        血漿 Chlorpromazine濃度와 그 臨床的 意義

        Plasma chlorpromazine level and some aspects of the clinical significane were studied with 20 schizophrenics. The results were as follows; The (so-called) steady state of plasma chlorpromanzine level was arrived at about 12th day of the drug administration in a dose of 300mg/day on a fixed maintenane regimen. Thereafter the level tended to decline slightly. After arriving at the steady state, a significant positive correlation was observed between the plasma level and the dose of the drug, both in intra-and interpatient comparisons (r=+0.5855, p<0.025). On a fixed chlopromazine dosage, the plasma levels showed marked interpatient differences both before and after the initial day of the steady state, though the differences were more marked before the period of steady state. No significant positive correlation could be identified between the plasma level and the drug side reaction, though 78% of the observed side reactions were positively related with the plasma level of 1.5 mcg/ml or above. And again, significant positive correlation was not observed between the plasma level and the clinical improvement. So-called 'therapeutic window' was considerably wide ranging between 0.5 to 2.45 mcg/ml of the plasma level.

        야뇨증 환아들의 심리사회적 특성에 대한 다기관 연구 : 행동 및 정서 문제를 중심으로

        Objectives : The aim of this study was to examine the behavioral and emotional problems associated with nocturnal enuresis in Korean children. Methods : Three hundred eighteen children with nocturnal enuresis, together with their parents, completed the Child Behavior Checklist (CBCL), Disruptive Behavior Disorder Scale according to DSM-IV (DBDS), Children's Depression Inventory (CDI), State-Trait Anxiety Inventory for Children (STAIC), and Piers-Harris Children's Self-Concept Scale (PHCSC). Ninety-three normal students were selected as the control group. Results : Compared to the normal control group, the mean scores with regard to the withdrawn, social problems, attention problems, delinquent behavior, aggressive behavior, externalizing problems and total problems profiles were significantly higher in the nocturnal enuresis group according to the CBCL results. The nocturnal enuresis group also scored significantly higher in the ADHD and ODD profiles of the DBDS. The nocturnal enuresis group was more depressed and anxious than the control group according to the results of the CDI and STAI. The mean score of the PHCSC was significantly lower in the nocturnal enuresis group when compared to the normal control group. Conclusion : The results of this study suggest that children with nocturnal enuresis in Korea have clinically relevant behavioral and emotional problems. The findings support the link between nocturnal enuresis and psychopathology in Korean children.

        Analysis of Traffic Noise for Single and Double Layered Porous Pavement with SPB Method -National Route 1, Sejong-Si Section-

        최근 도로 교통소음 대책으로 다공성포장이 새로운 대안으로 주목받고 있다. 다공성포장은 아스팔트 혼합물 속에 세립자의 비율을 줄여서 여러 개의 공극을 형성하게 하는 포장을 말한다. 이 공극으로 물이 배수되게 하여 교통사고를 줄이고 타이어 노면의 마찰 소음을 줄여주는 역할을 하게 된다. 저소음포장이 일반적으로 활발히 적용되기 위해서는 소음저감 효과에 대한 많은 검증이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 단층 저소음포장과 복층 저소음포장의 소음저감 효과를 분석하기 위해서 수행되었다. 먼저 단틍 저소음포장과 복층 저소음포장이 시공되어 있는 세종구간을 선정하고 도로변에서 도로교통 소음을 측정하는 방식인 SPB방법으로 교통소음을 측정하였다. 교통영향요소로는 교통량, 속도 그리고 중차량 혼입률을 측정하였다. 측정결과, 복층저소음포장이 단층저소음포장보다 평균 7.95dB(A) 작게 평가되었다. 95% 신뢰도 수준에서는 7.57dB(A) 작게 평가되었다. 도로교통 소음에 미치는 영향요소로는 속도나 대형차 혼입률 보다는 교통량이 가장 크게 영향을 미쳤다. 교통량이 증가할수록 소음은 모두 증가했지만 두 포장 사이의 소음차이는 점차 감소하였다. 도로교통소음에 영향을 미치는 요소로는 교통요소보다 도로포장의 차이가 가장 크게 나타났다. 본 연구를 통해서 도로교통 소음을 줄이기 위한 대책으로 교통속도를 줄이거나 중차량의 통행을 제한하거나 교통량을 줄이는 것보다 도로포장을 바꾸는 것이 가장 효과적인 방법임을 알았다. 이를 검증하고 정량화하기 위한 광범위한 연구가 필요하다. Porous pavement (PP) has attracted attention as a new alternative measure against road traffic noise. PP refers to pavement that reduces the fines in the asphalt mixture to form voids. These voids can reduce traffic accidents and friction noise. For active application, verification of the noise reduction effect is required. In this study, the noise reduction of single-layer PP(SLPP) and double layer PP(DLPP) was analyzed. First, the Sejong section was selected, and traffic noise was measured using the SPB method on the roadside. The traffic volume, speed, and mixing ratio of large vehicles were measured. As a result, the DLPP was evaluated to be 7.95 dB(A) smaller on average and 7.57dB(A) smaller at the 95% reliability level than the SLPP. The traffic volume was more influential than the speed and the mixing rate of large vehicles. As the traffic volume increased, the noise increased, but the difference in noise between the two pavements decreased gradually. The results showed that the most effective way to reduce road traffic noise is to change the road pavement rather than reduce traffic speed, restrict traffic for heavy vehicles, or reduce traffic volume.

