        민간공원특례사업의 추진에 따른 사업특성에 관한 연구

        본 연구는 도시공원 일몰의 대응수단으로 추진 중인 전국의 민간공원특례사업을 대상으로 지자체 및 공원현황, 사업특성과 시행 등에 관련된 내용을 세부적으로 분류 후 비교·분석하여 제도시행 후 진행되어진 지자체별 사업을 점검하고, 그 가운데 제도의 의미와 보완점을 구축하고자 실시하였다. 분석결과로서 첫째, 전국에서 시행 중인 민간공원특례사업은 주로 인구 10만명 이상의 도시에서 시행되어 군 지역이나 지방소도시의 적용에는 한계성이 있었다. 이에 특례제도를 일괄적으로 적용하기보다 지자체의 특성과 규모를 고려한 제도 적용의 유연성이 필요할 것으로 판단되어졌다. 둘째, 공원조성 기부채납 방식에 의한 현재의 특례사업은 공동주택 위주의 단조로운 개발유형을 나타내고 있어, 이의 개선을 위해 공원부지만 매입하여 기부 채납하는 공원 보전형 방식 등을 도입하여 개발의 다양화를 도모할 필요가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 공원의 유형과 면적이 한정되어 사업대상에 한계를 보이고 있어, 대도시 도심지내 이용도가 높고 접근성이 좋은 공원들까지 포함할 수 있도록 면적기준을 5만m<sup>2</sup> 이하까지 완화할 필요가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 특례사업의 대상지가 대부분 산지형 공원으로 자연지형 및 스카이라인의 훼손 우려가 있어 공원별 입지특성을 고려한 건폐율과 용적률을 별도 조례를 설정하여 적용하는 것과 비공원시설 유형별 건축 가이드라인을 세부적으로 설정하여 공원과 공존할 수 있는 개발접근이 이루어져야 할 것이다. 향후 과제로는 첫째, 전국의 민간공원특례사업이 완료된 후, 각 사업별 수익률을 데이터화 하여 향후 유사사업의 적정수익률에 대한 기준을 설정하고, 초과이익분의 환수 등 제도적 기준을 마련하며, 둘째, 사업기간의 단축을 위해 지자체별 TF팀 구성, 통합심의 전환, 제안단계에서 환경성 검토 도입 등이 검토되어야 할 것이다. 셋째, 지자체는 민간협의체를 구성을 제도화하여 협치시스템을 통한 사업의 효율적 관리를 도모하고, 넷째, 특례공원의 기부채납 이후 유지관리에 대한 로드맵을 수립하여, 시민이 함께 하는 시민 참여형 공원 운영·관리방안 모델의 도입을 검토하여야 할 것으로 나타났다. This study was conducted to examine and analyze local governments, park status, project characteristics, and the implementation in detail for private park special projects across the country as a means of responding to the sunsetting of urban parks. As a result of the analysis, first, the private park special project, was found to be mainly implemented in cities with a population of more than 100,000, so there was a limit to the application on military installations or in local small cities. Therefore, rather than applying the special system collectively, it was judged that institutional flexibility, considering the characteristics and size of local government, was needed. Second, the current special projects by the park creation donation collection method shows monotonous development centered on apartment houses, so it is necessary to diversify the development by introducing a park preservation method that purchases and donates park sites. Third, it was found that the area standard needs to be eased to less than 50,000m<sup>2</sup> to include parks with high utilization and good accessibility in urban areas of large cities, as the type and area of parks are limited. Fourth, most special projects are mountain parks, which are feared to damage the natural terrain and skyline, so separate ordinances should be established and applied, and development approaches should be made to allow nature and parks to coexist with the setting of detailed building guidelines for each type of facility. The guidelines should include, first, after the nationwide private park special projects are completed, standards for appropriate returns for similar projects should be established, institutional standards such as the recovery of excess profits should be established, and environmental reviews should be conducted. Second, it was found that local governments should institutionalize the composition of private consultations to promote the efficient management of projects through a cooperative system, and third, a roadmap for maintenance after the donation of special parks should be established.

