pylori strains restore their urease activity. By this experiment, pBlueHP489K was confirmed to be the vehicle system for transferring H. pylori genes.

      • Helicobacter pylori 편모 유전자의 클로닝 및 염기서열 분석

        A λgt11 expression libary of H. pylori DNA in E. coli Y1090 was screened with flagellin-specific rabbit antiserum for molecular cloning of the flagellin gene of H. pylori. A positive clone, λHPF4, was obtained and the recombinant antigen expressed from λHPF4 was a fusion protein with the molecular weight of 168kd. Sequence analysis of antigen-encoding DNA showed that an open reading frame composed of 1,536 nucleotides encodes a polypepride with a oredicted molecular size of 54kd. This open reading frame did not show the homology with flaA gene encoding 56kd protein of H. pylori and was confirmed as a unique sequence through homoligy searching. Therefore, the cloned antigen is supposed to be the carboxy-terminal region of the other flagellin protein of H. pylori, flaB, with the molecular weight of 58kd.

      • Aluminum-Alloy 용접재의 피로균열성장 거동 추정법에 관한 연구

        본 연구에서는, Aluminum Alloy용접재의 피로균열성장거동에 대한 용접잔류응력의 영향을 고찰하였으며, 피로시험에 사용된 시편은 모재와 용접재의 두 종류의 시편으로 하였다. 하중 축방향의 용접잔류응력의 측정에는 Strain Gage Sectioning Method로 측정하였으며, 피로시험은 일정진폭 하중하에서 응력비(R)를 각각 0.1, 0.3, 0.5로 하여 수행하였다. 피로균열성장거동의 추정을 위한 이론적인 해석에는 Toyosada's Eq.을 이용하였으며, 그리고 R=0.5일때는 Toyosada's Eq.을 수정, 추정하였다. 피로균열성장거동의 이론적인 추정결과들은 중첩법을 이용하여 구한 유효응력비(R???)와 유효응력확대계수변동범위(△K???)를 사용할 때 더욱 실제적이었다. 따라서 본 연구는 일정진폭하중하에 모재의 피로시험으로부터 구한 C, m값과 용접재에 대한 잔류응력분포를 이용하여, Al-Alloy 5052-H38용접재의 피로균열성장거동에 대한 이론해석과 실험해석을 병행하였다. In this research, the effect of welding residual stress on fatigue crack growth in Aluminum Alloy weldments was discussed. Fatigue tests were performed with unwelded(parent metal) and butt Welded SEN specimens. Welding residual stress parallel to the loading direction were measured by using strain gage sectioning technique. All specimens were tested under constant amplitude load with stress ratio R=0.1, 0.3, and 0.5 respectively. Toyosada's equation was used for theoretical analysis of the estimation of fatigue crack growth behavior under constant amplitude load, and modified Toyosada's equation was used when stress ratio R was 0.5. The theoretical results were more realistic as used effective stress ratio R??? effective stress intensity factor range DK??? which calculated from superposition method. This paper present both experimental results and a theoretical estimation of fatigue crack growth behavior in AluminumAlloy 5052-H38 weldments on the basis of material constant i.e. m values obtained from parent metal specimens tested under constand amplitude load and also considering welding residual stress distribution of weld metal specimen.

      • 제전사여과포 집진장치에 의한 먼지 제거특성 연구

        A neutralized fabric filter was characterized in terms of pressure drop, penetration and figure of merit in a pilot scale test unit for two kinds of ash dust generated from coke manufacturing process of steel industries (coke ash) and clinker calcination process of cement industries (clinker ash). Effects of filtration velocity, cleaning method, pulse jet cleaning pressure, and bag cage type on the characterizing items were investigated. In order to perform an effective cleaning operation and continuous dust collection for both of dust filtrations, the filtration velocity and poulse jet cleaning pressure should be kept above 1.0m/min and 4.0kg/㎠ respectively. The suitable cleaning interval and dust loading for the coke dust filtration were 4 minutes and 120-200g/㎡, and under these conditions the pressure drop and dust penetration could be maintained below 30mmH₂O and 0.5%, respectively. Also, the suitable cleaning interval for the clinker dust filtration was 1 hour, and under this condition the pressure drop and dust penetration could be maintained below 90mmH₂O and 0.5%, respectively. A visual analysis for dust penetration phenomena suggested that a reinforcement be needed for the bag filter in the region of 70cm below the top of the bag cage, especially below the venturi.

      • 음향방출 신호를 이용한 SWS 490A 고장력강의 접합성 평가에 대한 실험적 연구

        The object of this study is to investigate the effect of joinability by using acoustic emission (AE) signals and doing a pattern recognition for weld heat affected zone (HAZ) in tensile testing. This study was carried out an SWS 490A high tension steel for electric shielded metal arc welding (SMAW), CO₂ gas arc welding and TIG welding. And correspondingly, the root openings are 3, 4 and 2.8㎜. The results of the tensile test of weld HAZ come out electric shield arc welding > CO₂ gas arc welding > TIG welding in case of single welding. It is believed that this is a phenomenon where difference of its root opening or base metal thickness. Also, the technique of AE is ideally suited to study variables which control time and stress dependent fracture or damage process in metallic materials.

        SWS 490A 강의 용접 열영향부 음향방출 특성에 대한 연구(1)

        The object of this study is to investigate the effect of compounded welding through the AE(Acoustic Emission) characteristics for weld HAZ(Heat Affected Zone) under the static tensile test. This study was carried out an SWS 490A, high tension steel for electric shield metal arc welding(SMAW), CO₂gas arc welding and TIG welding. Data displays are based on the measured parameters of the AE signals, along with environmental variables such as time and load. The accumulated AE event curve of HAZ definitely have the point of inflection subject to tensile test. The results of the tensile test of HAZ come out electric shield arc welding > CO₂ gas arc welding >TIG welding in case of single welding, but generally the tensile test of HAZ come out electric shield arc welding > TIG welding > CO₂ gas arc welding. These history plots give us useful and powerful information to analyze the results of material evaluation testing.

        This paper deals on the Hardware development of 3-D scanning type electronic probe for 3-D measuring machine. 3-D measuring machine usually used in products management, high cost needs for decision measurement. This decision measurement needs more and more caused by local factory becomes automation. This research used LVDT scanning type sensor which this sensor can be accurate in short length and also used in compact space, there of LVDT measuring range ±1.25[mm]and resolution 0.1[㎛]have been complished. In the future more develop the electronic control parts and software, this probe will be used in the world widely with power.

      • 다목적 진화알고리즘을 통한 다 제약 유니캐스트 문제에 대한 연구

        A source-based multi-constrained quality of service(QoS) routing finds a route in the network that satisfies multiple independent QoS constraints. This problem is NP-hard and a number of heuristic algorithms have been proposed to solve the problem. From a modeling point of view, each QoS can be considered as an objective, not a constraint. Therefore many researchers have used several QoS, as an objective(bandwidth, delay, cost, and so forth). This paper studies this problem as a multi-objective optimization problem and suggests a method using nondominated sorting genetic algorithm, Hence suggested solutions are not an optimal solution as usual in existing approaches, but a Pareto optimal set. Computational result will be suggested.
