        모바일 여행 앱의 인터페이스 특성이 사용자의 이용 만족도에 미치는 영향 연구 - 사용자의 라이프스타일의 조절 효과를 중심으로

        최근 IT 기술로 다변화하는 사회 구조 속에 가치 소비와 경험이 중시되면서 수많은 스마트폰의 여행 관광 앱이 보급되고 있다. 이러한 배경을 바탕으로 본 연구는 모바일 여행 앱의 인터페이스 특성이 사용자의 이용 만족도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 검증하고, 이를 토대로 사용자의 라이프스타일에 따른 조절적 효과를 규명하고자 하였다. 연구의 방법으로는 모바일 앱 인터페이스의 특성에 관한 문헌을 고찰하여 주목성, 사용 용이성, 효율성, 상호 작용성의 4가지 특성을 도출하였다. 사용자의 라이프스타일에 관한 연구에 기초하여 경제 가치 추구형, 사회관계형, 가족 중심형, 삶의 질 추구형의 총 4개 조절 요인을 도출하였다. 그다음은 2020년 중국 모바일 여행 앱 중에서 사용자 활동 빈도 순위별 3위 안에 드는 ‘씨트립, 취날, 페이주어’ 앱을 중심으로 사례를 분석하였다. 다양한 선행 연구 문헌들을 토대로 한 연구의 모형 및 가설을 설정하였고, 가설의 검증을 위하여 중국인 중 여행 앱을 체험한 경험자 231명을 대상으로 온라인 설문 조사를 진행하였다. 분석 방법은 앱 인터페이스의 주목성, 사용 용이성, 효율성과 상호 작용성의 4가지 독립 변수와 경제 가치 추구형, 사회관계형, 가족 중심형, 삶의 질 추구형의 4가지 조절 변수, 그리고 1개의 종속 변수인 사용자 이용 만족도와의 인과관계를 파악하고자 SPSS 통계 시스템을 활용하여 분석하였다. 분석 결과에 따르면 모바일 앱 인터페이스의 주목성과 사용 용이성은 사용자의 이용 만족도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 파악되었다. 그리고 경제 가치 추구형, 사회관계형, 삶의 질 추구형과 특성 간의 가설은 통계상 유의미한 결과가 있는 것으로 파악되었다. 단, 가족 중심형 * 효율성만 부(-)의 영향력을 미치는 것으로 나왔다. 따라서 본 연구를 통해 모바일 앱의 인터페이스 디자인 특성을 활용하여 사용자의 이목을 집중시키고, 사용 빈도를 높이며, 사용자의 라이프스타일을 고려하면서 사용자의 이용 만족도도 향상할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다. Recently, in the social structure characterized by IT diversification, users pay more and more attention to value consumption and experience; consequently, many tourism applications are gaining popularity. Against this backdrop, this study aims at verifying the influence of interface characteristics of tourism application over users’ satisfaction and, on this basis, investigates the regulative effects on users’ lifestyle. In terms of research method, the author firstly made a reference to the relative literatures regarding the interface characteristics of application and generalized four characteristics: visual attention, easy to use, efficiency and interactivity. Centering on the study of users’ lifestyle, the author also generalized four regulative factors, economic value pursuit, social relation, family-centeredness, and living quality pursuit. Then the author studied the top three tourism applications with the most active users in China in 2020 “Ctrip, Qunar and Fliggy” as the typical case analysis. On the basis of the previous literature, the author determined the research model and hypotheses. To verify the hypotheses, the author made an online questionnaire survey with a sample of 231 Chinese users who had used tourism applications. The analysis method aims at generalizing the four types of independent variables of visual attention, easy to use, efficiency and interactivity of application interface and the four types of moderating variables of economic value pursuit, social relation, family-centeredness, and living quality pursuit, in addition, one dependent variable, that is, the causal relationship of users’ satisfaction in the analysis of SPSS statistical system. Findings show that the visual attention and easy to use of application interface exert positive influence over the users’ satisfaction. The hypotheses on economic value pursuit, social relation, living quality pursuit and interface characteristics have statistical significance. According to the analysis, however, family-centeredness * efficiency only bring negative(-)influence. In view of this, this study aims at promoting the full use of interface designing characteristics of application in attracting the attention of users, improving the frequency of use, taking into consideration of users’ lifestyle while elevating the satisfaction.