        한국인에서 Adult Onset Still`s Disease의 임상상과 예후 인자에 관한 연구

        Objective: This study was undertaken to review the disease course, clinical and laboratory manifestations, prognosis and treatment of adult onset Still`s disease (AOSD) in Korea. Methods: Thirty-two patients with AOSD were enrolled from 1986 to 1997 in Hanyang University Hospital. Diagnosis of AOSD was based on the criteria proposed by Yamaguchi. We classified the disease course into self-limited, intermittent, or chronic disease course. Results: Twenty-four (75%) patients were female. Skin rash occurred in 28 (88%) patients, lymphadenopathy in 8 (25%), hepatomegaly in 4 (13%), and pericarditis in 2 (6%) out of 32 patients. The most commonly affected joints were knee joints (88%). Elevated LDH was seen in 18 (60%) patients and decreased CK in 17 (61%) patients. Rheumatoid factor was detected in 4 (13%) patients and ANA in 12(38%) patients. Anemia (Hb<10 g/dL) was seen in 13 (41%) patients and hypoalbuminemia (<3.5 g/dL) in 14 (52%) patients. Elevated ferritin (≥300 ng/mL) level was seen in 23 (79%) patients. Twenty-five (78%) patients had elevated serum transaminase. Bone marrow studies were performed in 16 patients. Nine out of 16 patients showed hyperplasia of the myeloid series and 2 patients displayed the features of a hemophagocytic syndrome. The mean duration of follow up of 32 patients was 32 months (range 3-108). Eight (27%) patients had a self-limited, 9 (30%) an intermittent, and 13 (43%) a chronic disease course. The hypoalbuminemia was significantly associated with an intermittent or chronic disease group(p<0.05). Thirty-two patients received systemic corticosteroids and 21 patients received single or combination of disease modifying antirheumatic drugs. Conclusion: We found that hypoalbuminemia at presentation was significantly associated with an unfavorable outcome, intermittent or chronic disease group. The clinical manifestations and disease course of AOSD in Korea were similar to those previously reported in other countries except significantly lower incidence of lymphadenopathy, hepatomegaly, and pericarditis.

        TBM터널 세그먼트라이닝의 내구성 및 안전성에 주요한 인자는 배면 그라우팅의 상태이다. 복철근으로 시공된 세그먼트을 투과하여 배면상태를 분석할 수 있는 GPR과 MIRA를 적용하여 현장 사용성을 검토하였다. 연속된 측선의 신속한 적용은 GPR이 유리하며 전자기파 산란의 제약을 보완하기 위해 MIRA 분석결과로 보정하면 보다 효과적인 배면상태 평가가 가능하다. 향후, 공기, 물, 채움 그라우트, 지반 등의 경계조건을 검토하여 보다 체계적인 배면그라우트 평가절차를 마련할 예정이다.

