The purpose of this study is to ponder on Su-Un's image in Yong Dam- You-Sa. Because Yong-Dam-You-Sa is the kind of literary work, Ka-sa (歌辭), the persona in it isn't considered Su-Un himself, its author. But no one also deny its persona can be considered Su-Un because of the li- terary speciality of Ka-sa. This study, therefore, divides Su-Un's life into several parts firstly and analyzes some sections of Yong-Dam-You-Sa applied to each of them afterwards and makes clear his image ultimately. His life can be devided by the two phrases roughly. The first is the aspect before the spiritual awakening and the second the one after that. He looked into the customs through going around the country before the spiritual awakening and sought after truth in order to deliver the troublous world. He attained the awakrning in April, 1860 and then began to work for the enlightment of the public. Su-Un inspired the public with such modern thought of equality as Si-Chun-Ju (侍天主; the thought that each one of all mankind has the god in himself) and inspired them with elitism. Consequently, those thoughts raised their hopes so much and became the spiritual essence to overcome the national crisis. According to those aspects, Su-Un is considered a modern master rather than a hero of the puble.

Résumé La notion de schéma et l'analyse linguistique Sok-Man YOON La notion de schéma ou de schéme (en anglais 'schema') développée notamment dans la Gestaltthéorie pour rendre compte des mécanismes de la cognition humaine a aujourd'hui un impact trés important sur l'analyse linguistique. Elle est un concept central dans la linguistique cognitive d'origine américaine qui gagne aujourd'hui de plus en plus le terrain. D'autre part, du côté francais sinon européen, depuis plus de quarante ans déjá, le linguiste francais B.Pottier - tout aussi et sans doute plus la méme notion dans ses analyses linguistiques et va jusqu'á présenter une typologie des schémes d'événement. Dans cet article, nous essayons de caractériser la notion plus précisément comme unité de représentation mentale et d'examiner dans les grandes linges comment elle est exploitée dans deux courants linguistiques ci-dessus mentionnés.
망막아세포종 세포주(Y-79)의 Arylalkylamine N-acetyltransferase 활성에 미치는 Dopamine의 영향

The arylalkylamine N-acetyltransferase(AA-NAT, EC 2.3.1.87) in vertebral pineal gland and retina is rate-limiting enzyme in the pathway of biosynthesis of melatonin. AA-NAT activities are remarkably increased during night with 10-150 folds. Neurohormone melatonin is thought to play roles in a broad range of physiological functions in human, primarily through effects on the biological clock in the suprachiasmatic nucleus of the hypothalamus, This rhythm reflects large changes in the activities of AA-NAT. So the important regulatory role of AA-NAT has made it central interest in research on melatonin biochemistry and neurochemical signal transduction. The neurotransmitter that regulates the AA-NAT activities is norepinephrine, which acts through a cyclic AMP mechanism. The effect of dopamine on AA-NAT in human retinoblastoma Y-79 cells was studied. the obtained results are as follows; AA-NAT activities in Y-79 cells were increased by cyclic AMP, and dopamine inhibited the AA-NAT activities stimulated by forskolin. The pattern of inhibition of dopamine on the AA-NAT activities in Y-79 cells was time and concentration dependent. The results suggest that dopamine participates in the regulation of the AA-NAT activities through the inhibitory mechanism in the human pineal and retinal tissues.

Bone histomorphometry have become important in the diagnosis and management of metabolic bone diseases. The author had studied about outpatient technique for obtaining transiliac bone biopsy specimens under the directorship of the professor Lorraine A. Fitzpatrick at the Mayo Clinic located in Rochester, Minnesota, USA. Bone biopsy would provide accurate and enough information about bone metabolism, thus improving the patient care and research development.
Nitrofurazone의 光分解에 關한 硏究(第一報)

The photodecomposition mechanism of nitrofurazone was investigated in several solvent systmes such as water, methanol and ethanol solution. On irradiation with light, the pH of nitrofurazone solution was changed with releasing of protons from nitrofurazone, primarily, and photodecomposition is followed to produce a new product having absorption maximum at 210nm finally. It seemed, however, that the photodecomposition process may be varied depending on various solvent systems. In the case of ethanol and acidic methanol system, new reversible and transitional states were appeared at 430nm and 530nm, and these absorption peaks were diminished gradually. RNA and uracil facilitated the decomposition of nitrofurazone. It suggested that the nucleotide can react with thes photodecompositional intermediates of nitrofurazone to occur the cutaneous responses.

In this study, we can give full play to the applicable use's abilities because we are understanding the strengths and weaknesses of GIS database modeling methods and the purpose of this study is to realize a road metadata and to have a efficiency urban foundation facility database through a modeling for road facility database that is related to a city gas, telecommunication, electric agency etc.
