        "不+能+沒(有)+Vp1+就+Vp2"構式硏究

        본 연구는 “不+能+沒(有)+Vp1+就+Vp2”구조를 분석하는데 목적이 있다. 본문에서는 발화(혹은 문장)에서 정태가 명제의 외부를 감싸고 있음을 가정하고, 명제부분과 정태부분과의 관계에 주목하고 또한 사건“沒Vp1”(혹은“Vp1”) 와 “Vp2”의 관계를 분석하였다. 정태(Modality)는 본질적으로 문맥구속(Context Bounded)적인 범주이므로 그 의미의 파악은 문맥을 파악하므로 그 정확한 쓰임을 알 수 있는바, 본문은 대화참여자의 변화와 시간참조점 (Temporal Deixis)의 변화가 정태동사“能”의 의미현상에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 당 어법구조는 이중부정 구조이며, 그 의미는 긍정이고, 부정사“不”의 부정범위는 전체 명제에 미치고, 부정의 초점은 정태부분이다. 沒의 부정의 범위는 “Vp1”으로 제한된다. 본문은 또한 “沒(有)Vp1” 와 “Vp2”의 관계를 논증하면서 두 사건은 의미상 연관된 사건이며 시간적으로는 연속적이라는 특성이 있음을 밝혔고, 본 구조의 주어는 일반적으로 [+生命]의 특징을 지니고 사건 “沒(有)Vp1” 와 “Vp2”는 일반적으로 동일한 주어를 가짐을 보였다.

        Reciprocating magnetorheological polishing method for borosilicate glass surface smoothness

        A new reciprocating magnetorheological (MR) method for polishing aflat borosilicate glass surface isproposed. A reciprocating MR polishing tester was designed to polish borosilicate glass, in whichsupplying MR polishingfluid uniformly could yield aflatter surface on the workpiece. The MR polishingfluid was prepared according to specific test requirements and the rheological properties andprecipitation rate were measured. The mechanism for polishing borosilicate glass was evaluated furtherby analyzing the surface morphology and surface profile. The transparency of the glass surface wasenhanced with an improvement of surface quality with pre-processing and reciprocating MR polishingprocess. The results demonstrated the effectiveness of the reciprocating MR polishing method, whichcould be used for polishing borosilicate glass.

        Role of water-soluble polymer on foam-injection process for enhancing oil recovery

        Role of polymer on foam transportation in porous media is still not entirely illustrated. In this study, we performed the foam injection process in cores and the parallel-layered micromodel, respectively. Combined with a series of static investigations, we found that adding polymer to foam could not only effectively generate a viscous force, but also create a protective enclosure around the bubble (i.e., viscoelastic film). This synergistic effect was supposed to increase the foam apparent viscosity, promote the foam strength in the low-quality regime, create the shear-thickening behavior, and restraint the defoaming effect of crude oil. The microflow experiments indicated that polymer-enhanced foam was capable of sharply increasing the sweep efficiency and EOR. Meanwhile, the presence of viscoelastic liquid films contributed to the microflow behaviors.

        Alkaloids from Lycoris caldwellii and their particular cytotoxicities against the astrocytoma and glioma cell lines

        Phytochemical investigation of the ethanolextract of the bulbs of Lycoris caldwellii afforded fournew alkaloids, (?)-N-methoxylcarbonyl-nandigerine (1),(?)-N-methoxycarbonyl-lindcarpine (2), (?)-10-O-methylhernovineN-oxide (3), and (?)-3-hydroxy-anhydrolycorineN-oxide (4). Structural elucidation of all the compounds wereperformed by spectral methods such as 1D and 2D (1H-1HCOSY, HMQC, and HMBC) NMR spectroscopy, in additionto high resolution mass spectrometry. All the alkaloids werein vitro evaluated for their cytotoxic activities against eighttumor cell lines (BEN-MEN-1, CCF-STTG1, CHG-5, SHG-44, U251, BGC-823, HepG2, and SK-OV-3). Alkaloids 1and 2 exhibited particular cytotoxic activities against astrocytomaand glioma cell lines with IC50 of 9.2–11.3 lM and10.4–12.2 lM respectively.

