      • 만성골반통의 동서의학적 고찰 : 부인과 질환으로 중심으로

        The purpose of this study was to generalize the conception of chronic pelvic pain(CPP)through the literature of oriental medicine and occidental medicine. The results are obtained as follows. First, chronic pelvic pain(pain of more than 6 months' duration) may include pain of gynecologic, gastroenterologic, urologic neurologic, and musculoskejetal origin. In this study, the etiologic of chronic pelvic pain may remain obscure and the relationship between certain types of pathologic, such as endometriosis or adhesions, and the pain response may be inconsistent and often inexplicable. Second, the causes of CPP through the literature of oriental medicine were reviewed as pains due to a wind-pathogen, a cold, disorder of Qi, disorder of blood stasis, a improper diet, disorder of fluid, and deficiency type etc... And the charateristic pains were concerned with a aching pain, a heavy pain, a distending pain, a pain due to mass in the abdoman, a pain likes pulling etc... The degree an4 classification of charateristic pains in current of time were dependent on subjective factors. Third, in oriental medicine, it wasn`t to be suggested concretely recognition of etiological factor in pain, But they recognised that facters were influenced by pain. For example, diretic peripheral demages were concerned with a blood stasis, a phlegm, a damp phlegm, heart, and the pains that were occurrenced by sevn emotions were concerned with a stagnancy of Qi or a stagnancy of liver-Qi.

        Recently, There have been many attempts to optimize energy usage in buildings and houses using Information Technology(IT) and the typical implementation can be found in Intelligent Building and Zero Energy Building. These kinds of buildings need to forecast the building loads, estimate the capacity requirement for power supply, and decide the capacity of the main transformer of the building. Currently, the capacity of the main transformer has been decided just using typical load estimation method not considering the load characteristics and patterns. In this paper, we propose a new load estimation method considering the load characteristics and patterns of the builiding. The proposed method was applied to actual mail center and verified the feasibility of application to actual design of buildings.

      • 합성T형의 비틀림해석

        For the design of curved composite T-girder bridges, the torsion analysis is essential. In general. the concrete slab of this type of bridges is connected with the upper flange of steel plate girder by the shear connectors and they behave as a unit against external loads. In the torsion analysis of the composite T-girder bridges the concrete slab is usually assumed as a thin-walled member. But the area of concrete slab section is much larger than the cross sectional area of the flange. Therefore, analytical and experimental investigations on the torsional behavior of the cross section is an important field of further research. In this paper, the analytical torsion analysis is presented, and in the analysis the concrete slab is assumed as a solid member, and the corner effect of membrane of the cross section is taken into account for the formulation of torsion constant. By the application of four different methods the torsion constants, twisting angles, and normal stresses at the bottom flange tip due to torsional moment are evaluated and the graphical form of results for the illustrated structure for comparrison is also presented. The twisting angle and normal stress at the flange tip of composite T-girder section which is assumed as a solid member are always larger than the results obtained by other methods. But the differences are not significant(less than 7%) when the slab to flange width and slab to flange thickness ratios are larger than ten.

      • 최근 10년간 원광의대병원에서 시행한 소아 심장혈관 수술의 임상적 고찰

        We reviewed 10 years experiences of the clinical aspects and early postoperative results in 544 pediatric patients(age less than 16 years old). Among them. 529 cases had the congenital heart diseases, and 15 had the acquired diseases. Open heart surgery was performed in 413 patients. 115 cases were treated with non-open heart surgery. 16 with interventional catheterization. Annual increase of the cardiac patients was not significant in recent 10 years, except slight increase in 1994. The mean age of the study patients had been evidently changed to younger year by year. Total mortality rate of the open heart surgery was 6.4%. The cyanotic congenital heart diseases were high in early postoperative mortality by 25.7%, whereas 4% in acyanotic group. The age group less than one month was most highest in surgical mortality(66.7%). There were no deaths in patients with patent ductus arteriosus(103 cases), atrial septal defect(83 cases) or pulmonary stenosis(17 cases). Among 220 patients with ventricular septal defects(VSD). 10(4.5%) were died early postoperatively. In cyanotic group, the patients with pulmonary atresia with ventricular septal defects(PAVSD), transposition of the great arteries(TGA), interrupted aortic arch(IAA), complex cardiac anomalies with isomerism seemed to be most susceptible to an early death.