        Involvement of the Ca2+ signaling pathway in osteoprotegerin inhibition of osteoclast differentiation and maturation

        The purpose of this study was to determine whether the Ca2+ signaling pathway is involved in the ability of osteoprotegerin (OPG) to inhibit osteoclast differentiation and maturation. RAW264.7 cells were incubated with macrophage colony-stimulating factor (M-CSF) + receptor activator of nuclear factor-κB ligand (RANKL) to stimulate osteoclastogenesis and then treated with different concentrations of OPG, an inhibitor of osteoclast differentiation. The intracellular Ca2+ concentration [Ca2+]i and phosphorylation of Ca2+/calmodulin-dependent protein kinase II (CaMKII) in the different treatment groups were measured by flow cytometry and Western blotting, respectively. The results confirmed that M-CSF + RANKL significantly increased [Ca2+]i and CaMKII phosphorylation in osteoclasts (p < 0.01), and that these effects were subsequently decreased by OPG treatment. Exposure to specific inhibitors of the Ca2+ signaling pathway revealed that these changes varied between the different OPG treatment groups. Findings from the present study indicated that the Ca2+ signaling pathway is involved in both the regulation of osteoclastogenesis as well as inhibition of osteoclast differentiation and activation by OPG.

        Inhibitory effects of osteoprotegerin on osteoclast formation and function under serum-free conditions

        The purpose of this study was to determine whether osteoprotegerin (OPG) could affect osteoclat differentiation and activation under serum-free conditions. Both duck embryo bone marrow cells and RAW264.7 cells were incubated with macrophage colony stimulatory factor (M-CSF) and receptor activator for nuclear factor κB ligand (RANKL) in serum-free medium to promote osteoclastogenesis. During cultivation, 0,10, 20, 50, and 100 ng/mL OPG were added to various groups of cells. Osteoclast differentiation and activation were monitored via tartrate-resistant acid phosphatase (TRAP) staining,filamentous-actin rings analysis, and a bone resorption assay. Furthermore, the expression osteoclast-related genes, such as TRAP and receptor activator for nuclear factor κB (RANK),that was influenced by OPG in RAW264.7 cells was examined using real-time polymerase chain reaction. In summary,findings from the present study suggested that M-CSF with RANKL can promote osteoclast differentiation and activation,and enhance the expression of TRAP and RANK mRNA in osteoclasts. In contrast, OPG inhibited these activities under serum-free conditions.

      • Can Ultrasound be Used to Differentiate Tubular Adenomas of Breast from Fibroadenomas or Carcinoma?

        Breast tubular adenomas are rare benign breast tumors and detailed descriptions of their sonographic appearance are necessary for differential diagnosis from fibroadenomas or breast cancers. This study investigated twenty-one histology-proved tubular adenomas in 17 patients and also included 48 fibroadenomas in 35 patients as a control group. There was no significant difference between the two groups with clinical presentation, which was age, tumor location, tumor number (p>0.05). Statistic analysis showed three significant factors in the differential diagnosis of tubular adenomas and fibroadenomas, including macro-lobulation (p=0.01), "tiny branch like" patterns (p=0.001) and vascularity (p=0.02). Other ultrasonographic features such as echogenicity, border, uniformity of echotexture, posterior acoustic enhancement, lateral wall shadowing were of no clinical significance (p>0.05). Calcifications were seen in three tubular adenomas which were different from those of carcinomas. Although tubular adenomas have some typical characteristics on sonography, surgery and core needle biopsy are still needed for complex cases to exclude progress to malignancy.

