        유아의 기질과 부모의 언어통제 유형이 유아의 리더십에 미치는 영향

        본 연구에서는 유아의 기질과 부모의 언어통제 유형이 유아의 리더십에 미치는 영향에 대해 살펴보았다. 연구대상은 경기도 수원시와 인천시에 소재한 6곳 유치원에 재원 중인 만 4세 유아 250명과 그들의 부모 250명이다. 유아의 기질을 살펴보기 위하여 정인희와 황혜정(2009)에 의해 개발된 부모용 유아 기질 평정척도를 사용하였으며, 부모의 언어통제 유형을 측정하기 위해서는 Bernstein(1971)과 Gumperz(1973)의 연구를 토대로 도혜숙(1997)이 제작한 도구를 사용하였다. 유아의 리더십을 측정하기 위하여 장영숙과 황윤세(2009)에 의해 개발된 교사용 유아 리더십 측정도구를 사용하였다. 본 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째 유아의 기질과 유아의 리더십의 관계를 살펴본 결과, 유아의 리더십은 유아의 기질의 하위변인 중 반응성, 적응성, 지속성, 전환성과 유의미한 정적 상관을 나타내었다. 둘째, 부모의 언어통제 유형과 유아의 리더십의 관계를 살펴본 결과, 부모의 인성지향적 언어통제와 지위지향적 언어통제는 유아의 리더십과 유의미한 정적 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 유아의 기질과 부모의 언어통제 유형이 유아의 리더십에 미치는 영향을 살펴본 결과, 아버지의 인성지향적 언어통제, 아버지의 지위지향적 언어통제, 어머니의 지위지향적 언어통제, 어머니의 인성지향적 언어통제, 유아 기질 중 규칙성과 적응성의 순으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 유아의 리더십을 가장 많이 예언하는 변인은 아버지의 인성지향적 언어통제이었다. 본 연구는 유아의 리더십을 발달시키기 위해서는 유아의 기질에 대한 올바른 이해 뿐 아니라 부모가 바람직한 언어통제 유형을 사용해야 한다는 것을 시사한다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of young children’s temperament and their parents’ verbal control modes on young children’s leadership. The subjects of this study consisted of 250 young children and their parents in six kindergartens of Incheon and Suwon City. In-Hee Jung and Hae-Jeong Hwang’s young children’s temperament scale for parents(2009) was used for the test of young children’s temperament, and Hae-Sook Do’s instrument(1997) was employed for the evaluation of parents’ verbal control modes. In order to evaluate young children’s leadership, young children’s leadership scale for teachers developed by Young-Sook Jang and Yoon-Se Hwang(2009) was used. The results of the study were as follows. First, responsiveness, adaptability, persistence, and transformation among young children’s temperament were positively correlated with their leadership. Second, for both fathers and mothers, human nature-oriented verbal control mode and position-oriented verbal control mode among parents’ verbal control modes were positively correlated with young children’s leadership. Third, young children’s leadership was most significantly explained by fathers’ human nature-oriented verbal control mode followed by fathers’ position-oriented verbal control mode, mothers’ position-oriented verbal control mode, mothers’ human nature-oriented verbal control mode, young children’s regularity and adaptability. Fathers’ human nature-oriented verbal control mode was the most predictable factor in explaining young children’s leadership. This study showed the importance of desirable use of parents’ verbal control mode as well as better understanding of young children’s temperament for fostering young children’s leadership.

