      • 어린이 김치 표준화에 대한 연구(1) : 어린이 김치의 담금법 개발 Development of the Preparation of Kimchi for the Children

        The purpose of this study is reporting the results of first trial for the standardization of children's kimchi in terms of brining standardization, development for the recipe ad pannel test for the children's kimchi. In order to develop the standard recipe for children's kimchi, our research team have visited kimchi factories, temples and houses located in Pusan and Kyung-Sang Nam Do province. Three kinds of chinese cabbage kimchi (hamyang, haeundae, and jinrae kimchi named by region where we collected) which got the top three highest score in panel testing was selected. The original recipes of these kimchi were sightly modified to prepared the kimchi at laboratory. Among three of them, hamyang kimchi which contained dried anchovy power was selected as a model kimchi for development of the children's kimchi recipe. We find out that the optimal salt concentration of brined cabbage and kimchi for the children's kimchi (sliced style kimchi, approximately 2.5X3cm a piece) that showed the hightest pennel score were approximately 1.5% and 2.0%, respectively. The salt concentration of brined cabbage became 1.5, 1.43, and 1.60% after 60 min at 10% brining solution, 45 min at 12% and 30 min at 15%, respectively. The developed recipe used for the children's kimchi at our team is as follows. The major ingredients used for the preparation of kimchi is brined sliced chinese cabbage (salt concentration is 1.5%) 1kg galic 11g, ginger 5.0g, red pepper powder 20.0g, fermented anchovy juice 25.0g, fermented shrimp juice 5.0g dried anchovy and sea weed extracts 30.0g, anchovy power 2.4g glutinious rice gel 40.0g, starch syrup, 10.0g, and apple juice 22.5g. The total acceptability test of developed children's kimchi (test kimchi) was carried out with 84 of 6th grade student during lunch time at elementary school in Pusan where has a school lunch program. Sixty nine percent of student answered test kimchi is very good, 25% of them said it is fair, and only 6% of students answered they didn't like test kimchil. However, for the kimchi supplied from school at lunch, 52% students answered the kimchi is good, 26% of them said it is fair, and 22% of them said they don't like school supplied kimchi. This result tells us that the test kimchi is better than school supplied kimchi and the test kimchi can be developed further as a children's kimchi.

        As a part of the human population monitoring on the mutagenicity of environmental pollutants in industrial working sites, this study was performed with a purpose of examining the mutagenicity in urine of printing workers who are exposed to pollutants such as lead and certain organic solvents. Also, environmental monitoring of major pollutants of ambient air in printing indutries, such as lead, toluene, xylene, benzene and methyl ethyl ketone (MEK), was carried out to correlate the relationship between mutagenicity and environmental chemicals. In addition, the relationship between mutagenicity and other factors such as age, career, smoking amount and the amount of urinary hippuric acid, the major metabolite of toluene, was evaluated. The test method employed in studying the mutagenicity in urine was Ames test using Salmonella typlumurium TA98. The mutagenic activity was calculated based on urinary creatinine levels and spontaneous revertants. The subjects of this study were 95 line-workers(esposed group) and 27 clerks (unexposed group) from 3 printing industries. The line-workers mere from the type picking and setting, photolithographing, offset printing and gravure printing part. The results are as follows : 1. The mutagenic activity in urine from printing works was 92.7, which is 2.5 times higher than that of the control group (35.0). Especially, the smokers of gravurers showed the highest mutagenic activity of 183.9. 2. The mutagenic activity of smokers in the unexposed group was 2.7 times higher than thar of the nonsmoker, while in the exposed group the mutagenic activity of smokers was only 1.3~1.5 times higher than that of the unexposed group. 3. The mutagenicity in urine of printing workers showed a strong correlation with the air concentration of organic solvents (r=0.54). On the other hand, little correlation was seen with the amount of hippuric acid in urine (r=0.11). 4. The age, career and smoking amount of the workers showed no remarkable correlation with the mutagenic activity in urine.

        To evaluate the in-vivo effects of mitomycin-C-polyglycolic acid composite(MMC-PGA) the disk: shaped composite were implanted into the peritoneal cavity of the Sprague-Dawley rats. The pathologic changes were examined at various time points up to 12 weeks. Initially the soft tissue around the inserted disks showed capillary congestion at 3 days. Inflammatory infiltrates with foreign body giant cells appeared from the 2nd week and reached peak response at 6-8 weeks. These reaction diminished prominently at 12 weeks. No specific pathologic change was found in the liver, the kidneys, and the heart. The above results suggest that the MMC-PGA composite can serve as a new device for intraperitoneal chemotherapy of various types of cancers.

