우울증 유병의 원인에 대한 연구는 많으나 식이섭취에 대한 연구는 적은 편이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 식이섭취와 우울증 유병의 관련성에 대해 알아보았다. 본 연구는 2010년 국민건강영양조사 자료를 이용하였으며 20-65세 사이의 의사 진료를 통해 우울증 유무가 확인된 734명을 대상으로 분석하였다. 남녀군으로 구분하여 탄수화물섭취량, 섬유소섭취량, 칼슘섭취량, 철섭취량, 나트륨섭취량, 칼륨섭취량, 비타민A섭취량, 티아민(thiamine)섭취량, 리보플라빈(riboflavin)섭취량, 니아신(niacin) 섭취량, 비타민C섭취량에 따른 식이섭취와 우울증 유병의 관련성을 분석하였다. 연구결과 남성군에서 식이섭취와 우울증 유병의 관련성은 없었다. 여성군에서 섬유소섭취가 증가할수록 우울증 유병이 유의하게 감소하였으나(odds ratio=0.923, 95% confidence interval=0.850-0.986), 그 외 식이섭취와 우울증 유병의 관련성은 없었다. 결론적으로 20-65세의 여성군에서 섬유소섭취와 우울증 유병은 유의한 음의 상관관계가 있으며, 식이섬유를 포함한 환자의 식이요법은 우울증 유병을 감소 시킬 수 있을 것으로 생각된다. Background: Many studies focus on the causes of depression, but few assess the dietary intake. This study investigated the relationship between diet and prevalence of depression. Methods: This study used the data from the Korea National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey 2010. A total of 734 persons aged 20-65 years old in whom the presence or absence of depression was confirmed by doctor were analyzed. We analyzed associations between prevalence of depression and diet based on carbohydrate, fiber, calcium, iron, sodium, potassium, vitamin A, thiamine, riboflavin, niacin and vitamin C intakes for male and female groups. Results: There was no association between diet and prevalence of depression in the male group. For the female group, as fiber intake was increased, the prevalence of depression significantly decreased (odds ratio=0.923, 95% confidence interval=0.850-0.986), but there was no association between the other dietary intakes and prevalence of depression. Conclusion: The fiber intake and prevalence of depression are negatively correlated in women aged 20–65 years. A diet therapy including fiber may decrease the prevalence of depression.
고지방식이 섭취 후 간헐적 저항성 신체활동을 통한 좌식 차단이 혈관 기능 및 식후 대사기능에 미치는 영향

Purpose: Numerous studies have reported the effects of interrupting prolonged sitting with aerobic exercise on vascular and postprandial function, but the effects of resistance exercise for interrupting prolonged sitting remain unclear. We tested the hypothesis that intermittent resistance activity breaks would attenuate prolonged sitting-induced vascular and postprandial metabolic dysfunction. Methods: Fourteen healthy adults (age, 24±2 years; body mass index, 22.0±2.4 kg/㎡) completed two trials in a randomized cross-over design. During a 4-hour sitting after a high-fat meal, the participants underwent either resistance activity (RA) with 10 repetitions of five exercises every hour or uninterrupted sitting as a control trial (SIT). Plasma glucose, triglycerides, and brachial artery blood pressure, along with blood flow and shear rate in the superficial femoral artery and carotid artery were measured at baseline and every hour during the 4-hour sitting period. Brachial artery flow-mediated dilation (FMD) was measured at baseline, 2 hours, and 4 hours after the start of the sitting. Results: Plasma glucose and triglycerides increased after a high-fat meal in both RA and SIT groups without a significant interaction effect. In addition, while SIT group decreased brachial artery FMD (7.2%±2.0% to 6.5%±2.7% to 5.1%±2.6%), RA did not attenuate a decrease in FMD (7.6%±3.4% to 7.3%±3.1% to 6.7%±2.7%, interaction p=0.581). Conclusion: Our findings indicate that interrupting prolonged sitting with intermittent RA did not attenuate the negative effects of sitting on vascular function and postprandial metabolism in young healthy adults.
일시적 가상현실 운동게임이 선천성 심장병 소아 청소년들의 혈관기능에 미치는 영향

Purpose: Regular aerobic exercise improves exercise capacity and quality of life in children with congenital heart disease (CHD), but it remains unclear whether aerobic exercise would improve vascular function in children with CHD. We tested the hypothesis that acute bout of virtual reality (VR) exergame would improve vascular function in children with CHD. Methods: In a single-arm study, eight children (age, 9±1 years; five males) with CHD participated in VR exergame (30 minutes at 40% of heart rate reserve) using a stationary cycle ergometer with a head mount display. Endothelial function and arterial stiffness as surrogate markers of vascular function were assessed via reactive hyperemia index (RHI) and augmentation index (AIx) using peripheral arterial tonometry at baseline and 30 minutes after VR exergame. Results: Compared to baseline, VR exergame improved in RHI (1.08 [0.96-1.30] to 1.16 [1.09-1.36], p< 0.05) and natural log transformed RHI (0.07 [-0.04-0.26] to 0.15 [0.09-0.31], p< 0.05). However, no significant changes were observed for decrease AIx (-1.00 [-9.00-9.50] to -7.00 [-14.00-8.75], p=0.547) and AIx@75 (-6.50 [9.75-3.50] to -4.50 [-13.00-4.50], p=0.735) (all index values are reported as median [interquartile range]). Conclusion: These findings suggest that a single bout of VR exergame has the potential to improve vascular endothelial function in children with CHD.

This study was designed to investigate the effect of natural water and maesil drink, Korean traditional drink, after exercise of maximum of gradual load before 20 minute on the treadmill training. I surveyed 6 mail basketball players of university in order to inverstigate the effects on the exercise spot and analysed the relations of blood variations before and after exercise of maximum of gradual load with a treadmill, and 3 minutes, 5minutes, 10minutes after each recovery step. The results were as follows. 1. Total-Cholesterol, Albumin, Triglyceride, Heart Rate were significant difference in the effects of the two drink at the each group and measuring time(P<.05). 2. Glucose, Total-Protein were no difference in the two group, but measuring time were significant difference(P<.05).

This study has been performed to evaluate mineral water quality by using four parameters [Mg]/[Ca], [Na]/[K], [Mg]+[Ca]/[Na]+[K] and total hardness(as CaCO_3㎎/ℓ). The four parameters has been ploted in a general scale and logarithmic scale, respectively. The method of general scale is not applicable for evaluation on several parameters. Therefore, The logarithmic scale is applied instead to settle the problem. The evaluation of the water quality is based on standard sample S, and the results of the 6 domestics and 5 overseas sample evaluation are as follow. At present, evaluation of the water quality on the mineral water can be done by using four parameters calculated from only cation concentration printed on the bottle's marking.
