        한국인에서 일광 노출의 유해성에 대한 인지도와 일광 차단제의 이용 행태에 대한 연구

        Background: Although deleterious effects of sunlight have been increased recently, the surveillance of the attitudes toward sun-exposure and the behavioral aspect of using sunscreens in Koreans has hot been carried out. Objective: Our purpose was to evaluate the attitude toward the harmfulness of sun-exposure and behaviors of using sunscreens in Korea. Method: Five hundred and fifty-two subjects were surveyed to assess the attitude toward sun-exposure, as well as the subjects knowledge about, and the use of sunscreens. Underlying data including demographic data, skin colors, skin types, occupation, and sun-exposure, were obtained. Results: Fifty-four percent of subjects believed that sun-exposure is bad for their skins, but, on the contrary, 12.5% believed it to be beneficial. Fifty-two percent of subjects used sunscreens. Almost all subjects(93.8%) knew why to use sunscreens but 62.7% of subjects did not know the meaning of sun protective factors(SPF). Women, indoor workers, subjects less than 40 years old, with less sun-exposed, fair colored skin, or with skin type I, II, III tended to know the deleterious effects of sunlight and the meaning of SPF and used more sunscreen. Conclusion: High risk population-men, outdoor workers, subjects oider than 40 years old, with more sun-exposed, dark colored skin, or skin type VI, V could be targeted with campaigns that promote attitudinal and behavioral changes.

        생산자책임확대(EPR)제도의 사회적 경제성 확보 방안

        생산자책임확대(Extended Producer Responsibility : EPR)제도는 제품의 생산사슬에 관계하는 생산자 그룹에게, 폐기물 관리의 주요 책임을 부여함으로서, 제품 생산단계에서부터 환경친화적인 제품의 설계를 통해서 폐기물관리를 효율적으로 하기 위한 정책 수단이다. EPR제도에서는 지방자치단체의 재활용책임이 생산자에게 이전되기 때문에, 생산자는 기존에 비해서 추가적인 관리비용 부담이 불가피하다. 그래서 여타 다른 부문에서 생산자의 추가비용을 초과하는 편익을 발생시키지 않는 한 정책수단으로서 정당성을 상실한다. 이 제도는 유럽, 아시아, 남미의 여러 나라에서 시행하고 있으며 국내에는 2003년 1월부터 도입, 시행 중에 있다. 본 연구에서는 국내 재활용 여건상 사회적 경제성을 확보할 수 있는지를, 서울시 폐플라스틱 관리를 사례로 분석하였다. EPR제도에서의 서울시 역할을 일부분담과 완전이양의 두 유형으로 구분하고, 시나리오별 재활용목표율을 설정하였다. 분석 결과 일부분담형에서는 사회적 경제성이 없으며, 완전이양형에서는 재활용목표율이 낮은 단계에서 부분적으로 경제성을 확보할 수 있었다. 그리고 높은 재활용목표율에서 경제성을 확보하기 위해서는 현재의 노동집약적인 재활용선별시스템을 기술집약적으로 전환시킬 필요가 있음을 시사하였다. The introduction of the EPR programme for plastics waste management have no economic profits socially under the present conditions of recycling. To gain social economic efficiency, we have to reduce the cast for collecting, transportation, sorting of plastics wastes to from 20.6 percent to 28.8 percent. The transference of municipal wastes treatment from local government's responsibility to producer's is the better, the social economic efficiency is the better. We are able to invest cutting budgets in recycling infrastructure, saved in the introduction of the EPR programme, which need to implement recycling target of the EPR policy. In this case, as we have the substitution effect of the incineration facilities, the social economic feasibility becomes economic feasibility becomes to improve very large.