        색상 측정 기기를 이용한 복합레진 적층 수복과 단일 수복의 색상 비교 분석

        Objectives: This study analyzed the difference in color caused by different thickness in enamel layer of composite resins when applied with single and layering placement technique, and evaluated if the results agreed with the shade guide from the manufacturers to verify reliability of the color matching process of the manufacturers. Materials and Methods: For single composite resin samples, 6 mm diameter and 4 mm thickness cylindrical samples were fabricated using Ceram-X mono (DENTSPLY DeTrey) and CIE L*a*b* values were measured with spectrophotometer. Same process was done for layering compositie resin samples, making 3 dentinal shade samples, 4 mm thickness, for each shade using Ceram-X duo (DENTSPLY DeTrey) and enamel shade resins were layered in 2 mm thickness and CIE L*a*b* values were measured. These samples were ground to 0.2 mm thickness each time, and CIE L*a*b* values were measured to 1 mm thickness of enamel shade resin. Results: Color difference (△E*) between single and layering composite resin was 1.37 minimum and 10.53 maximum when layering thicknesses were between 1 mm and 2 mm and 6 out of 10 same shade groups suggested by manufacturer showed remarkable color difference at anythickness (△E* > 3.3). Conclusion: When using Ceram-X mono and duo for composite resin restoration, following the manufacturer's instructions for chossing the shade is not appropriate, and more accurate information for Ceram-X duo is needed on the variation and expression of the shades depending on the thickness of the enamel.         This paper is execute the adapt inspection to ascertain switching device model and induction motor model. Induction motor library is modeled for the adapt inspection, and three-phase PWM inverter with induction motor load is executed to simulation using PSPICE. Speed sensorless vector control of induction motor algorithms are modeled by taking use of closed loop and TMS320C31 DSP CPU PWM related circuit and interface circuit for expedite the result, and it is proved that the output of EPLD system and SIMULINK modeling simulation are almost same.

        In this paper, we proposed a Counter EMF MRAS(model reference adatation system)method. This using the indirect field oriented for calculated speed and a new reference model eliminated pure intergrator and low pass filter. So proposed controller have a robust speed identification and stable response. the described techiques are very simple, robust to motor's dynamic response. The proposed a new MRAS's effectiveness is verified by simulation using Matlab Simulink.

      • Rat의 복강내에 투여한 5-fluorouracil-polyglycolic acid 제형이 장기에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

        For more effective intraperitoneal chemotherapy, the authers made 5-fluorouracil-polyglycolic acid composite disks(FU-PGA disks) with 5-fluorouracil and polyglycolic acid, a biodegradable polymer. We inserted the FU-PGA disk into the peritoneal cavites of Sprague-Dawley male rats, the control and three experimental groups; one FU-PGA disk insert group(300mg/kg), two FU-PGA disk insert group(600mg/kg), and three FU-PGA disk insert group(900mg/kg). The control group received a similar number of PGA disk inserts. A pharmacokinetic study was performed to measure the 5-fluorouracil concentration in the peritoneal fluid, blood, and tissues(liver, kidney and heart) at 24 hours, 72hours and 168 hours after insertion of the FU-PGA disk. Light and electron microscopic studies were done. The results were as follows: 1) The number of white blood cells and platelets decreased after FU-PGA insertion. The degree was proportional to the duration and amounts inserted. The change in the number of red blood cells varied slightly. 2) Light microscopically, slight changes were noted at 168 hours in the 3 disk insert group (900mg/kg). Mild fatty change and hepatocyte degeneration around the central veins of the liver were noted, with vacuolar degeneration in the proximal convoluted tubules of the kidney. 3) Electron microscopically,the liver showed focal increases of lipid droplets in the hepatocytes, and irregular nuclear membrane with focal nucleolar segregation of the fibrillar and granular elements. Also the double membranous structure of the hepatocytes and Kupffer cells was widened with bleb formation. The kidney showed wide separation of the nuclear double membrane in the proximal convoluted tubular cells and mesangial cells, with vacuolation and myelin figure formation in the mitochondria of the proximal convoluted tubular cells, at 72 hours and 168 hours in the 2 to 3 FU-PGA insert groups. The heart showed focal loss of cristae,vacuolation and myelin figure formation in the mitochondria of the 2 to 3 FU-PGA insert groups. In conclusion, despite the large amont of FU-PGA inserted, the histopathological changes in the liver, kidney and heart were slight, and consonant with the very low amount of 5-fluorouracil concentrations detected in the liver, kidney and heart. The above results suggest that the FU-PGA composite can serve as a new device for releasing drugs in a controlled manner and easily targeted to intraperitoneal organs. This device can improve the efficacy of intraperitoneal chemotherapy for gastric cancer.

        This paper is proposed the voltage type PWM converter that its power is able to flow bidirectionally between the 3 phase AC supply and DC bus voltage. This paper is proposed the compensation and the control methode related to a disturbance of synchronous signal and modulation angle delay using the low pass filter and phase shifter for the stable modulation. The instantaneous current controller is proposed, which is to be followed the actual current into reference current. And the validity is proved by the experiment and the simulation on the input or output characteristics using a proposed control algorithm.