        유아 언어영재 판별에서 프로젝트 스펙트럼(Project Spectrum)의 활용에 대한 기초연구

        The identification of verbally gifted children during early childhood is very important for developing their potential in the society. Nonetheless, most researchers preferred to study the gifted of mathematics and science in the primary and secondary levels where reliable predictions of gifted may be made. Comparatively little work has been done in this area. Verbal Giftedness of young children is still developing and less stable than that of older children, and this prevents us from making firm and accurate identification. Project Spectrum can be used for the alternative assessment for the identification of verbally gifted children. The advantages of the Project Spectrum approach for the identification of verbally gifted children are as follows: First, the Spectrum approach can provide a useful means for assessing young verbally gifted children who have not demonstrated high ability on traditional identification method. Second, the Spectrum approach can blur the line dividing curriculum and assessment and thus can assess the learning process of young children.. Third, the Spectrum approach can embed assessments in meaningful, real-world activities Fourth, the Spectrum approach can be a more accurate predictor of potential by linking diagnosis and instruction. Thus, it can make us provide an educational treatment effectively for young verbally gifted children. Fifth, the Spectrum approach can lead individualized education by the early identification of young verbally gifted children.

        아버지의 학력, 자녀양육에 대한 부부 일치도 지각 및 다중지능과 유아의 다중지능과의 관계 연구

        본 연구는 아버지의 배경변인인 학력과 직업, 아버지의 심리적 변인인 아버지가 지각한 자녀양육에 대한 부부일치도, 그리고 아버지의 다중지능이 유아의 다중지능 발달에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 살펴보았다. 연구결과, 아버지의 학력에 따라 음악 지능과 신체 운동 지능 영역을 제외한 여섯 영역의 유아의 다중지능 발달에 차이가 있었으며, 아버지의 직업에 따라서 유아의 다중지능 발달은 차이를 보이지 않았다. 또한 음악지능, 논리수학지능, 언어지능, 대인관계 지능, 개인이해 지능, 자연탐구 지능에서 자녀 교육에 대해 부모간의 의견이 일치한다고 아버지가 지각할 때. 유아의 다중지능이 통계적으로 유의미하게 높게 나타났다. 유아의 다중지능의 여덟 영역과 아버지의 다중지능의 여덟 영역간의 상관관계를 살펴본 결과, 모든 영역에서 아버지의 다중지능과 유아의 다중지능 간에 매우 유의미한 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. This research analyzed how young children's multiple intelligences(MI) is related to their fathers' education, perception on couple's agreement for parenting style, and multiple intelligences(MI). Subjects were 259 preschool children and their fathers in Kwangju. Data were analyzed by ANOVA, Pearson's correlation, and multiple regression. The results of the study were as follows: First, young children's multiple intelligences showed significant differences according to father's education in the six areas of multiple intelligences, which is logical-mathematical intelligence, linguistic intelligence, spatial intelligence, interpersonal intelligence, intrapersonal intelligence, naturalist intelligence. Second, young children's multiple intelligences showed significant differences according to fathers' perception on couple's agreement for parenting style in the following five areas: musical intelligence, logical-mathematical intelligence, linguistic intelligence, interpersonal intelligence, intrapersonal intelligence. Third. correlation analysis between children's multiple intelligence and fathers' multiple intelligence showed that eight areas of intelligence were significantly correlated each other. In addition, young children's intelligence in each area of multiple intelligences was associated with their fathers' intelligence in that area.

        통합적 유아 교수·학습방법으로서의 명화 감상활동에 관한 연구

        There has been a trend only to stress the expression activities in an early childhood art education. But, recently, there is an increasing emphasis on the appreciation of famous paintings for the early childhood art education. The appreciation of famous paintings can help increase young children's object awareness, value judgment and expressive ability etc. The theoretical basis for the appreciation activities on famous paintings can be derived from DBAE (Discipline-Based Art Education), Project Spectrum, and Vygotsky's theory. DBAE pursues systematic appreciation education by integrative understanding about an art. Project Spectrum based on Gardner's theory also implies the importance of the appreciation activities through artistic observation for the paintings. In addition, Vygotsky's theory also suggests that the artistic experience which teachers offer is very important for enhancing children's appreciation ability In this study, we attempted an integrated approach by using famous paintings in early childhood curriculum. We presented the teaching method for enhancing the appreciation abilities in early childhood arts education by the integrated curriculum. For this, we suggested the six stages: observation, analysis(or interpretation), integrated activity, expressive activity, and evaluation. For the desirable appreciation education, teachers should respect young children's opinion and interact with young children by asking them many questions.