      • 익사사고자에 대한 효과적인 응급처치 방법

        This study was to exhibit the effective emergency care method for the drowning and non-drowning who are reached two-thousand peoples every year in our country. For investigate the effective emergency care, this study was discussed as follows ; Pathophysiology of the water submersion, Fresh-water & sea-water drowning, Factors affecting survival, and Prehospital management. The conclusions from this study were summarized as fellows; 1. Remove the patient from the water. If you suspect neck or spinal injuries, Always support the head and neck level with the back and, begin rescue breathing. 2. Maintain the airway and support ventilation in the water use the jaw-thrust technique to avoid farther injury to the neck or spine. We might encounter more resistance to ventilations than you expect because of water in the airway. Once you have determined that there are no foreign objects in the airway, apply ventilations with more force; adjust ventilations until you see the patient's chest rise and fall but not until you see gastric distention. Do not attempt to remove water from the patient's lungs or stomach. 3. If there is no pulse, begin CPR. 4. Administer high-flow supplemental oxygen; suction as needed. 5. Once the patient is breathing and has a pulse, assess for hemorrhage; control any serious bleeding that you find. 6. Cover the patient to conserve body heat, Handle the patient very gently, and, Transport the patient as quickly as possible to Emergency Department, Continuing resuscitative measures during transport. If the patient have the hypothermia, follow hypothermia management.

      • 개발국가 균열과 사회 경제의 거시 변동

        한 사회의 변화는 미시적 변화와 거시적 변동의 두 차원이 있다. 이 중에서 미시적 변화는 라이프사이클을 가지는 존재체가 시간의 경과에 따라 성장해 나가는 것이고, 거시적 변동은 하나의 존재체에서 또 다른 존재체로 라이프사이클 자체가 대체되는 것을 뜻한다. 이런 의미에서 미시적 변화는 '발전'이라 말할 수 있는 반면, 거시적 변동은 단순히 '전개'인 셈이다. 최근 우리 사회에 일고 있는 갈등과 분열의 상황은 거시적 변동 과정에서 나타나는 것으로 볼 수 있으며, 1987년 민주항쟁과 1990년대 초반의 대중 소비사회 형성을 기점으로 계기를 맞게 되었다고 볼 수 있다. 경제 성장 가치를 최우선으로 하는 개발 국가는 1987년을 상징적인 기점으로 하여 균열을 보이기 시작했으며, 특히 1990년대 이후에 나타난 사회경제적 지표들을 개발 국가의 정당성을 위협할 만한 균열의 특성을 보이고 있다. 하지만 개발 국가의 균열과 함께 다른 한편에서는 '개발'과는 다른 새로운 유형의 라이프사이클의 시작을 알리는 거시변동의 조짐들이 포착되고 있다. 비록 이 새로움이 곧 '녹색'국가의 태동을 보장하는 것은 아니지만, 녹색의 맹아를 발견할 수 있는 여지는 많이 보인다.

      • 멀리뛰기 발구름 동작의 지면반력에 관한 연구

        This study was conducted to investigate the biomechanical charateristics of the take-off motion in elite long jumpers for the purpose of improving jumping distance. The subjects were four male college players. The ground reaction forces in the take-off phase were obtained from an AMTI force platform. The conclusions were as follows; 1. Minimizing the reduction of horizontal velocity at take-off, total duration of take-off should be shortened. 2. The reduction of horizontal velocity of take-off leg at take-off phase could be minimized reduction of horizontal velocity of center of gravity by knee flexion. 3. The reaction force of lead leg by upward propulsive action at take-off phase increased the vertical propulsive force of center of gravity. 4. Obtaining upward propulsive force at take-off phase, max vertical ground reaction force should be increased as it is possible.

      • 국내외 1.8-2.0 GHz 대 코드분할 다원접속 무선접속 표준안 분석

        최근 매우 급격한 속도로 성장하고 있는 이동통신 시장은 1.8-2.0 GHz 대의 코드분할 다원접속 개인통신체계에 주목하고 있다. 또한 그 무선접속 선행 표준안인 'ANSI J-STD-008'(upbanded IS-95)은 우리 나라를 비롯한 CDMA 채택국가에서 표준안으로 수용할 가능성이 가장 높은 것으로 평가된다. 국내의 이동통신 분야를 선도하고 있는 연구소 및 산업체에서는 이 선행 표준안을 기반으로 하여 대체로 유사한 선행 표준체제를 우선적으로 마련하고 있으며, 향후 이를 수정·보완하여 자사의 독특한 표준을 준비하려는 방침이다. 본 논문에서는, 원안인 'upbanded IS-95'의 무선접속 체계를 변조와 코딩방식을 중심으로 분석하고, 지금까지 국내의 여러 기업체 및 연구소에서 제시하는 자사 표준을 상호 비교하여 우리 나라 무선접속 표준안을 제정하기 위한 기초자료를 마련한다. 또한, 현재 검토되고 있는 표준안의 범위와 원칙을 분석하여 무선접속 방식의 핵심적 개념을 제시함으로써 국내의 연구소 및 기업체에서 필요로 하는 최적 변조방식 및 코딩방식을 설계하는 기반을 제공하고자 한다.

