        The purpose of this study was to inverstigate the change of electrolyte and energy metabolism both in fifteen -minute recovery and thirty-minute recovery after loading exercise with a bicycle ergometer, two experiments were carried out on 7 middle school boys. One was giving sports massage on the lower extremities of the body for 30 minutes after exercise, the other was just taking a rest on bed for 30minutes without massage treatment.       • 장기간 요가운동이 알코올의존자의 면역글로블린에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of Yoga exercise on Immunoglobulin(IgE, IgM, IgD, IgG, IgA) in the alcoholism. The subjects involved in this study consists of 14 people who were confirmed to have alcohol-related problems by DSM-Ⅳ(1994) of American Psychiatric Association and were diagnosed as alcoholism in hospital. The subjects were classified into yoga exercise group(7 people) and control group(7 people). The yoga exercise group participated in the exercise programs named Hatayoga and Asana. This treatment was performed an hour per day, three days a week for 16 weeks while the control group watched TV for the same time. A paired t-test was used to examine differences between pre, post 8weeks and post 16weeks test scores. The results are as follows. After 16 week yoga exercise, there was a significant increase(p<.01) of Immunoglobulin (IgM, IgA(p<.05) & IgG) in the experiment group, compared with the control group. In terms of periodic change, the experiment group showed a significant higher result(p<.01) than the control group after 16 weeks, rather than after the 8 weeks. The result of this study above indicates that the long-term low intensity exercise can activate Immunoglobulint in alcoholism.

        This study was investigate the effects of SaGunJa-Tang administration on Blood cell with Basketball Player Training blood cell analyse of Hb, Hct, MCV, MCH, MCHC, WBC, NBC, Platelets were performed using the blood-analyzer system result were Following the effect of SaGunGa-Tang administration NBC was showed week(<.03) and time(<.001), HB was week(<.01) and time(<.0001), MCV was week(<.02) and time(<.0001) and MCHC was week(<.0002) and time(<.0001), but WBC, HCT and Platelets was just showed time(<.0001). In conclusion, Sagungatang ingestion of high school basketball player did show good effect on the rest time and recovery process on Blood cell and NBC, Even though the Sagungatang precedes can be for the department of ergogenic aids as well as good for health.

      • 자전거운동이 여학생의 비만에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate blood lipids and serum enzyme of obesity student before exercise, 4week and 8week during bicycle exercise. The subjects in this study were middle school girl students C city who are further calssified experimental group(10) and control group(10). The variables examined included blood lipids(TC, HDL-C, LDL-C, TG) and serum enzyme(LDH, CPK, GOT, GPT). The results were as follows; 1. TC and TG were showed significant difference(P<.05) in group, time and groupx time, HDL-C was showed significant difference(P<.05) in group×time but LDL-C was not. 2. LDH was significant difference(P<.05) in time, group×time, but CPK, GOT and GPT was not. In summary, 8 weeks bicycle exercise has influence on the decrease of TC, TG, and the increase of HDL-C, LDH which are helpful to health.

      • 비만정신지체 중년여성의 에어로빅운동이 CBC 8종에 미치는 영향

        The Purpose of this study was to inverstigation the effects of Aerobic Exercise during eight weeks an hour per day a weeks on Complete Blood Cell. seven Mental Retarded obese Woman(age 44.86 year, fat 38.84%) participated in this study. The results are as follows. Hct and MCHC were showed significant difference(P<.01) and MCV was showed significant difference(P<.05) but Hb, MCH, WBC, RBC, Platelets was not shown. In Summary, 8 weeks aerobic exercise has influence on the increase Complete Blood Cell which are helpful to health.

      • 에어로빅 운동이 비만정신지체 중년여성의 Homocysteine, Leptin 및 혈중지질에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to inverstigated the effects of aerobic exercise on Homocysteine, Leptin and Blood lipid befor and after 8 week in Obses Mental retarded Elderly female. Seven mental retaded Elderly Women(age 44.86±2.89, weight 72.58±14.41) performed aerobic exercise(60 minutes/day, 3times/week). Results were as follows : there were significant decrease of leptin, TG, LDL-C and significant increase of HDL-C, But Homocysteine was not shown. Aerobic exercise was also found to have positive effect on blood lipids on obese mental retarded female.

      • 불완전휴식이 에너지대사와 혈중지질에 미치는 영향

        This study was designed to inverstigate the effects of resting methods - active rest and inactive rest-after exercise of maximum of gradual load, on energy metabolism and Blood Lipids. I surveyed 6 male basketball players in a high school in order to investigate the effects on exercise spot and analysed the relations of blood variations before and after exercise of maximum of gradual load with a treadmill and 3, 6, l0minutes after recovery step. the results was as follows; In the difference between active and inactive resting method, to make a comparatived of Albumin, Glucose and Total-Protein appeared respectively 6minutes after the recovery step. Albumin and Total-Protein were significant differences (P<.05) in group and time, glucose was significant differences(P<.05) in time and method x time. In the difference between active and inactive resting method, to make a comparatived of Total-Cholesterol and Triglyceride appeared respectively each group. Total-Cholesterol was significant differences(P<.05) in group and time, Triglyceride was significant differences(P<.05) in method.

      • 운동수행에 매실음료의 스포츠음료 대처효과

        The purpose of this study is to compare the differences in the effect of ion drink and plum drink, the Korea traditional drink, on the human body during treadmill training. For the purpose, this study sample 6male basketball players of university: The subjects were made to drink 500㎖, of the plum drink and the ion drink in each 20minutes before they began Treadmill training. The findings are as follows; 1. The ion drink and the plum drink had the biggest effets on the pressure, myocardial oxygen demand, and lactate right after the training was ended the effets gradually diminish. In the particular, there was a significant difference in the effects of the ion drink and the plum drink on the blood pressure, myocadial oxygen demand and lactate(P<.05), when they were measured at the above-mentioned measureing times. However, there was no significent difference in the effects of the two drinks on the blood pressure at the measuring times. 2. The effects of the ion drink and the plum drink on experied gas volume was the hightes 1minute before the all-out training was ended, and then gradually dismised. there was a significent differance in the effects of the two drinks at the measuring times(P<05), bur there was no difference in the two drinks. 3. The effects of the ion drink and the plum drink on the heart rate were the heighest after the training was finished and then gradually diminished. There was a significant(P<.05) in the effects at the measuring times, but there was no difference in the two drinks. The results showed that the effects of the plum drink and the ion drink on the body during the treadmill training were same and that the natural plum drink was considered to be more helpful comparing to the artifical ion drink from the viewpoint of nutrition.