        시니어 에어로빅스가 고령자의 우울 및 고독감에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of the study was to explore the effects of regular exercise on negative emotion such as depression and loneliness present the evidence that regular exercise can prevent and delay aging, The subjects of the study consisted of 35 old adults over 65 years in In-Cheon areas. The survey methods of this research are the Self-rating Depression Scale(20 item) by Zung(1965) translated standardized by Yook, Young-Sook(1994) and the 5 Likert Scale modified the UCLA Loneliness Scale(10 item) by Won, Hyung-Joong(1984). The used statistical methods for the data analysis were mean, SD, relative frequency, Paired Samples t-test analysis. The results obtained by the appropriate analytic processes were followed. First, depression were lower in post-exercise(M=2.07) than pre-exercise(M=1.47). Second, loneliness were higher in post-exercise(M=3.85) than pre-exercise(M=4.53).

      • 영아기 자녀를 양육하는 어머니와 조모의 상호작용활동

        The purpose of this study is to consider the interaction between two generations carrying on actual bring-up children through investigation of its interaction between mother and grandmother caring their infant. The subjects were 60 pairs of mother as a housewife who has the first child under 24 monthes and grandmother on mother's side or father's side using the inquiry paper method and interview. To take answer, it was distributed/explained directly to each person and then filled out the inquiry. Total 120 sheets were used for final analysis. The measuring instruments were interaction between grandmother and mother according to delivery before and after, it was used the modified 4 questions from barbara J. Myers and Margaret G. Williams petersen(1991)'s study through Grandmother-Mother-Infant Interaction (Jarvos & Creaesy, 1987). For analyzing this matter, it was generated the frequency, percentage, average and value of standard deviation through SPSSWIN program. The results of analyses for this study are as follows. The interaction between grandmother and mother was shown that father-side grandmother often interacted more than mother-side grandmother. It was shown that while mother-side grandmother interacted with mother 'everyday', mother-side grandmother interacted with mother just 2 to 3 times per week, or 1 to 2 times per month.

      • 학령기 아동의 언어적 특성 : 영재아동과 일반아동의 비교

        The Linguistic Properties Comparison between nongifted children and Gifted children. These purposes are to have a necessity to be educated for the linguistic gifted among many gifted in speedy changable age, and to find out what differences are of properties between the linguistic gifted children and nongifted children through comparing/analysing to gifted children any nongifted children using performance evaluation on writer's ability. Therefore, it intends to use as a assisting material in order to develope ability and properties of the linguistic gifted children and nongifted chi ldren as well. The studying details are 1) to compare/analyze thinking ability between the linguistic gifted chi ldren and nongifted children 2) to find out differences of thinking ability for unrealistic reasoning between the linguistic gifted children and nongifted children. The studying subjects had been chosen 3 children as a first grade in 'C' Gifted Academy and 3 children as a first grade in an elementary school from June 3, 1999 to June 12, 1999. The studying instrument was an evaluation of linguistic properties certification(Project Spectrum : Krechevsky, '1994). It had got a frequency calculation, average and standard deviation through the material anylzing with the program SPSSWIN. The conclusions are as belows, First, as a result of performance evaluation on writer's ability to gifted children and nongifted children, the gifted children were outstandingly shown the linguistic ability getting much higher score than nongifted children in respect of vocabulary level, structure of writing, and consistency/logicality of theme. Second, it was shown the gifted children had diffusing thought than nongifted children through the esthetic question and imformation memories with listening to the realistic juvenil story and the unrealistic juvenile story.