        하악과두 골절 치료에 있어 보존적 치료와 외과적 치료의 비교

        The authors investigated the 17 patients with the condylar fractures of the mandible who were admitted in Dept. of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, Chosun University, Dental hospital from 1990 to 1993 and could be taken follow-up above 6 months. Helkimo's clinical dysfunction index and mandibular mobility index were applied to the evaluation of the patients and the obtained results were as follows. 1. Mean maximal mouth opening was 38.4mm in the conservative group, 41.3mm in the surgical group and that showed no statistically significant difference.(P>0.05) 2. Clinical dysfunction index was higher in the surgical group than in the conservative group but .that showed no statistically difference.(P>0.05) 3. The extent of maximal mouth opening was increased gradually throughout the follow-up period. 4. Both groups didn't show severe clinically dysfunction.

      • 디지털 I-PD 제어기에 의한 태양광 발전 시스템의 정출력 제어

        In this paper, constant output control of solar power generation system with instantaneous variable output is proposed. In order to get constant DC and AC voltage source, we construct Buck-Boost chopper equip with the digital I-PD type controller first. Consequently, we are able to get constant DC boltage. Next, we obtain AC source through construction PWM single phase inverter that has the constant frequency output. And we design LC filter to reduce THD(Total Harmonic Distortion). The validity of proposed control strategy is verified from results of simulation.

      • 미분폴라로그래프의 제작

        낱알 회로(digital circuit)와 빗댐 회로(analog circuit)를 혼용하여 저렴하고 간단한 미분 폴라로그래프를 제작하였다. 수은 방울 치개 및 신호 채취(signal sampling)계의 시각 배열(timing sequence) 회로에는 낱알 소자를, 정전압 전원, 비탈 발생 및 신호 채취계에는 빗댐 소자를 각각 이용하였다. 그리고 빗댐 회로의 스윗칭에는 광 트랜지스터를 사용하였다. A method has been developed for instrumenting differential polarography. Digital circuitry is used for the timing sequence, and analog elements for the potentiostat, ramp generation, and sampling. And photo-transistor swiches are used to turn analog devices on and off. It is simple and much less expensive than commercial equipment used in now-a-day. The result of experiment which illustrate the performance of the device are presented.

        The physique and physical fitness of the athletes at Korean National College of physical Education were measured. The implications of this study are as follows: 1.physique index Throwers and Gymnastics were superior in physique of length, size and girth, while male table tennis players had the problem of posture guidance. 2. physical fitness 1) throwers were superior in upper and lower extrimity and male archers in upper arm Flexion strength, while table tennis players were inferior. 2)Both badminton players and male table tennis players were superior in muscularstrength; archers, middle distance runners, male shooters, female hockey players were the next in order of the muscle strength. 3) male sprinters, male throwers, female rowers superior in vertical jump, while table tennis players were inferior. 4) Middle distance runners, sprinters, and male throwers were superior in 50m-dash and side step test, while male skaters were inferior. 5) Male swimmers, male throwers, female handball players were superior in respiratory function, while male table tennis players, male foil and sabre fencers were inferior. 6) Male skatera, male foil fencers, male fencers, male long distance runners, female fences were superior in whole body endurance. 7) Male swimmers, male Gymnastics were superior in flexibility of forward trunk flexion, while male table tennis players and male sprinters were inferior. Male shooters, male biathlon athletes, female rowers, female rowers, female badminton and tennis players were superior in backward trunk flexion, while middle distance runners and male table tennis players were inferior.

        부산타워의 경관조명 색채 변화에 따른 주관적 반응 평가

        This study aims to evaluate the exterior lighting image on Susan Tower, the most representative landmark in Susan, by research and analysis with Questionnaire surveys. It has been videoed and researched with references and field surveys in order to evaluate the subjective response. Questionnaire surveys were conducted by 88 P university students and were statistically analyzed by SPSS. The results of study are as follows: ① It is analyzed that the image of Susan Tower has been improved because of the exterior lighting, but the surveys show that its general contentment is not totally satisfied. ② The pictures shown in the surveys has been analyzed that there is no difference among them whether a picture is taken in one location or in any as long as it shows all parts of Susan Tower with the exterior lighting. ③ It is suggested that well-expressed 'beauty' is advantageous to improve its image quality and contentment. ④ Factors that shows the exterior lighting image of Susan Tower are as follows: its beauty, clearness, presentation, and familiarity.

