        This study analzed AEMG, muscle activity duration time, peak value and work load of six high school student players, three college student players, three business team players in order to analyze Arm's EMG when they play games with two-handed backhand stroke. The instruments of measuring EMG are muscle tester ME3000p. And measured parts of muscle are the triceps brachii, biceps brachii, brachioradialis and flexor carpi radialis of body left and right arm. The following is the result according to the analysis of raw data and statistics. 1. The AEMG of trained group was higher than the untrained. In both groups AEMG of right arm was higher than left one. And AEMG of forearm was higher than upperarm. The order of high AEMG among the trained is as followed ; right biceps brachii, left brachii, right brachioradialis. Among the untrained ; right brachioradialis, left brachioradialis, biceps brachii. 2. The muscle activity duration time of the trained group was totally shorter than the untrained. In both groups muscle activity duration time of the right arm was shorter than the left one. As to trained muscle activity duration time of upperarm is shorter than the forearm. Contrarily, as to untrained muscle activity duration time forearm is shorter than the upperarm. The order of short muscle activity duration time among the trained is as followed ; right biceps brachii, triceps brachii, left flexor carpi radialis. 3. The peak value of trained group was higher than the untrained. In body groups peak value of the right arm was higher than the left one. As to the trained the peak of the upperarm is higher than the forearm. Contrarily, as to the untrained, the peak value of the forearm was higher the upperarm. The order of high peak value among the trained is as followed ; right biceps brachii, left biceps brachii, right brachioradialis. Among the untrained, right brachioradialis, left biceps brachii, brachioradialis.

        The Development of Tea Culture in China

        Since the discovery and first consumption of tea by Shen-Nong has been 5000 years when he tasted various herbs. About 3000 years ago human started to plant tea trees in China. Now, tea is spread from China into many countries around the world. Tea is the second most popular soft drink in the world, and more people are getting to know its health functions. This review introduces three parts: the first part is the history of tea, which is long and complex, spreading across multiple cultures over the span of thousands of years. The second part is the processing and classification of six kinds of Chinese teas, including green tea, black tea, Oolong tea, yellow tea, white tea and dark tea. The third part is the different tea customs in different places according to different social culture and natural environment.

      • 교육대학생들이 경험한 초등학교의 ‘좋은 수업’

        본 연구는 예비교사이면서 동시에 학습자의 입장에 있는 ‘교육대학생’들을 대상으로, 그들이 초등학교 시절에 경험한 수업을 회고, 반성(reflect)하는 방법을 통하여 ‘좋은 수업’의 특징들을 알아보고자 하였다. 또한 예비교수자라는 대상의 특수성을 살려 비판적 시각을 갖고 수업에서의 개선점을 제안해 보도록 하였다. 좋은 수업의 특징으로는 흥미유발 활동, 학생중심수업, 모둠활동, 직접체험활동, 교사의 유능함과 열성 등의 요소들을 포함하였으며, 과목별로는 사회과와 국어과의 경우 흥미유발 활동, 그리고 과학과의 경우는 모둠별 활동을 가장 큰 특징으로 꼽았다. 개선점으로는 활동중심수업에서의 학습능률저하, 다양한 학습 자료의 부족, 학생중심수업에서의 교사역할축소, 특정학생에 편중된 활동, 활동에 앞선 사전설명의 부재 등을 언급하였다. 과목별로는 사회과와 과학과 모두 활동중심수업에서 나타날 수 있는 학습능률 저하를 가장 큰 개선점으로 지적하였다. 이것은 경험에 근거한 실제적이고 구체적인 것들로서 학교현장에 몸담고 있는 교사들에게 학습자 중심의 수업을 위한 방법적 정보를 제공할 수 있을 것이다. This study is to investigate the features of "good instruction" by the method which reflects studies experienced in elementary school days of teacher's college students being a position to both preliminary teacher and learner. A "request-for-improvements for good instruction" was also investigated with a preliminary teacher's viewpoint in order to improve their instructions. The features for "good instruction" were classified in general features and subject features which sub-classified in social studies, in Korean language studies, and in science studies. The general features were obtained in interesting-evoked activity, instruction that students take the leading role, grouping activity, direct-experiencing activity, and teaching competency and passion. The subject features in social studies and Korean language studies were identified an interesting-evoked activity, and the feature in science studies was showed a grouping activity. The general request-for-improvements for good instruction were identified a drop of learning about the lesson theme, a lack of variety learning materials, a reducing of the teacher's role in instruction which students take the leading role, an activity biased to specific student, and an insufficiency of briefing before activity. And The subject's request-for- improvements for good instruction in society studies and science studies were identified an drop of learning about the lesson theme. These empirical results are expected to propose practical and embodied information for establishing methods for good instruction to a schoolmaster.