      • 배추김치의 부재료와 관능적 품질

        배추김치의 부재료로서 고추, 마늘, 생강, 파, 부추, 멸치젓, 설탕 등이 젖산균 starter로써 숙성시킨 김치의 신맛, 단맛, 짠맛, 쓴맛, 매운맛, 감칠맛, 덜익은맛, 사각사각한맛, 불쾌한맛, 종합적인맛, 새콤한내, 풋내, 비린내, 마늘내, 군덕내, 색상 등 관능적 품질에 미치는 영향을 조사하였다. 그 결과 부재료 개별적으로는 균형된 조화미가 나타나지 않았으나 상호 혼합처리함으로서 맛의상호보완과 조화를 이루었다. 고추, 마늘, 생강 등의 단독처리로는 오히려 불쾌한 맛과 냄새를 가져다 주었으나 다른 부재료와 함께 존재할 경우 불쾌한맛과 군덕내, 풋내등 바람직하지 못한 맛과 냄새를 감소시켰다. 파와 부추는 강한 마늘내를 조화시켰으며 멸치젓은 감칠맛을 부여하였으며, 설탕은 종합적인 맛을 향상시켰다. 또 설탕을 제외한 대부분의 부재료는 산미를 감소시키는 효과를 나타내었다. Effects of various ingredients(hot pepper, garlic, ginger, leek, green onion, fermented anchovy juice and sugar) on the sensory quality of fermented Korean cabbage kimchi were investigated. Sixteen sensory attributes were selected and the intensity of the attributes were evaluated by 20 panels. The sensory quality of Korean cabbage kimchi fermented with only one ingredient had unharmonized taste and unplesant flavor. The inhibitory effect of undesirable flavor and the effect of mutal assistance of taste were shown in the kimchi fermented with mixed ingredients. Hot pepper, ginger and garlic contributed to reduction of undesirable flavor like unpleasant and moldy taste. Strong garlic flavor was slightly reduced and harmonized by adding green onion and leek. Fermented anchovy juice produced palatable taste in the kimchi containing all of the ingredients, and overall eating quality was improved by adding sugar. All of the ingredients expect sugar showed reducing effect of sour taste.

      • 양육시설 아동의 자아존중감 향상을 위한 미술치료 사례연구

        This case study aimed to improve low self-esteem and positive behavior development of a child who lives in a rehabilitation facility. The research questions included the following : 1. Do art therapy effective in improve self-esteem of the child who lives in rehabilitation facility? 2. Do art therapy effective in positive behavior development of the child who lives in rehabilitation facility? The subject of this study was six-years-old girl who lives in S-rehabilitation facility located in Gwangju. Art Therapy for the child has been progressed 16 sessions, twice a week, for 60 to 90 minutes. This case study used House-Tree-Person test supposed by Buck and Behavior Development Checklist reconstructed by the researcher as Measure apparatus. In conclusion, Art Therapy Program was effective in improving self-esteem and positive behavior development of the child who lives in rehabilitation facility.

      • 유치원과 초등학교 연계교육에 대한 교사와 학부모의 인식 비교 연구

        The purpose of this study was to seek ways to activate educational connection between kindergarten and elementary school by examining the opinions of elementary school teachers and parents. Educational connection between kindergarten and elementary school has been required in light of child developmental characteristics and curricular efficiency. The subjects in this study were 210 first-grade teachers and 262 parents in elementary schools. The 30-item questionnaire included four areas: general condition of educational connection, connection of guidance for learning, connection of guidance in the ordinary life, connection of educational setting. The collected data were analyzed by x^2 and t-test in order to compare between teachers' opinion and parents' opinion. The findings of this study were as below: First, concerning general condition of educational connection, its current situation was viewed more favorably by the parents than by the teachers, but the teachers expressed higher need for educational connection between kindergarten and elemenatry school than the parents did. Also, teachers and parents pointed out that both kindergarten curriculum and elementary curriculum should be appropriately modified. Second, in terms of guidance for learning, both teachers and parents viewed that it is necessary to offer better guidance for learning. Especially, both groups put on emphasis in the cooperative work for the development of curriculum in the kindergarten and elementary school. Third, regarding guidance in the ordinary life, both teachers and parents also wanted better guidance in the ordinary life. Specifically, both groups emphasized that students should be instructed to acquire proper habits in the every life. Fourth, in relation to educational setting, both teachers and parents required the improvement of class size.