        The composition and the microstructure of the Ag-Cu alloy electrodeposits electroplated in Succinimide bath were investigated varying the electrolysis conditions such as bath composition, current density and additive agents etc. The cathode overpotential increased with the increase of Succinimide concentration and current density ratio in the bath. The Ag content of the alloy deposits decreased with the increase of current density and pH and temperature in the bath. The optimum condition for 78wt.%Ag-22wt.%Cu code position alloy is an follows : pH10(adjusted by NH_4OH), 0.03M AgNO_3, 0.27M Cu(NO_3)_2 3H_2O, 0.5M Succinimide in bath and 3.5A/dm^2∼5.5A/dm^2 current density.

        In the construction industries of many developed countries, the fiber reinforced plastic thin walled structural shapes have been investigated theoretically and experimentally to develop the effective design methods in addition to the feasibility study of using this material as alternatives of conventional construction materials due to its many attractive mechanical properties. In this paper the determination methods of the design strength of glass fiber reinforced plastic thin walled structural shapes under concentric axial compression are presented by extending the existing equations for the buckling analysis of structural shapes composed of isotropic plate components. In the derivation of equations for the flexural, torsional, flexural-torsional, and flange and web local buckling stress the material was assumed to be an orthotropic and the orthotropic material properties were taken into account. In addition, the effect of Poisson's ratio on the buckling strength of fiber reinforced plastic thin walled structural shapes was investigated to find whether it is negligible for the buckling analysis of the material in which the effect was usually neglected for the isotropic structural shapes. If the effect of Poisson's ratio is neglected, approximately 4.6% lower buckling loads were obtained and this leads to a conservative section design.

      • 韓國産 미꾸리에 關한 育種·繁殖學的 硏究 : Ⅴ. Ultrastructures Changes of Pituitary Gland and Testes in Male Loach Ⅴ. 미꾸리 수컷의 腦下垂體와 精巢의 微細構造

        본 연구는 1992년 3월부터 5월까지 자연채광 상태의 건국대학교 양어실습장에서 사육중인 한국산 미꾸리 수컷(Misgurnus anguillicaudatus)의 뇌하수체와 정소의 조직형태학적 변화를 이해하기 위해서 실시되었다. 미성숙 시기인 3월의 뇌하수체와 정소의 미세구조와 5월경의 성숙단계인 각 조직간의 발달상황을 비교 분석하기 위해서 광학 및 투과형 전자현미경을 이용하였다. 뇌하수체의 성선자극 호르몬이 분비되는 부위(GTH)의 발달은 정소의 주기적인 발달단계와 대체로 일치한다. 성성숙 지수(GSI)는 4월부터 5월에 이르는 시기에 증가하다가 정자세포와 정자의 수가 증가되는 5월에 가장 높게 나타났다. 하나의 小葉 속에 발달단계가 다른 nest가 들어있더라도 같은 정자형성 단계에 속한다. 미성숙 단계에서는 이형염색질이 분산되어 있다가 성숙 단계에서는 핵이 진하고 균질한 상태로서 존재한다. 핵막은 분화초기에 나타난다. 제1차 정모세포에는 15개 이상의 작은 미토콘드리아가 두부의 세포질 주변에 있다가 발달함에 따라 2개의 커다란 미토콘드리아로 변화되면서 한쪽으로 튀어나온 부위 주변에 위치하게 된다. 정자 중편부의 주위에는 미토콘드리아초와 외측 섬유소로 둘러싸여져 있다. This study was undertaken to understand the histomorphological changes of pituitary gland and testis of Korea loach(Misgurnus anguillicaudatus) under natural circumstances from March to May 1992. Sexual maturation was studied on 50 males Korean loach(Misgurnus anguillicaudatus). The results obtained in this study were as follows: The ultrastructures of the gonadotrophs largely parallel the cyclical changes in the testes. Gonadosomatic indices(GSI) increased from April to May, and showed the peak in May, coinciding with the increase of spermatids and spermatozoa in male. Each nest of cells belongs to one spermatogenetic stage, although nests at different stages can be found within the one lobule. At first heterochromatin is dispersed and then is condensed. In mature gamete, the nucleus is dense and homogeneous. The nuclear membrane appeared at the beginning of differentiation. In the primary spermatocytes, the small mitochondria are abundant over the outer cytoplasm. In the latter, the two large mitochondria are located over the cytoplasm. During cell differentiation, the cytoplasm decrease and the nucleus increases. Sperm mitochondria are assembled into an organized sheath surrounding the outer dense fibres and axoneme of the flagellar midpiece.