        불법다단계판매의 피해에 관한 연구 : 미시적 피해요인분석을 중심으로

        본 연구는 불법다단계판매의 금전적 피해에 영향을 미치는 요인을 미시적 측면에서 분석하고, 문제점을 도출해 냄으로써 향후 정책 방향을 위한 기초 자료로 제시함에 있다. 그리고 불법행위로 인한 피해예방에 일조할 뿐만 아니라 아직까지 미미한 불법다단계판매의 학문적 영역 발전에도 기여하는데 그 의의가 있다. 이에 따라 불법다단계판매로 인한 피해를 빈도분석을 통해 분석하였고 이를 토대로 기존 이론이나 경험적 연구들을 고찰과 비판을 통해 각 요인들을 체계적으로 분석하고자 한다. 하지만 국내외 연구는 문헌연구에 치중한 면이 있어 나름대로 전문가의 조언과 시민단체의 도움을 통해 미시적 피해요인으로 범죄행위의 학습, 친밀한 집단과의 상호작용, 애착, 관여, 참여, 신념, 손해와 이익에 대한 합리성, 법적 처벌성으로 구성하였다. 또한 각 요인들을 체계적으로 분석틀과 가설을 설정하였다. 조사방법으로는 현재 시민단체 중 불법다단계판매로 피해를 입은 단체 모임인 '서민고통신문고'의 피해자 대상으로 구조화된 설문지를 이용하여 설문을 작성하였으며 수집된 표본자료를 토대로 통계분석 기법을 활용하였다. 연구결과 친밀한 집단간의 상호작용, 관여, 참여, 신념, 법적처벌성의 요인변수가 불법다단계판매의 금전적 피해에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 법적·제도적 장치의 강화, 지속적인 피해예방시스템의 개발, 전문수사팀의 확충, 법적처벌의 강화를 통해 전 국민이 안전하고 건전한 경제생활을 영위할 수 있도록 최선의 노력을 기울여야 할 것이다. This article have derived problems the illegal multi-level marketing factors that affect the damage in terms of microscopic analysis as a basis for future policy direction are as presented. And the damage caused by illegal acts as well as contribute to the prevention. In addition to small illegal pyramid schemes to contribute to the development of the academic area has its significance. As a result of a victim of illegal pyramid schemes and factors that affect the decisions of the existing theory and empirical research based on the through discussion and critique of each factor is to analyze systematically. Microscopic study of the damage factors, criminal activity, the intimate interaction with groups, attachment, involvement, participation and belief, rationality for damages and interest was configured legal penalties. As a result of studies, social bonding(affection, involvement, participation, belief, rationality for damages and interest) and rational choice(rationality for damages and interest, legal punishment) influence to a victim of an illegal multi-level marketing. In particular, rationality for damages and interest and legal punishment was higher consequences. Therefore, the entire nation safe and to lead a healthy economic life will have to use their best efforts through the strengthening of legal and institutional mechanisms, and ongoing development of the damage prevention system, the expansion of professional investigative team measures by the government.