      • MR T1 Image Segmentation of a Prostate Based on Distance Regularized Level Set Evolution

        Prostate segmentation from MRI is a necessary first step and plays an important role in clinical decision making process. A MR T1 Image segmentation method of the prostate based on distance regularized level set evolution (DRLSE) is proposed. To smooth the prostate image to reduce the noise, a preprocessed prostate image with Gaussian kernel and get an edge indicator is convolved. We construct an energy function with a distance regularization term and an external energy term containing the edge indicator and minimize it by solving the gradient flow which can be implemented with a finite difference scheme. In segmentation experiments, the impact of parameters λ , μ , α and ε in DRLSE model on the image segmentation is analyzed, and an optimal value of these parameters is given. The experiment results confirm the effectiveness of the MRI segmentation method of prostate for different situation of different patients.

        The characteristics of genistin-induced inhibitory effects on intestinal motility

        Genistin belongs to isoflavones. Based on thefacts that genistin exerts inhibitory effects on the contractilityof vascular smooth muscle,the present study wasdesigned to characterize the effects of genistin on intestinalcontractility and evaluate its potential clinical implication. Ex vivo [isolated jejunal segment (IJS) of rat], in vitro, andin vivo assays were used in the study. The results indicatedthat genistin (5–80 lmol/L) inhibited the contraction of IJSin a dose-dependent manner and inhibited the increasedcontractilityof IJS induced by acetylcholine (ACh), histamine,high Ca2?, and erythromycin, respectively. Theinhibitory effects of genistin were correlated with thestimulation of alpha adrenergic and beta adrenergicreceptors since these inhibitory effects were significantlyblocked in the presence of phentolamine and propranololrespectively. No further inhibitory effects of genistin wereobserved in the presence of verapamil or in Ca2?-freecondition, indicating genistin-induced inhibitory effects areCa2?-dependent. Genistin decreased myosin light chainkinase (MLCK) protein contents and MLCK mRNAexpression in IJS, and inhibited both phosphorylation andMg2?-ATPase activity of purified myosin, implicating thatthe decrease of MLCK contents and inhibition of MLCKactivity are involved in the genistin-induced inhibitoryeffects. The study suggests the potential clinical implicationsof genistin in relieving intestinal hypercontractility.

        Performance of a Lab-Scale Closed Seawater Recirculating System for Korean Rockfish Sebastes schlegeli Culture

        Performance of a laboratory scale closed seawater recirculating aquaculture system was evaluated. Twenty-kg of korean rockfish (130 fish) with an average body weight of 153.8g was stocked. Over a 107-day culture period, fish reached final density of $51.7kg/m^3$ (initial density, $33.3kg/m^3$) on the basis of the culture tank volume. On a daily basis, added water amounted to 3.4% of the total water volume in the system. Total ammonia nitrogen (TAN) concentrations were below 1mg/l and nitrite nitrogen $(NO_2-N)$ concentrations were within the range of 1-3mg/l on most sampling days. TAN was removed from bead and sand filters and it was removed or produced in the sedimentation basin. Basically, $NO_2-N$ was removed in the bead and sand filters, while it was either removed or produced in the sedimentation basin. Nitrate nitrogen $(NO_3-N)$ was produced in the bead filters and removed from the sand filter and sedimentation basin. The foam fractionator performed well in the recirculating system. The maximal daily removal values for total suspended solids (755) and protein were 10.9g and 1.4g, respectively. Whole water quality parameters were within the levels commonly recommended for fish culture on most of the sampling days. However, further studies are needed to evaluate the commercial feasibility of this system because of the smallscale system used in present experiment. At least, the present study still provides some basic information for further studies of this kind of system.