      • 테니스 제 1서브에 관한 운동학적 분석

        The purpose of this study was to provide both coach and player with serving technique by analyzing the tennis player's 1st serving motion using three dimensional cinematography techniques. To accomplish the objective of this study three tennis players are used as subjects. The two video-cameras are used for the data collection. The serve motions are recorded with cameras operating at 30 frames per second. The direct linear transformation(DLT) method is employed to compute the three-dimensional coordinates of the digitized body points. Based on the results of this study, the following conclusions are drawn. 1. In backswing and toss phases, backswing has to be developed at initial position slowly and greatly. On the other hand, the racket in forward swing and impact phases has to be rotated quickly at impact with the ball to increase serve velocity. 2. The racket at impact has to be stroken for service target area. 3. To increase serving velocity, optimal toss height(about 3m) has to be maintained. And the body's joints be should more extension to the impact in maximum hitting height. 4. To serve effectively, the force has to be transferred from knee, to shoulder, to elbow, to wrist and finally to the racket.

      • 평행봉 Upward kip동작의 역학적 분석

        As upward kip motion is the basic motion on parallel bars, it is easily trained in the classes of physical education. The purpose of this study is to offer some useful data for teaching and improve the skill of upward kip motion . For this study, two members of the national team and a high-class male player in University were sampled at random. their motion was photographed with 16mm movie camera(48frames/sec) and the gravitational censer of the body was searched for through the drawing figure method. Upward kip motion was divided into 3 phases. And then the movement of the center gravity and the angle change of joint were analyzed and compared with mechanical method. The conclusions are as follows : 1. In phase 1, when kipping legs form an angle of 90 degrees with the parallel bars, the moving speed of center gravity on Subject A was 2.4 m/sec. that of Subject B 2.1 m/sec. that of Subject C 2.4m/sec. As we have seen, Subject A and C were of the same speed. and Subjects B was 0.3m/sec later than Subject A and B, so that I think that the moving speed of the conter gravity must be fast. 2. In phase 2. when the legs are in parallel with the parallel bars. hip joint angle of Subject A was Flex 151° degrees. Subject B Flex 136degrees, Subject C Flex 144 degrees. There fore I think that the legs must extend extend the most. 3. In phase 3, when the motion was perfected, elbow joint angle of Subject A in the last frame was Flex 178degrees, Subject B Flex 170 degrees, Subject C Flex 177degrees. Subject B was shown unstable motion because flexed more than Subject A and B . 4. The perfection of the upward kip motion in the parallel bars depend on the moving speed of body gravity when the kipping legs form an angle of W decrees with the parallel bars. the size of elbows angle. hip angle. and shoulder angle when the legs are in parallel . flexion and extention of elbow joint when the motion was finished, and the waste of the P. and F.

      • DLPC LB막의 C-V 특성

        MLS capacitor with lipid ultra thin films were deposited by Langmuir-Blodgett (LB) method on the sillicon wafer. The current versus voltage and capacitance versus voltage relationships are depend on the applied voltage, frequency and thickness of LB films. LB films deposited were made of L-α-DLPC, the 1 layer's thickness of 35Å was measured by ellipsometer. The result indicated the lower leakage current and very high saturation value of capacitance was reached within 700-800 ㎊ when the thickness was 275Å.

      • 남부지역에서의 양파 수확, 저장 및 유통실태

        This study was carried out to find marketing, storage and harvest of onion in southern parts of Korea from Jan. 1994 to Apr. 1994. Early maturing cultivar harvest between 10th and 20th of May but late maturing cultivar harvest between 10th and 20th of June, this period was busy farming season with a shortage of labor. Early maturing cultivar was send out good directly but late maturing cultivar was send out good after shortage the simple store house with the period 7-9 month, and professional seed production farmer are not in here. We hope that this report stimulates research to investigate for the establishment of not only harvesting practices such as varietal improvement, machanical harvesting and disease resistant variety for the storage.