      • HPLC를 이용한 백삼,홍삼 및 홍삼 농죽액의 Ginsenosides 함량 분석

        Commercial White ginseng(WG), Red ginseng (RG), and Red ginseng concentrate(RGC) were analyzed for ginsenosides Rg1, Rb1, and Re by HPLC. The contents of Rg1, Rb and Re were 0.25%, 0.17%, 0.13% in WG, the contents of Rg1, Rb1, and Re were 0.11%, 0.23%, 0.12% in RG, and the contents of Rg1, Rb1, and Re were 0.7%, 0.04%, 0.42% in RGC. In Rg1, the contents were decreased in the order of RGC(O.70%)>WG (0.25%)>RG(O.11%), in Rb1, RG(O.23%)>WG(O.17%)> RGC(O.04%), in Re, RGC(0.42%)>WG(0.13%)>RG(O.12%). The total content s of Rg1, Rb1, and Re were decreased in the order of RGC(1.16%)>WG(0.55%)>RG(O.46%). Overall results demonstrated that The content of Rg1 was higher than those of Rb1 and Re in WG and RGC, while the content of Rb1 was higher than those of Rg1 and Re in RG.

      • 게이트 산화전 RCA세정 횟수에 따른 Si/SiO₂계의 절연특성에 관한 연구

        The purity of wafer surface is an essential requisite for the successful fabrication of VLSI silicon circuits. The solution used in the cleaning step of silicon wafer surfaces known as "RCA standard clean" has the volume ratios NH₄OH : H₂O₂: H₂O=1:1:5. This RCA cleaning process for bare wafer can affect the state of wafer surfaces. This can cause the degeneration of gate oxide layer. For the investigation of this problem, we measured the Dit(interface trap density) of Si/SiO₂system using the C-V method. The Dit is in the range of 0.89∼2.13×10¹¹[cm-²eV-¹]. This measure is increased proportionally to the number of cleaning times. Leakage current is in the range of 1×10-¹∼1×10(-8)[A] according to the cleaning times, especially, we notice that additional RCA cleaning increases the leakage current in the order of hundred times compared to one times cleaning under 10[V] gate voltage. The electrical breakdown field using the breakdown obtained by I-V method is in the range of 8~12[MV/cm]. This measure is decreased proportionally to the cleaning times. This increment of leakage current by additional RCA cleaning result in the 0.8% decrement of yield. Since cleaning process of before gate oxidation directly affect the device performance and reliability, we think that further investigation is necessary for the clear understanding and of cleaning process.

      • 산화전세정에 따른 표면 Microroughness 및 불량분석에 관한 연구

        The purity of wafer surface is an essential requisite for the successful fabrication of VLSI silicon circuits. In the cleaning step, the precleaning(NH₄OH/H₂O₂/H₂O) method has been used. The precleaning process for bare wafer can affect the state of wafer surfaces. It can cause the degeneration of gate oxide layer. For the investigation of this problem, we measured the microroughness of silicon wafer surface using the atomic force microscope(AFM). The microroughness is in the range of 1.1∼1.6Å. The result is increased proportionally to the number of cleaning times. This problem by additional precleaning distributed to edge in the wafer. To avoid th yield drop due to the microroughness, we suggest that the content ratio of precleaning solution is to be at 0.2:1:10 and the cool DI water rinsing should be followed after cleaning step. However, additional cleaning process should be applied carefully to avoid failure even in the optimized precleaning process.

        Very large PPC effect(σ_ppc/σ_A=10^5) in doping-modulated npnp a-Si: H superlattices could be obtained. B and P atoms, respectively, diffuse and so some parts compensated. Therefore, annealing activation energy of E_a=0.67eV is larger than one of reference n-type sample of E_a=0.26eV and annealing dark conductivity of σ_A=4×10^-[ohm cm]^-1 is lower than that of n-type reference sample of σ_A=2×10 exp (4)[ohm cm]^-1. From this results, very large PPC relatively have obtained. In this paper, we have observed that PPC effect depends on temperature and exposure time. On the basis of the experimental results, we discuss the existing models.