        Application of Biodegradable Microcrystalline Cellulose to Improve the Crystallization Behavior of Isotactic Polybutene-1

        The microcrystalline cellulose (MCC) was used for inducing crystallization of the isotactic polybutene-1 (iPB) and the maleic anhydride grafted polybutene-1 (MAPB) was used as a compatibilizer. The crystallization behavior of the composite demonstrated that the addition of MCC could significantly accelerate the crystallization rate of iPB and the addition of MAPB could improve the compatibility between MCC and iPB. Moreover, the properties of the composites with MAPB were better than those without MAPB. The crystal transformation had been completed after storage for 5 days and the form I was formed after storage for 3 days which was faster than pure iPB. The non-isothermal crystallization kinetics data of the composites indicated that the modified Avrami equation could describe the non-isothermal crystallization process of the iPB/MCC composite and the t1/2 of the composites was shortened for 24.32% and 40.27% which indicated that MCC could promote the crystallization of iPB.

        Two kinds of behavior of fruit peel coagulant in treating low carbon source wastewaters

        Based on present serious phenomenon of insufficient carbon source in municipal sewage in China, the two kinds of effect of hybrid-fruit-peel (HFP) coagulant (coagulation and external carbon source (ECS)) on treating low carbon source wastewater was studied, mainly compared with that of sodium acetate (NaAc). The feasibility of HFP as an ECS was researched, and then its coagulation behavior, sludge properties, nitrogen removal were studied mainly with aeration mode and sequencing batch reactor (SBR), respectively. The results showed the ration of biochemical oxygen demand (BOD5) to chemical oxygen demand (COD) released from HFP was 0.67−0.76, within the scope of easily biodegradable. Within a short aeration time, HFP posed obvious coagulation behavior. HFP sludge gave larger extracellular polymer (EPS) and lower dehydrogenase activity (DHA) than NaAc. For HFP, much larger size sludge flocs appeared, the connection among the flocs became closer, and the biofacies and number of microorganisms (Opercularia Coaractata, Nematode, Vorticella, etc.) increased significantly. HFP can be used as an excellent ECS for low carbon source wastewater, and probably also have the ability of slow-releasing carbon, and can be applied to municipal sewage or other wastewaters with insufficient carbon source.

        Study and Optimization of Structural Parametrics of Oil Seal by Response Surface Method

        The effect of structural parameters such as contact width, low-angle, high-angle, interference and waist depth on the sealing performance of rotary lip seal was analyzed by finite element method. Based on the macroscopic pumping effect model of the rotary shaft lip seal and the pumping rate equation, the influence of structural parameters on pumping rate was calculated and analyzed. The structural and operational parameters of lip seal were optimized by the response surface method. 32 kinds of the model were made by compounding levels on each factor, and the response surface regression characteristics of each model are analyzed. The results show that low-angle, high-angle and interference are the main factors that influence significantly the seal performance of rotary shaft lip seal, and contact width, low-angle and high-angle are major influential factors for pumping effect. Therefore, these factors are considered as the most important factors for an optimum design of the rotary shaft lip seal. The optimal conditions are obtained, and the results are also verified by analytical methods.

        Multi-Detector Row Computed Tomographic Evaluation of a Rare Type of Complete Vascular Ring: Double Aortic Arch with Atretic Left Arch Distal to the Origin of Left Subclavian Artery

        Double aortic arch with an atretic left arch distal to the origin of left subclavian artery was diagnosed with multidetector row computed tomography (MDCT) in two children with dysphagia. This rare type of complete vascular ring is clinically important because it may be confused with right aortic arch in mirror imaging. Anatomic details of this rare type of complete vascular ring demonstrated on MDCT facilitated appropriate surgical treatment.

