ATM(Asynchronous Transfer Mode) is a transmission technique for the B-lSDN(Broadband Integrated Service Digital Network). Congestion problems are unavoidable in the ATM networks, since various traffic typos coexist in the networks. The preventive congestion control algorithm is widely used for the real time traffics such as voice and video. The reactive congestion control algorithm works well for the non-real time traffic within a short distance. A mixed traffic control algorithm is proposed, which works either preventively or reactively based on traffic types. The proposed algorithm sets a high and low threshold value at the output buffers and modifies the EPRCA(Enhanced Proportion Rate Control Algorithm) to control loss-sensitive cells. Delay-sensitive cells are handled by the priority control and the UPC(Usage Parameter Control) algorithm. The performance analysis shows that the proposed traffic control algorithm works well for both the VBR(Variab1e Bit Rate) and ABR(Available Bit Rate) traffic with small buffers

교실에서의 성 정체성 형성은 대단한 복잡하다. 교실에서의 성 정체성 형성을 하나의 원리로 설명하기는 어려우며 다양한 형성과정과 규칙들이 혼재되어 있다고 하였다. 더불어 젠더의 문제는 사회에서 살아가기 위한 투쟁의 과정이다. 본 연구에서는 젠더 형성을 사회적, 역사적, 문화적으로 접근하여 교실에서의 성 정체성 형성의 복잡성과 역동성을 이해하기 위하여 Blaise(2005), Dillabough, J. (2000). Bourdieu, P. (2001). Davies, B. (1993)의 연구들을 살펴보았다. 이들의 연구는 후기구조주의 교육철학의 맥락 속에서 유아의 성 정체성을 고찰한 연구들로서 이를 고찰함으로써 젠더 형성의 권력성, 주관성 등을 살펴보았다. 특히나 대부분 여성 교사로 이루어진 유아교실에서 남아들이 오히려 역차별 되는 가능성에 초점을 두면서 유아교실에서의 남아들의 남성성에 대해서도 함께 논의하였다. It's not easy for the understanding of gender identity which is very complicated and there are many rules and aspects. Children are struggled to get their gender identity. This study is to review of some studies which are Blaise (2005), Dillabough, J. (2000). Bourdieu, P. (2001). Davies, B. (1993) in the post-modern paradigm to get the framework of understanding of gender identity in Kindergarten classroom.

BZO (ZnO:B) thin films were grown by low pressure metal-organic chemical vapor deposition (LP-MOCVD) using diethylzinc (DEZ), and H2O as reactant gases and diborane (B2H6) as an n-type dopant gas. Boron and hydrogen were used as a co-dopant and post treatment using hydrogen plasma was performed in oder to boost the effect of co-doping. The structural and electrical of BZO thin films at different H₂ O/DEZ ratio were investigated. At the optimized conditions, low resistivity (1.69?10-3 Ω㎝) and sheet resistance (58 Ω/□) were obtained for the thickness of ~300 ㎚ BZO thin films deposited on glass substrate at the temperature of 453 K and processing pressure of 0.5 Torr. With the application of BZO thin films as transparent conductive oxide (TCO) in hetero-junction intrinsic thin layer (HIT) solar cell, the conversion efficiency was comparable to or higher than the commercialized ITO thin films.

<P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P><B>Ethnopharmacological relevance</B></P> <P> <I>Banha-sasim-tang</I> (BST; <I>Hange-shashin-to</I> in Kampo medicine; <I>Banxia xiexin tang</I> in traditional Chinese medicine) is a traditional Chinese harbal medicine that has been commonly used for gastrointestinal disorders.</P> <P><B>Aim of the study</B></P> <P>To investigate the pharmacological effects of BST, a standardized herbal drug, on main symptoms of functional dyspepsia including delayed gastric emptying, and underlying mechanisms of action in mouse model<I>.</I> </P> <P><B>Methods and materials</B></P> <P>Balb/C mice were pretreated with BST (25, 50, 100 mg/kg, <I>po</I>) or mosapride (3 mg/kg, <I>po</I>) for 3 days, and then treated with loperamide (10 mg/kg, <I>ip</I>) after 19 h fasting. A solution of 0.05% phenol red (500 μL) or 5% charcoal diet (200 μL) was orally administered, followed by scarifying and assessment of gastric emptying or gastro-intestinal motility. C-kit (immunofluorescence), nNOS (western blot) and gastric contraction-related gene expression were examined in stomach tissue.</P> <P><B>Results</B></P> <P>The loperamide injection substantially delayed gastric emptying, while the BST pretreatment significantly attenuated this peristaltic dysfunction, as evidenced by the quantity of stomach-retained phenol red (<I>p</I> < 0.05 or 0.01) and stomach weight (<I>p</I> < 0.05 or 0.01). The BST pretreatment significantly tempered the loperamide-induced inactivation of c-kit and nNOS (<I>p</I> < 0.05 or 0.01) as well as the contraction-related gene expression, such as the 5HT<SUB>4</SUB> receptor (5HT<SUB>4</SUB>R), anoctamin-1 (ANO1), ryanodine receptor 3 (RYR3) and smooth muscle myosin light chain kinase (smMLCK). The BST pretreatment also significantly attenuated the alterations in gastro-intestinal motility (<I>p</I> < 0.01).</P> <P><B>Conclusion</B></P> <P>Our results are the first evidence of the prokinetic agent effects of <I>Banha-sasim-tang</I> in a loperamide-induced FD animal model. The underlying mechanisms of action may involve the modulation of peristalsis via activation of the interstitial cells of Cajal and the smooth muscle cells in the stomach.</P> <P><B>Graphical abstract</B></P> <P>[DISPLAY OMISSION]</P>

An high frequency induction hardening technology of vehicle body press-formed of thin sheet steel has been developed to increase the strength of vehicle body parts locally by high frequency induction heating, thereby eliminating the need for reinforcements. And this technique for increasing the tensile strength of sheet steel was practically applied to the front floor cross member and center pillar reinforcement of a passenger car. The side impact behavior has been investigated when induction hardening technology is applied to the conventional low-carbon steel and weight reduction of an automotive body is expected. In this paper, basic experiments were performed for the hat-shaped specimen under high frequency induction heating process. Martensitic transformation was found in the heating zone through microscopic observation which showed higher hardness. In addition, the hardness and strength of the center-pillar specimen made of boron steel increased remarkably by high frequency induction heating.