      • 점증부하운동후 휴식 유형에 따른 혈중젖산농도의 변화

        The purpose or the this study is to explore the relationship between the excess post-exercise blood lactate during the restoration stage after an incremental loading exercise. Subjects of this study are 14 students enrolled in W University who do not exercise regularly, Seven of them were assigned to the group of dynamic resting and remaining 7 to that of static resting, From the analysis into the measurement, following conclusions could be drawn: The lactic acid concentration in blood after the incremental loading exercise show a significant difference depending on the types of resting and restoration stages(p<.01). That is, the lactic acid concentration appeared to be significantly low in the dynamic resting method compared to the static one from 15 minutes after the end of exercise(p<.01), Whereas, the dynamic resting method proved to be significantly faster in resting lactic acid in blood(46.85%) than the static one (29.87%)(p<.01). In summary, there was a significant difference of response in physiological variants depending on the types of resting after an incremental Loading exercise, Accordingly, more attention should be paid to the importance of cool down after exercise.

        홍삼류의 섭취가 비만과 혈중 지질의 상호관계에 미치는 영향

        비만은 동맥경화의 위험인자로서 혈중에 triglyceride의 농도를 종가시키고, 상대적으로 HDL-Cholesterol의 농도를 감소시킴과 동시에 수축기 혈압을 상승시킨다. 본 연구에서 홍삼제품류를 4년 또는 5년 동안 복용해 온 건강한 사람 (ginseng군)과 홍삼제품을 복용하지 않은 건강한 사람 (control군)을 대상으로 하여 신체 계측치로부터 비만지수를 구하고 이것과 혈중의 triglyceride (TG)농도, TG/HDL-Cholesterol ratio 및 수축기 혈압과의 상호관계를 연구한 바, ginseng군에서는 대조군에 비해 혈중의 TG 농도가 일정하게 유지되었고, TG/HDL-Cholesterol ratio 및 수축기 혈압도 일정하게 유지되었다. 이러한 현상은 ginseng군에서 기호품으로 alcohol을 섭취하거나, 흡연을 한 경우에도 상관없이 일정하게 유지 되었다. 이 결과는 홍삼제품류를 장기 복용하면 비만의 저하 및 고혈압 또는 동맥경화의 위험인자가 억제될 수 있고, 결론적으로 비만, 고혈압 및 동맥경화를 예방할 수 있을 것으로 추정한다. Obesity is the risk fcactor of atherosclerosis and not only increases triglyceride concentration in blood but also decreases relatively the ratio of TG to HDL-Cholesterol in blood. In case of obesity, systolic blood pressure is also increased in responding the increase of TG in blood. Index of obesity in red ginseng-taking group (ginseng group) was lower as compared with non-red ginseng-taking group (control group). The TG concentration, the ratio of triglyceride to HDL-cholesterol in blood and systolic blood pressure were decreased in the subjects of ginseng group compared with that in control group. It is inferred that long-term intake of ginseng products may help to prevent the risk of atherosclerosis and obesity.

      • PLT 절연층을 이용한 ZnS:Mn TFEL소자의 제조 및 특성

        Thin film electroluminescent(TFEL) device has been fabricated using ZnS:Mn phosphor and PLT insulator. The ZnS:Mn and PLT thin film for TFEL device was deposited by vacuum evaporation method and RF magnetron sputtering method, respectively. The TFEL device using ZnS:Mn(6000 Å) and PLT(1000 Å) thin films showed the threshold voltage of 50 Vrms at the driving frequency of 3 kHz. The brightness of TFEL device was 250 μW/cm^(2) at the applied voltage of 74 Vrms. Also the output current of TFEL device was linearly increased with applied voltage.