        상아질 결합제가 컴포머의 불소유리에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

        본 연구의 목적은 와동 충전시 충전재와 지질 사이에 개재되는 상아질 결합제가, 수복물에서 유리되는 불소가 와동 벽으로 침투하는 과정에 어떠한 영향을 주는지를 조사함이었고, 부가적으로 레진 강화형-글라스 아이오노머 시멘트의 접착에도 상아질 결합제를 도포하는 것이 체질과의 결합력을 강화시킬 수 있는지에 대해 평가하고자 하였다. Fuji II LCR와 Dyract APR를 선정하여 상아질 결합제의 도포 여부에 따른 불소 유리량 측정과 전단 결합 강도도를 비교분석하였으며, 치질 내로의 불소 침투 양상은 교환 시기에 있는 재2유구지에 Fuji II LCR와 Dyract APR를 충전하고 3주내에 발거하여 EPMA필 분석하였다. 상아질 결합제는 불소 유리량을 현저하게 감소시키는 것으로 나타났으며(p<0.05) Fuji II LCR의 경우 상아질 결합제의 도포가 결합강도를 증가시키지 못하였다. EPMA분석결과 상아질 결합제는 충전재로부터 유리되어 나오는 불소가 치질 내로 확산되는 것을 방해하는 것으로 확인되었다. It is well known that glass-ionomer cement and compomer can release fluoride which can inhibit the progresion of dental caries. The purposes of thins study were to evaluate whether the fluoride from fluoride-containing ailing materials can penetrate the dentin bonding adhesive and the dentin bonding adhesive can increase the bond strength of resin-modified glass lonomer. The amount of fluoride release from resin-modified glass lonomer and compomer was measured during 28 days of period find statistically analyzed by t-test. The bond strength of each material with/without dentin bonding adhesive was measured and also statistically analyzed by t-test. The distribution of fluoride from each material into the tooth was explored by electron probe microanalysis system (EPMA). The expenmental teeth used were second primary molars about to exfoliate. The amount of fluoride from each material was diminished by dentin bonding adhesive during 28 days(p<0.05) and the bond strength was not increased by dentin adhesive in resin-modified glass ionomer. The bond strength of group VI was not detectable. The distribution of fluoride from earth material into teeth was according to dentino-enamel junction and dispersed into pulp from pulpal floor. The widest distribution was shown in resin-modified glass ionomer cement filled without the application of dentin bonding adhesive.

      • 한인진 추출물의 간장보호 작용에 관한 연구

        The dose-response effect of polysaccharide extracts(PS-1) from Artemisia iwayomogi was investigated under various hepatic disease models. Silymarin, DDB and UDCA were used as reference compounds. We found that the maximal effective dose of PS-1 was 100 ㎎/㎏ b.wt. in CCl_4-induced hepatotoxicity, D-galactosamine-induced hepatitis, in ANIT-induced cholestasis and 300 ㎎/㎏ b.wt. in CCl_4-induced chronic liver disease, 30 ㎎/㎏ b.wt. in chronic bile duct ligation and chronic ethanol fatty liver. These findings suggest that PS-1 fraction protects the hepatocyte against various hepatic injuries, and this fracton might be of therapeutic value.

      • High Impact Polystyrene의 難燃化와 그 熱安定性에 關한 硏究

        High Impact Polystyerne(HIPS)의 難燃化를 爲하여 세 種類의 Bronine 系 難燃劑를 ASTM-D 635 에 依해 試驗하여 難燃劑 單獨으로 쓸 때의 要求量을 求하였고, 相乘效果劑 Sb₂O₃를 添加했을 때의 難燃劑/Sb₂O₃ 比率을 決定하였다. 또 HIPS의 難燃化에 따르는 熱安定性 實驗을 하여 各 難燃劑에 對해서 가장 좋은 安定劑의 種類 및 濃度를 求하고, 安定劑 등 難燃劑 以外의 成分이 混合될 때에 그것들이 難燃性에 미치는 影響을 檢討하였다. Three kinds of Bromine type Fire-retardants were tested in the High Impact Polystyrene(HIPS) by ASTM-D-635. The amount of each fire-retardant was given when the fire-retardant was used only, and used with the synergist antimony trimony trioxide. And the thermal stability of flame-retardant HIPS was tested when various stabilizers were added. The effect of additives other than fire-retardant and synergist on the flammability of flame-retardant HIPS was discussed.
