This is a study of the electro sensitive traffic system which uses sensors to both extend the cycle if there are many vehicles waiting at a stop light, and reduces it, if there are only a few. It was determined that each vehicle which passes through the loop detector neither is the same length, nor weighs the same, nor is going the same speed. Therefore, the conventional traffic control method is an inadequate measure of traffic volume and can cause delays and increaes waiting time. This paper proposes the optimal traffic cycle using fuzzy control as a system which will reduce vehicle waiting time and will improve the average speed a vehicle travels.

On sealing glass for Joining with the ceramic substrate of which the coefficient of thermal(C.T.E) expansion is ??, the properties of sealing glass due to change the content and particle size of filler were studyed. Mother glass used PbO-B₂= 3 system glass and Ceramic filler used cordierite that have low dielectric constance and C.T.E. of ?? Optimum content of filler cordierite for matching C.T.E. withe ceramic substrate is 15 ∼ 17 wt.% and MOR in maximum at 15 wt.%. Sealing glass which prepared with coarse filler in average particle size have a good flowbility, but have a poor resistance to acid and high dielectric contance. The particle size range of cordierite in optimum properties is 270 - 400 mesh.

Dentinogenesis imperfecta is an inherited disorder of dentin formation, usually exhibiting an autosomal dominant mode of transmission. Type Ⅰdentinogenesis imperfects occurs in Patients afflicted with osteogenesis imperfecta. Type Ⅱdentinogenesis imperfecta is not associated with osteogenesis imperfects. Type Ⅲ dentinogenesis imperfecta (Brandywine type) occurs in a racial isolate area in the state of Maryland. For the proposal of Microcystis aeruginosa control technique by coagulants, removal effects of coagulants were carried out using isolated strain and collected water bloom of M. aeruginosa on Downstream of the Nakdong River. Both of purified and field-collected M. aeruginosa were entirely sedimented by the addition of the coagulant Ceramic-Zeolite type Co 100 (1.5 mg/l) within 24 hr, but Yellow loess (10 mg/l) was less effective for the removal of M. aeruginosa within 24hr. Thus it was concluded that Ceramic-Zeolite type Co 100 was the most effective coagulant.

Long periods of stress and depression can cause heart disease, brain disease, and high blood pressure. However, regardless of the advancements in modern medicine, stroke patients face difficulties without special medicines or treatments. A computer simulation is conducted to predict stroke risk factors using a magnetoplethysmogram equipped with a magnetic sensing Hall device to analyze radial artery pulses. We use logistic regression analysis to determine the vacuous pulse from the clinical data of 60 patients with deficiency syndrome and perform a computer simulation to determine stroke and early stage diseases using a TensorFlowbased open source. Additionally, computer simulations using brachycardia diagnostic cluster analysis and fuzzy inference, which are used in oriental medicine, are conducted to improve the prediction rate of stroke by more than 10%.

A portable clip-type pulsimeter equipped with a magnetic sensing Hall device has been developed to raise the accuracy of oriental disease diagnosis and therapy by convergence of magnetism and oriental medicine. To improve accuracy and reliability of conventional pulsimeter due to subjective analysis of the pulse wave and measuring position dependency of the arterial pulse sensor, the fuzzy algorithm was applied to analyze the strong- and weak-pulse wave symptom. Optimal time for electronic acupuncture was calculated using fuzzy rules and interference were drawn from objective data in view of pre-treatment. Moreover, the electrical characteristics of the pain parts that respond to acupuncture point were applied in view of post-treatment to propose the scientific pulse wave algorithm and simulation experiment.