        학생들이 경험하는 체육수업 재미가 교과 흥미도에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to examine the perception of students on the enjoyment experienced in a physical education class and on the degree of interest in the subject. It was also to analyze the influence of the enjoyment experience in a physical education class on the degree of interest in the subject. To achieve such goals of the study, 400 middle and high school students in Gyeonggi-do were selected as the subject of the study based on a convenient sampling method. The collected data from the 381 questionnaires was processed by One-way ANOVA of the statistics program, SPSS Version 14.0, and multiple regression analysis. The result of the analysis is as follows. First, a statistically significant difference was found in the enjoyment of the physical education class regarding all sub-elements among groups, depending on the individual characteristics of the students such as gender and academic grade. However no significant difference was found in the element of 'interaction with friends' depending on gender. Second, the perception of the interest in the subject was found relatively positive and high depending on the individual characteristics of the students such as gender and academic grade. A statistically significant difference was found in all sub-elements among groups. Third, the enjoyment experienced by the students in the physical education class had a statistically significant influence on the degree of their interest in the subject, whereas two sub-elements, 'interaction with friends,' 'competition and tournament,' had no significant influence.

        CFD를 이용한 교실의 CO₂ 농도 변화에 관한 연구

        In this study, a computational simulation was conducted to verify the CO2 concentration according to the installation of ventilation system in classrooms in case of cooling mode. The simple model was validated to evaluate the accuracy of program prior to the simulation, from which the following conclusions were drawn. The mean concentration of CO₂ was found to decrease as the number of ventilation diffusers increases. At the breathing height, the difference of CO₂ mean concentration decreased by approximately 25ppm when the number of ventilation diffusers increased from 2 to 4, whereas the difference was about 10ppm when the number of ventilation diffusers increased from 4 to 8. This suggests that the reduction effect of the CO₂ concentration was more efficient when the number of ventilation diffusers were 4 in case of this model. If there was no air flow in a classroom, the CO₂ concentration increased down to the floor but the air flow was formed by the ventilation system it didn't like that.

        Analysis of Noise Characteristics of Double and Single-layered Porous Pavement with CPX Method -National Route 1, Sejong-Si Section-

        도로교통 소음은 주요 민원의 대상이 되고 있다. 다공성 포장은 도로교통 소음에 효과적인 방안으로 제안되었지만 정량적인 평가의 부족으로 인해 많이 적용되지는 않았다. 본 연구에서는 단층 다공성 포장과 복층 다공성 포장의 소음저감 성능을 평가하였다. 소음은 CPX 방법으로 측정되었으며, 주행 속도는 50km/h부터 80km/h까지 10km/h마다 측정하였다. 분석을 통해 복층 다공성 포장과 단층 다공성 포장의 소음 수준은 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 나타내었다. 도로포장 소음수준은 포장 유형에 관계없이 주행 속도에 비례했으며, 주행 속도는 두 포장의 소음 차이에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 복층 다공성 포장은 단층 다공성 포장에 비해 평균 6.6dB (A), 95% 신뢰수준에서 6.3dB(A) 감소하는 것으로 나타났다. 도로교통 소음을 5dB(A) 저감한다는 것은 교통량을 1/3로 줄이거나 차량의 속도를 1/2로 낮추는 것에 상당한다. 감각적으로도 3dB(A)의 차이에서 변화의 인지가 가능하고 5dB(A)의 차이에서는 명확한 변화인지가 가능하다. 일반포장에 비해 3dB(A)의 교통소음을 저감하는 단층 다공성 포장보다도 6dB(A)이상을 추가로 저감하는 복층 다공성 포장은 교통소음 저감에 매우 효과적인 공법이다. Road traffic noise is a major complaint. Porous pavement (PP) has been proposed as an effective method for reducing road traffic noise, but it has not been applied much due to the lack of quantitative evaluation. In this study, the noise reduction of single-layer porous pavement (SLPP) and double-layer porous pavement (DLPP) was evaluated. The noise was measured using the CPX method, and the driving speed was measured every 10km/h from 50km/h to 80km/h. The differences in noise level between the two PPs were statistically significant. The driving speed had no significant effect on the difference in noise between the two PPs. The DLPP showed a 6.6dB(A) reduction in average and a 6.3dB(A) reduction at the 95% confidence level compared to the SLPP. Reducing noise by 5dB(A) is equivalent to reducing traffic to 1/3 or lowering the vehicle"s speed to 1/2. Sensitively, it is possible to recognize a 3dB(A) and 5dB(A) difference. The DLPP and SLPP were very effective in reducing traffic noise.