      • Clinical Value of Real Time Elastography in Patients with Unexplained Cervical Lymphadenopathy: Quantitative Evaluation

        Ultrasonography is non-invasive and can give useful clues in the diagnosis of cervical lymphadenopathy, However, differential diagnosis is difficult in some situations even combined with color Doppler imaging. The present study was conducted to evaluate the clinical value of real time elastography in patients with unexplained cervical lymphadenopathy using a quantitative method. From May 2011 to February 2012, 39 enlarged lymph nodes from 39 patients with unexplained cervical lymphadenopathy were assessed. All the patients were examined by both B-mode ultrasound, color Doppler flow imaging and elastography. The method of analyzing elasto-graphic data was the calculation of the 10 parametres ("mean", "sd", "area%", "com", "kur", "ske", "con", "ent", "idm", "asm") offered by the software integrated into the Hitachi system. The findings were then correlated with the definitive tissue diagnosis obtained by lymph node dissection or biopsy. Final histology revealed 10 cases of metastatic lymph nodes, 11 cases of lymphoma, 12 cases of tuberculosis and 6 cases of nonspecific lymphadenitis. The significant distinguishing features for conventional ultrasound were the maximum short diameter (p=0.007) and absent of echogenic hilum (p=0.0293). The diagnostic accuracy was 43.6% (17/39 cases) and there were 17 patients with equivocal diagnosis. For elastography, "mean" (p=0.003), "area%" (p=0.009), "kurt" (p=0.0291), "skew" (p=0.014) and "cont" (p=0.012) demonstrated significant differences between groups. With 9 of the 17 patients with previous equivocal diagnoses (52.9%) definite and correct diagnoses could be obtained. The diagnostic accuracy for conventional ultrasound combined elastography was 69.2% (27/39 cases). There were differences in the diagnostic sensitivity of the two methods (p=0.0224). Ultrasound combined with elastography demonstrated higher rates of conclusive and accurate diagnoses in patients with unexplained cervical lymphadenopathy than conventional ultrasound. The quantitative program showed good correlation with the pathology of different lymph node diseases.

        Ginsenoside Rg3 in combination with artesunate overcomes sorafenib resistance in hepatoma cell and mouse models

        Sorafenib is effective in treating hepatoma, but most patients develop resistance to it. STAT3signaling has been implicated in sorafenib resistance. Artesunate (ART) and 20(R)-ginsenoside Rg3 (Rg3)have anti-hepatoma effects and can inhibit STAT3 signaling in cancer cells. This study aimed to evaluatethe effects of Rg3 in combination with ART (Rg3-plus-ART) in overcoming sorafenib resistance, and toexamine the involvement of STAT3 signaling in these effects. Methods: Sorafenib-resistant HepG2 cells (HepG2-SR) were used to evaluate the in vitro anti-hepatomaeffects of Rg3-plus-ART. A HepG2-SR hepatoma-bearing BALB/c-nu/nu mouse model was used to assessthe in vivo anti-hepatoma effects of Rg3-plus-ART. CCK-8 assays and Annexin V-FITC/PI double stainingwere used to examine cell proliferation and apoptosis, respectively. Immunoblotting was employed toexamine protein levels. ROS generation was examined by measuring DCF-DA fluorescence. Results: Rg3-plus-ART synergistically reduced viability of, and evoked apoptosis in HepG2-SR cells, andsuppressed HepG2-SR tumor growth in mice. Mechanistic studies revealed that Rg3-plus-ART inhibitedactivation/phosphorylation of Src and STAT3 in HepG2-SR cultures and tumors. The combination alsodecreased the STAT3 nuclear level and induced ROS production in HepG2-SR cultures. Furthermore, overactivation of STAT3 or removal of ROS diminished the anti-proliferative effects of Rg3-plus-ART, andremoval of ROS diminished Rg3-plus-ART's inhibitory effects on STAT3 activation in HepG2-SR cells. Conclusions: Rg3-plus-ART overcomes sorafenib resistance in experimental models, and inhibition of Src/STAT3 signaling and modulation of ROS/STAT3 signaling contribute to the underlying mechanisms. Thisstudy provides a pharmacological basis for developing Rg3-plus-ART into a novel modality for treatingsorafenib-resistant hepatoma.