        Common Model EMI Prediction in Motor Drive System for Electric Vehicle Application

        Common mode (CM) conducted interference are predicted and compared with experiments in a motor drive system of Electric vehicles in this study. The prediction model considers each part as an equivalent circuit model which is represented by lumped parameters and proposes the parameter extraction method. For the modeling of the inverter, a concentrated and equivalent method is used to process synthetically the CM interference source and the stray capacitance. For the parameter extraction in the power line model, a computation method that combines analytical method and finite element method is used. The modeling of the motor is based on measured date of the impedance and vector fitting technique. It is shown that the parasitic currents and interference voltage in the system can be simulated in the different parts of the prediction model in the conducted frequency range (150 kHz-30 MHz). Experiments have successfully confirmed that the approach is effective.

        Feasibility of Three-Dimensional Balanced Steady-State Free Precession Cine Magnetic Resonance Imaging Combined with an Image Denoising Technique to Evaluate Cardiac Function in Children with Repaired Tetralogy of Fallot

        Objective: To investigate the feasibility of cine three-dimensional (3D) balanced steady-state free precession (b-SSFP) imaging combined with a non-local means (NLM) algorithm for image denoising in evaluating cardiac function in children with repaired tetralogy of Fallot (rTOF). Materials and Methods: Thirty-five patients with rTOF (mean age, 12 years; range, 7–18 years) were enrolled to undergo cardiac cine image acquisition, including two-dimensional (2D) b-SSFP, 3D b-SSFP, and 3D b-SSFP combined with NLM. End-diastolic volume (EDV), end-systolic volume (ESV), stroke volume (SV), and ejection fraction (EF) of the two ventricles were measured and indexed by body surface index. Acquisition time and image quality were recorded and compared among the three imaging sequences. Results: 3D b-SSFP with denoising vs. 2D b-SSFP had high correlation coefficients for EDV, ESV, SV, and EF of the left (0.959– 0.991; p < 0.001) as well as right (0.755–0.965; p < 0.001) ventricular metrics. The image acquisition time ± standard deviation (SD) was 25.1 ± 2.4 seconds for 3D b-SSFP compared with 277.6 ± 0.7 seconds for 2D b-SSFP, indicating a significantly shorter time with the 3D than the 2D sequence (p < 0.001). Image quality score was better with 3D b-SSFP combined with denoising than with 3D b-SSFP (mean ± SD, 3.8 ± 0.6 vs. 3.5 ± 0.6; p = 0.005). Signal-to-noise ratios for blood and myocardium as well as contrast between blood and myocardium were higher for 3D b-SSFP combined with denoising than for 3D b-SSFP (p < 0.05 for all but septal myocardium). Conclusion: The 3D b-SSFP sequence can significantly reduce acquisition time compared to the 2D b-SSFP sequence for cine imaging in the evaluation of ventricular function in children with rTOF, and its quality can be further improved by combining it with an NLM denoising method.

        Protein Removal by a Foam Fractionator in Simulated Seawater Aquaculture System

        Effects of different operating factors including superficial air velocity (SAV), hydraulic residence time (HRT), protein concentration, and foam overflow height on protein removal by a foam fractionator in simulated seawater aquaculture system were investigated. This experiment was conducted on batch and consecutive modes at different combinations of the affecting factors. The foam fractionator had a diameter of 20cm and a height of 120cm and the experiment was conducted with synthetic wastewater. In 5 consecutive trials, protein concentrations in culture tank water decreased faster when the foam fractionator was operated at higher SAVs and lower HRTs. In batch trials, protein removal rates increased with an increase in SAV but decreased with an increase in URT. Higher protein concentrations in the bulk solution resulted in higher protein removal rates. Protein concentrations in the collected foam condensates increased but the foam overflow rates decreased with the increase of foam overflow heights. The results of this experiment indicate that foam fractionation would be an effective way for protein removal in seawater aquaculture systems and the performance of the foam fractionator depends largely on the operating parameters, especially SAV.
